A representative from KCD came out to sketch out the plan and provided a free quote, including 3D models. It only took a few days, and cabinets arrived in less than two weeks. I ordered the Charleston White, the qualities on these are great and have now lasted through the first year with no issues. My tenant loves them. Now I was planning on another renovation project for another rental unit before my tenant decided to renew the lease. This time, I ran into a bit of an issue with communication between the KCD rep about getting quotes. I was pretty upset and wrote an email about the poor service, come to find out, they had system issues and was not receiving the emails. The owner contacted me directly and was deeply apologetic. He even offered an extremely generous discount. Unfortunately the project did not go through however, I truly appreciate any business who shows great customer support. I have a few projects coming up and look forward to using KCD.

We were very happy with the quality and craftsmenship on how they were made. As well as, the shades available for ordering. As it turned out we contacted KCD and spoke with Peter, was to be our rep. Peter was always so professional and patient with us during our many design changes. He never made us feel that we were being a bother. He also gave us great ideas for the kitchen design and answered all of our questions and concerns quickly. There were many emails over the course of this whole project. Peter even came to our home just to make sure everything was in order before finalizing our purchase. Peter did initially come over for our original measure and in most cases that is pretty much all that is needed for a kitchen cabinet project. When the cabinets, they need to be inspected for any defects/damage. There was an issue we had regarding a shelf as well an adjustment issue we needed on our lazy susan cabinet. Peter was very quick to get back with us. As well as, get us in touch with Sergei at the Chicago location, whom handles issues like this. Sergei came over to our issue and immediately arranged for their service person to come over and took care of everything. Seams between cabinet base faces matched exactly. door hinges and other hardware were all even and solidly attached. So perfect, you can't see a seam?…read more Five stars is not enough! A friend referred me to this local countertop shop. I had lived with new marble top installed by previous homeowner in my kitchen since I moved in 8 years ago. But.. the pattern was very busy, never had a nice sheen, and when I placed a clear drinking glass on it, you easily missed it? (You can't miss it in one of the pictures below.) First visit was to their Batavia facility to take home samples and discuss approximate costs with a very knowledgeable and personable staff. Second visit was to my home to measure. Third was at their site with templates of my layout on the actual slab so I could see the grain and seam alignment as it would appear in finished countertop. This was fantastic because as much as I loved the pattern I had selected, I did not like the way it would appear completed. With NO pressure at all, I was encouraged to choose from similar patterns on their many other slabs of quartz so I could get the look I wanted. Templates were placed on another choice and the veins looked like they would match close at the seam. Three professionals arrived promptly at 8am and departed at 11am (perfectly as promised) and the finished job was more than I ever imagined. I had to really search for the seam but could only feel it as it is perfect... can you find it in the picture? (HINT: blue post-its align on seam in second image.)
