They answered all the questions I had. I didn't feel pressured to sign on the line. They gave me a fair deal on my trade in. I have dealt with Ford, Chevy and Dodge dealerships in vehicle purchases. What went wrong: -Everytime I asked a question the salesman looked at my husband when answering. -I specifically told him that I did NOT want to finance through one specific bank and would not pay an application fee ( as the dealer charged me the 175$ for dealer's optional fee for app processing, certific, title, registration, plates) -Upon signing the following day, I realized the salesmen indeed processed a loan from the bank I asked him not to which charged me a $50 application fee. - The reason for this review- I refinanced the car loan when my bank ran a deal and I got a lower rate. I never got a title! Nor did the previous bank have it. I called Reymore. They said I'd have to get one myself. So, well after the fact, I have had to order a replacement title from DMV. I thought the backward attitude from my relatively young saleman was bad enough, but NEVER would I recommend this dealership to a friend.
