I've desperately been looking for a nail salon that offers Gel X in the coffin shape and I've finally found that salon! Typically everyone else I've been to offers gel x in almond only. So I was thoroughly surprised to find this place. My appointment was on a busy Saturday for 11:30. Upon arrival I found the parking lot to be a little limited- I did get lucky and found a spot right in front of the building though! But if those spots fill up you may have to park farther than you would want. When I entered I checked in and I was instantly pleased by how aesthetic and clean the shop was. They had the cutest decor still up from Valentine's Day. As I mentioned it was pretty busy, so even though I had an appointment for 11:30 my nail tech didn't get started on my nails until 11:45-11:50 ish. Despite the brief wait I understood how busy it was and I was offered a drink while I waited. As far as the service I thought it was excellent. My nail tech listened to what I wanted and constantly checked in on how I liked the shape and length. My nails were very basic just simple red nails, but I did see their pictures online of more complex designs they do. So it's good to know if I ever want designs this place is capable. My nails were $73 plus a $15 tip. It's been a week and a half since I got my nails done and they're still going strong. No breaking, no chipping, no nothing! I love gel X! However, my experience at Apex Nails was nothing short of exceptional. He was warm, genuinely welcoming, all smiles and made it clear that "no ask was too big." Even with the late hour, he managed the floor with ease, informing me of a 30-minute wait while simultaneously offering thoughtful suggestions for my services. His transparency and hospitality made the brief wait entirely non-issue. ​I was introduced to Long in less than the promised 30 minutes. He is a rare find in this industry. He took the time to introduce himself and learn my name--a small touch that goes a long way. Leo checked throughout to ensure that I was satisfied. Before starting, Long ensured that he understood exactly what I wanted but then offered expert suggestions that were actually better suited for my needs. ​His work is characterized by ​Impeccable Cleanliness! His station and tools were spotless. He is a true perfectionist with an incredible eye for detail. ​Absolute Precision would be an understatement! ​The final result was flawless he should be an artist as he is a master at his craft! ​While Long worked on my manicure, Helen began my pedicure. She is an absolute gem. Her attention to detail was fantastic, and her demeanor made the experience incredibly relaxing. She is thorough, kind, and clearly takes pride in her work. ​This is, without exaggeration, the best service I have received from a nail salon in years. For a "5-star establishment" to maintain this level of energy and quality at the end of a long day and stayed late is a testament to their management and staff. ​​I will be recommending Apex Nails to all of my friends and colleagues, and I will certainly be a returning permanent client. I had a mixed but overall good experience at Apex Nails. I booked my appointment over the phone and was given a specific time, but when I arrived they initially couldn't find my appointment. I recognized the person I had spoken with, and it seemed my phone number may have been noted incorrectly, so I never received any confirmation message. Since it was Valentine's weekend and very busy, I had driven about 30 minutes and was worried I wouldn't be seen. To their credit, they tried to accommodate me and got me in within about 30 minutes. I chose a coffee-based pedicure, which was a nice and relaxing concept. However, I did have a visible open cut on my right leg, and usually salons check or avoid such areas. Lemon was applied during the treatment and it was quite painful when it touched the wound. After I mentioned it, they cleaned the area and provided a band-aid, but I do wish there had been more care and attention beforehand. On the positive side, the ambiance is very cute and well-decorated, with a fun vibe and even a small sidebar for drinks or mocktails. I showed them a reference photo for my Valentine-themed red and white nails, and they did a great job -- I really loved how my nails turned out. Because of the appointment confusion and the injury lemon pour issue, I'd rate this visit 3.5 stars. I truly liked my nails and the overall vibe, so I would be open to trying them again to see how the experience is next time. read more

I love this place! They offer a drink (mocktail, water, soda) with your service. I've only gotten pedicures here, but they massage your legs for a long time and are diligent and precise during the service. They do a really nice job, are friendly, and the space is clean. read more

