I got a email daily with what I deem as threats of cancellation and mailed threats,I called their office to talk to someone and they would send a email saying we tried to call you back and the line was busy two way line here no busy signal.I left messages at their call center. my agent was Jeremy and I never had a problem ,but now it is Tim and who ever else who picks up my file. I can accept you want to cancel but November 15th is not a option today is October 2,2021 and cancel me. your call and do not email me, have a new email. We had State through Kelley Potter for our home and auto Insurance. We had zero claims, when my…read morecar had tires/wheels stolen. During the theft, in which my car was left on rocks, damage was done to the car, with dents where it looks like they had used their body to leverage the wheels off. When I contacted State Farm, they were very good about replacing the tires and wheels. The tires, had been a month old, and due to the cars age, they insisted n going through the dealer. I indicated I would have been ok wit Tirerack, but this was handled well. Happy with their tire/wheel recovery team! The damage to the car, was another story. The local underwriter is very bad at assessing damage. When he came out, he wanted to deny the damage, and accused me of the causing the damage. I showed him pictures of the car, from a recent car and coffee event, and even showed him work I had done, on my dime, to a damaged rear bumper that most owners would not have touched. The body shop, Connans backed me and said the damage was consistent to what they had seen with other wheel/tire thefts without proper jacks. As Connans also services Tesla's, I was told that State Farm engages in denying claims, insisting on repairing instead of replacing parts per OE repair instructions. I contacted Kelley Potter, who said they would check into this, and they would call me back. They never called. I called them again, and they finally sent a different under writer who agreed with Connan's assessment. We now have our home and autos protected by an insurance company that treats the customer with respect, and follows OE repair recommendations.
