Don't sleep on the deli inside this place! Tri-tip Wednesdays are a must! Ribeye Thursdays are equally delicious! The rolls are so soft and fresh! I also like the chicken breast sandwich with Swiss cheese! They have a card you get stamped where you buy 10 deli sandwiches and you get your 11th free! Make sure to ask for your card and get it stamped every time you buy a sandwich . Trust me, after you eat one of their sandwiches you'll be going back for more so you might as well earn a free one! If you are lucky enough to catch the Rice Torta (Italian Rice Cake made with egg base similar to quiche but way better) being sold it is to die for! It is so good, I eat it hot or cold! Generous portion, and so moist! Get a couple squares, you will thank me later! The owner/operator of this local small business is found inside frequently, very friendly guy. Not sure about some of these other reviews that are being posted giving bad scores for the place being closed on the weekends (Businesses need to close when it is not profitable for them to stay open ) or no public bathrooms available (due to the transients I have seen many businesses moved to doing this especially when only one bathroom is available. It must be utilized by the employees only.). I've also seen other people comments about it being the best price and gasoline, and I can vouch for that. This is correct! Go here, get your gas, grab a sandwich and some Rice Torta from the Deli, and most importantly.... SUPPORT Small Local Businesses!

All the workers here are really nice people - I stop here everyday omw to work they go out of their ways to help me as I am disabled currently. The food is good always and I love the specials and the good variety of drinks and snacks. Also you pay less for everything from food to gas if you pay with cash! The food prices are good compared to others on this strip but are my go to because of the quality. You feel like your eating good food that someone made fresh that day.

Sandwiches are great.. pizza was better than expected. Good ingredients. Pepperoni was spicy according to my wife. Some will say skimping on topping others will say a good balance of topping. Crushed chili flake and garlic salt of sorts are supplied to top your pizza. Pizza is fairly tin crust ok crisp and not soggy. Next time i will ask for well done. That's just a preference. It was tasty and was elevated it with the supplied ingredients. 12" Pepperoni, mushroom, olives and mozzarella cheese. . $11.99 plus tax. My bad for what it is.

Great price in gas but hope you don't need to go to the bathroom, they won't let you use it. What kind of deli gas station won't let you use the toilet? Real shitty.

1st time here and definitely coming back! I had good service at both the deli in the back and at the cashier. Rather get my sandwich where than Subway!

I ordered a couple sandwiches from their deli and they were very good. Definitely a revisit!

You walk in, fill out a form with what type of sandwich you want, hand it to a person when you're called, and then wait for your name to be called. Service - The staff were friendly, so no complaints here. Food - The food is great! I ordered a combo sandwich with turkey, hot salami, and jalapeño/cayenne cheddar and all the fixins and it was delicious! The Dutch crunch roll was tasty and it was a hearty sandwich! Everything tasted great. Overall, I can see why this is a Stockton staple. For $11 you get a damn good sandwich that's very filling. I would definitely return.

They really brought a fresh taste to Stockton and it sure needs a little Italian culture there lol. I have been to both New York and Italy so I have a lot to compare to and I really loved this place. Lots of fresh meat and the sandwiches are so good, the cannoli is also fresh and really good as well. Definitely going to go back again. Service was a little slow but in fairness they did have a long line, ambiance was very old Italian deli vibe. I wouldn't say Italy but I would say it's more leaving towards Brooklyn vibes.

But this local indy store has been around in this town for over 55 years, so it is well deserved for them to be a local fave. I only got a sandwich for the road and a bakery item, so no significant grocery shopping. I was traveling back home and didn't have a cooler so I refrained. But next time if I have a cooler, their meat counter will get exercised. Got a Salami Sandwich ($11/4*) from their deli and it was pretty solid. Every sandwich is customized, so every customer fills out a card, checks off your preferences and hand it over to a deli clerk. Nothing out of the ordinary here, just your basic sandwich stuff, but with quality and fresh ingredients. I liked everything in my sandwich, was even to put alfalfa sprouts in it, as I haven't had that option in over a decade. I wished there would have been an option to add oil n vinegar to make it more 'Italian' tasting, so I had to settle on just mayo and mustard, which is more classic American tasting to me. Still a solid sandwich that I was able to eat in 2 intervals so a decent value in my book. Coffee Crunch Cake ($7/3.5*) Very impressive tall cake with a very moist crumb. A little too industrial tasting for me but better than other grocery cakes like Safeway, which taste like plastic to me, so many additives and stabilizers. Cake part had a light chocolate taste, but maybe it was supposed to be more coffee-like? I couldn't taste any coffee except for this super hard and sweet candy on top used for garnish. Indeed that candy offered a 'crunch' element but in a very cloying and awkward way. Sure it was nice and glossy and even resembled shiny coarse stone like obsidian. But to take a bite that big of hard candy to go along a delicate cake was just too extreme for me. I think if that candy were in smaller chunks, more like a crumb texture, it would disperse more sending coffee flavor more evenly and not risk breaking a tooth on that hard sweet candy. I had higher hopes for this. Gawked at their butchers counter and it was pretty darn impressive, Pretty high quality stuff but also insanely expensive. Steaks start at $20 per pound and easily rises double to triple from there. But they got some serious cut steaks here, like 2-3 inch thick cuts and they even have a couple versions of wagyu steaks. Nothing is prewrapped, everything has to go through a clerk. Produce section just meh and regular. Well kept but Safeway may have a more extensive produce section. Dry goods definitely Whole Foods level. They seem to have a guy out front bbqing meats like sausages and tri-tip, like 7 days a week, which is impressive. I got there around 11 am and the employee was just setting up. Otherwise I may have tried something. Cool store, that if this were in my town, I'd be a reg. Since I was just a passing traveler, just call me impressed.

This is with dash pass. The restaurant missed this order completely and didn't even give us our fries we added a combo to this sandwich which was sourdough bread and was cut in two no photo taken. Where my old photo had 4 sandwiches could be choice or bread. However to say the least paying almost $40 for a sandwich seems crazy only for them to forget our fries. In the restaurant this is $11.99 and $4.99 for a combo of that is still not even half the price we paid how is that even fair. Will never order from here.
