I was sold a vehicle with a lot of issues. I contacted the dealer the first 45 mins of having the vehicle he was able to fix that problem right away. i hadn't even had the vehicle 200 miles even more issues became about. Five shops later to find out the head is cracked and was welded as a temp fix. After contacting the dealer 7 times leaving voicemail and email he refused all responsibility and told me use the warranty. Being this weld job was a preexisting issue the warranty won't cover so now I'm out $13,000 because I can't afford a $5,000 motor. read more

Please do not buy a vehicle from here. Kevin sold me a 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander on July 11th, the very same day an engine light comes on with a P0421 code for a faulty catalytic converter. I called him and told him and was told it from the vehicle sitting to delete the code and see if it comes back. It came back on so I tried to call him again with no luck, I left a message that the light is back on. I never received a call back from him. Two months later I finally get him to pick up the phone and tell him again that this light is still on and I need him to fix the vehicle as it won't even be able to pass inspection next year. Long story short he refuses to fix it. And also won't give me the emission test results that I paid for during the purchase of the car. Now I'm stuck paying $2k to have the car fixed on top of the $10k he got for the broken vehicle. He sells lemons and rips people off. On top of being a liar and gaslighting. Please take your hard earned money somewhere else. He has no integrity behind his business. Truly a terrible person. read more

If you are looking for a good used car don't buy one here.I bouhht a 2011 Equinox from Kevin and the day I picked it up the air bag , check engine + more were on andsome paint was missing off the car after it was washed.He said he woyld touch up the paint and fix the problembwiyh the dash lihhts.I took it baxk to him several times...he handed me a small bottle of paint...I guess that's fixing the paint and the lughts all came back on after I left with the car.Come to find out when I took it to a real mechanic... it was an downstreem O2 sensor and the back end of the car isbrottef out .There wass about $2,000 dollars worth of repairs that neeses to be done to the car, and I just bought it.Come to find out he sold another junk car that needed 1,000's of dollars worth of repairsnto someone I work with.If your smart you won't buy anything from People's Choice Auto.They should be shut down for there poor business practices! read more

I came here to help my brother find a used car and was successful! I used Car Guru website to locate a 2011 Suzuki SX4 for under $7k with 55k miles. Kevin said he doesn't negotiate prices. The dealership is small and the cars are sitting on a dirt/gravel road. The office is teeny and the entire dealership was much smaller than most. I didn't need to present my driver's license to test drive the car. Purchasing the car was a breeze and took less than $15. This was the second used car dealer I looked at in my quest to find the brother a car. I didn't feel any pressure from Kevin and he was responsive to my emails. My car was detailed and spotless. This was my first car buying experience alone and I thought it was quite seamless and easy. I would highly recommend coming here for a personal and easy-breezy car buying experience.
