I was very disappointed with services at this Uhaul and the location in West Allis. I had a…read morereservation for Labor Day weekend and the day before my rental, less than 24 hours, was told the truck I reserved was never returned so they could offer me a pick up the same day at 3pm when it was initially for 9am. I said no, I had help scheduled and was told I could pick up the same size truck in West Allis at the same time but would need to return it at 9am the following day vs 3pm as my initial reservation stated. I had to move, clean the unit, drive out of state and return the truck in 24 hours. I really had no other option and ended up paying extra money to have help load items outside of normal business hours on Sunday morning. They refunded me $50, but when I asked for additional financial compensation for paying movers extra, driving further than my initial reservation, I was told "no". I even spoke with the manager who denied my request. The check in process at 9am in West Allis was a mess. The line was out the door and thankfully I checked in online and bypassed 20 people, who met me with glares because the line was moving at a glacial pace. Pro tip- check in online! Moving is one of the most stressful events in life and the level of unprofessionalism and rigidity with uhaul is unacceptable. I will be renting elsewhere from now on!

They don't even give you a chance to speak over the phone they just say "HOLD" and then nothing lol. No one ever answers, and now I'm seeing similar reviews with the same experience. I recommend the U-Haul on 1st St in Walkers Point, I've always had good service there.
