Today I tried to refill 2 prescriptions by phone and their GD 'digital assisstant" , meaning AI robot, couldn't find me in their system and would not put me thru to a live person in the pharmacy. Their website was equally crappy and kept asking for my DOB over and over again. I finally went to the store. Their sign-in system at the window couldn't find me either, despite me going to this same pharmacy scores of times in the last 7 years for dozens of prescriptions and covid and other vaccines. Somehow the pharmacist did find my info on some other system and filled my new prescription. I am switching everything to Walgreens.
