I've been getting glasses for more than 40 years and this was the absolute worst exam. After the exam they refused to give me a copy of the updated prescription. I had to call the corporate office to get a copy of the prescription sent...only to find out that the prescription wasn't valid. After 5 more phone calls they offered me a new exam or they would validate the bad prescription. Why would I have another exam if the first was bad? Why should I accept a questionable prescription? I called a little after they opened, and I spoke to a really nice guy who checked to be sure they had it, before I drove out to their location. I showed up, I didn't talk to the guy who I spoke to on the phone, he might've been the owner, but there were two other guys and one of them took me right to the glass pieces I needed. He even said hi to the guy coming in the front door as he was helping me. I mostly buy this stuff online b/c smoke shop prices can be brutal, but I got a damn good deal today. While they say it will be ordered, it still hasn't been in stock after months or if ordered very limited stock of the items. Was a long time customer and have noted several rude employees there that don't care about the customers or the reputation of the store. Be wary of the liquidation sale. All sales final. Not worth wasting money as most had liquid leaking out of the units or they tasted burned like vapes do at the end of the life cycle.

I asked her if she was sure it was for pipes, and she assured me it was. I get it home and the husband packs his pipe. Immediately, he starts hacking and spitting exclaiming, "This is cigarette tobacco!" I went back to the shop and they refused to exchange it or return it. Not a huge deal, as it was less than $10, but still a waste of time and money. They should educate their employees a little better (at all) and consider a return policy.
