Even though I offered to return another day, Kayla asked her team to put on the new tires that evening, giving me a great price. Her team did so very quickly, professionally, and happily, staying well after closing. The team was one of the youngest that I had encountered at the various Discount tire locations that I had visited over the years, but they all performed as seasoned professionals. I requested that my two tires be put in my trunk because one of them were actually brand new winter tires, a Pirelli $500 tire that I bought a few months earlier. They replaced my tire with a different used tire because I am a black woman and thought I wouldn't know the difference. When I called and confronted the store about it they tried to act as if they were not at fault and said they through my tire out. My opinion is they stole it and sold it. Do not trust this business. If you want to get ripped off go here, the prices seem attractive but in reality they are a slimely auto parts dealer that gives the business a bad name. Buyers beware especially of the manager KP, if that is even his name. He is a crook and a theif. Update 6/30 Instead of trinity trying to fix what they did to me, they reported me to Yelp. Showing even further they have no interest in addressing the huge deficiencies and crooked business practices that they have internally. That means these problems come from the top. I'm not spending my BROWN dollars here and I encourage anyone who reads this review to really evaluate if it's worth the risk for you too, especially when concerning your tires and safety. I didn't get to see it but I do understand if it's within an area from the side they can't repair it. There are a ton of pictures and articles that explain this online they even have state requirements. We had another vehicle that had a nail and it was well within the fixable area. Not dead in the middle but a lot closer than to the edge. I made an appointment and after waiting an hour I was told that it was too far and they needed to replace the tire. I asked where it was and he said he couldn't for sure see it but he saw bubbles towards the corner when he dunked it. I think I may have found the problem. It's almost comical, if bubbles coming from the bottom move around they go up! It may look like it's on the side but it's not. Needless to say I put a patch on my own tire and it's working great. No leaks anymore. I am unsure if this is bad training, struggle to find good employees or a strategy to sell more tires.

Last car they accept is at 4:30pm and they close at 6p. I called multiple times between 2-3pm and was disconnected/hung up on. Never found a human on the phone and since I was nearby I decided to drive in and see if I could do a walk-in appt. I arrived at 3:45pm! The guy at the desk was part of the other shop to the left, and told me the lady for my shop would be back in 30 minutes and she would help me then. Not sure how they can run services when phones are down / front desk person is gone for 1.5 hours or more. I left after 15 min more of waiting in person, and am taking my business elsewhere.

This is definitely a great place to go for your service stop by there this morning to get an oil…read morechange was quoted $35 for the synthetic oil change and a 20 minute wait that I needed for my 2018 Camry. Jiffy Lube quoted me $89.99 plus tax on top of an hour wait. The owner was very nice and polite and gave me several updates during the course of my visit here. Apparently they thought they had the correct oil filter but the owner had to run to go buy one after realizing they didn't actually have the one I needed the mechanic also made sure to come in and tell me what was going on and thank me for my patience. I have a customer these little things make a big difference when you think about the service. So I was told 20 minutes which ended up being about 45 because the owner did have to leave to get the oil filter, but it was fine considering I was saving about 50 or so dollars with them versus Jiffy Lube. Plane to me what kind of oil was being put in my car as well as how long it would last or when I would need to return . As a woman, I totally appreciate that because the most I know is how to do is put gas in my car Once the car was complete the owner actually pulled it right up to the front for me and have the heat on because today is a cold rainy day. Great service 5 stars price 5 stars.