Apex Nail Lounge came highly recommended. They recently opened and has quickly become the talk of the town. Still in their Grand Opening phase. I had an appointment yesterday morning. Was quickly greeted by staff member and offered a beverage while I waited for my technician. I was instantly impressed by how lovely the space is. It's actually quite beautiful with Michigan Ave spa vibes. After a brief wait my tech was ready. Very polite and friendly. I love how you are seated and given nail color sample booklet. Instead of standing around trying to pick a color. One can relax and choose and not feel rushed. My service included pedicure and dip. My pedicure was absolutely fantastic and so very relaxing. I could have fallen asleep. I'm very happy with my first time visit and experience. Looking forward to my next appointment. read more

Apex nail lounge definitely delivered! My nail technician's name was Long and he was very communicative and efficient. I got a no chip manicure and I was very happy and it lasted for over three weeks. The salon was beautiful and clean and I can't wait to make this a new regular spot. Their pedicure menu has many variations and I can't wait to try some. I've already told many of my friends to go get their nails done here. read more

Let me be one of the first people to share that Apex Nail Lounge is BEAUTIFUL! After all the crazy Black Friday shopping, my tired legs needed some TLC. Lucky for me the doors of this beautiful new nail salon opened during Saturday's big snow storm. I was the first customer! How awesome is this place! The decor is stunning. The entire wall of polish colors is vast with dip, gel and regular variations to be lusted after by all. The very spacious nail bar section can accommodate an entire bachelorette party and then more! Pedicures aren't short changed here. The new massage chairs are decadent and separated from the main nail bar. The pedicure options are very unique too. Given the need for pick me up, I chose "Man of the Hour" which was something I have never seen at a nail spa. Its really different (and not just for men!). A charcoal-based revitalizing and detoxifying treatment to start (and its the holiday season so, why not some coal, we have a theme going here!) Hot paraffin wax, what's not to love? The added bonus of cooling steam was unexpected as my Christmas-y red toes took on their amazing look thanks to my awesome technician, Lancia. Nancy, the owner, and everyone on the team was very accommodating. I was assured that the next time I come in, the new coffee machine will have finally arrived and will be hard at work at the snack bar. Apex also has a points based reward/discount system so the more you visit the bigger the discount! Yay! Apex also has a sister location in Montgomery. I think you'll find the team at Apex Nail Lounge is a welcome addition to the Rt 59 Corridor and the Naperville community. I'll be returning when I am in the neighborhood! read more

The salon is beautiful and the service is great. What I loved the most is that there was absolutely no chemical smell. Jenna did an amazing job on my nails -- I showed her a picture and she recreated it exactly. I had the milk and honey pedicure with Pearl, and she was wonderful, always checking to make sure the pressure was comfortable. Thank you so much. gorgeous salon such a relaxing environment! They really pay attention to detail when it comes to your services. My pedicure was an hour+ long and The massage felt wonderful. This is the first time in a long time that i actually enjoyed my services enough to sit back and relax. The finished product was just like the pictures I showed them and they even helped me pick the right color and shape for my nails. This definitely will be my go to spot and it's right next to a cute little coffee shop. The last time I came to this salon with an appointment, the manager did my nails and I had a wonderful experience. Unfortunately, now I have to update my previous five star rating to a one star rating. I had an appointment today at 2 o'clock and arrived on time. When I was finally acknowledged and checked in 5 minutes later, I was not told there would be a wait of any kind. After that, I was not spoken to or offered a beverage (despite many other customers being offered them) and I was not sat to receive my service until 2:30, only after I went up and asked how much longer the wait would be. While waiting, I watched one other customer walk out because they were not seen in a timely manner. Then I had multiple employees ask what service I was getting despite booking an appointment with that information. When I spoke to the manager to express my concerns about receiving the correct service in a timely manner she apologized and blamed my experience on what other customers had done that day. Three of the five people who had been sat ahead of me with appointments were still waiting for someone to come and start their service when I left- it's clear they were only attending to me first because I was voicing my concerns about the scheduling. Pretty upsetting customer service. It's clear this place needs to hire more people, especially someone to manage their appointments, walk ins, and check in desk. read more
