Not only is he extremely thorough, respectful, and intuitive of your car's needs and your budget, but there's no opportunity for nonsense because he literally takes you out underneath the car, pulls up the diagnostics and explains every issue, every step of the way...And it's not a salesman's pitch, it's so you know how to better care for your car so they can trust their work to last. It trickles down to the rest of the staff, as well; they all seem very detail-oriented and accommodating, but not in a way that makes you feel like it's a backdoor deal, just consistency and great customer service as the standard. I really enjoyed learning about things I probably should have known a long time ago, but that knowledge was shared with an understanding that I was actually invested in the whole process, which is pretty astounding and will certainly save my family money in the long run. Case in point, my fiance ran into some issues a few months later and because we're a family customer there was some quick on-the-house care provided when we really needed trusted help, no appointment needed... You guys have a lifelong customer, well done and thank you!

I needed the tires right away for an offroading event close by. Facility is clean and nice. Staff here is very friendly. They will try quite a bit to sell you on the certificate warranty. It's up to you to decide if it's worth it. Think of it like an extended warranty for your tires. Recommend checking this place out if you need a good tire shop in the area.

The guy who was working on the car jacked up the car and broke my trailing arm and never said anything. When we went out later that afternoon, the car was swaying back and forth and when my husband looked underneath the car to find out why it was swaying that's when he found out that the control arm was broken. When he called this place to inform them, they outright lied and said that they did not do it. First of all, that is a safety issue, they should have never let him leave that place without telling him about that mistake. He could have gotten killed. I have pictures of the damage of everything, the manager, Dave was rude, and denied everything. First, why would I put $500 new tires on a car that's not drivable. With a broken trailing arm, the car is not drivable so they cannot sit there and say that it was like that before because there would be no way that he would be able to drive there and if it was hypothetically why would they do the work on it and not say anything. I am taking this to the better Business bureau and I am also filing a small claims case, if you value your safety, take your car somewhere else.

I am very disappointed with my experience at this Firestone location. I brought my vehicle in for a check engine light. Before authorizing the diagnostic, I specifically asked whether the diagnostic would be honored if the same issue returned. I was told that it would. After paying the diagnostic fee, I was given a diagnosis that I questioned because I had already addressed that repair in the past. I explained my concerns, but I was assured the diagnosis was correct. The very next day, the exact same check engine light and code returned. I brought the vehicle back, and the service advisor told me there should be no problem rechecking the vehicle at no additional charge. He scheduled me to return the following day. When I returned as instructed, the manager informed me that I would have to pay another full diagnostic fee for the exact same issue. I explained what I had previously been told, but that commitment was not honored. While waiting, another customer came into the service area visibly frustrated, stating that he had returned multiple times for the same problem and had spent over $1,200 in diagnostic fees. I cannot verify his experience, but hearing that made me lose confidence in continuing with this repair. At that point, I requested my keys before any additional work was performed and left. I had also waited over an hour after my scheduled appointment before making that decision. Once I returned home, I used my own professional scan tool, researched the issue, and compared the diagnostic information with manufacturer resources and repair information. Within minutes, I identified what appeared to be the actual problem: the EVAP vent solenoid. I purchased the replacement part for less than $60 and installed it myself. The repair took only a few minutes because it was a simple plug-and-play replacement. After driving the vehicle, the check engine light cleared, and my scan tool confirmed the repair had resolved the fault. Based on my experience, I lost confidence in the diagnostic process at this location. I expected the original diagnostic to identify the correct issue or, at the very least, for the store to honor what I was told regarding rechecking the same problem. Instead, I was asked to pay another diagnostic fee before the original diagnosis had been verified. Also vehicle came back with more issues that were not present at all tpms sensors unlearned and door hinge is somehow broken.. these are items that are extremely unlikely to break due to just being replaced and or serviced correctly. This review reflects my personal experience so other customers can make an informed decision.

    Smith's Used & New Tires

I'm writing this because I want anyone thinking of using this place to understand how utterly…read moreunprofessional and unsafe my experience was. 1. Background: I came in because I had a very bald front tire. Two nights before the visit I had swapped my full-size spare onto the front (the spare had a temporary flat spot and caused some rumbling), and I moved the bald tire to the spare slot so I could get a replacement ASAP. At that time the bald tire was on the spare spot and, crucially, produced no rumbling. 2. What I asked the shop to do (clearly and simply): * Replace the driver-side front tire because the spare I'd been running had a flat spot and was rumbling. * Put the passenger front tire (the one that had been on the car) onto the spare slot. * Take the bald tire that had been sitting in the spare slot and put a new tire on it and install that on the passenger front. 3. What they actually did: they mounted two used tires on the front, but they were mismatched -- one Michelin and one Ironman -- and they never told me they were putting a bent rim on my car. They installed the wheels and sent me on my way. 4. Immediately after driving off, I got a rumbling vibration. It wasn't violent, just noticeable -- exactly the kind of thing I told them I wanted to avoid by replacing the flat-spotted spare on the driver side. 5. I returned to the shop for a rebalance (the reasonable, expected next step). That's when they told me -- only after I complained -- that the rim they had put on was bent. They had mounted a bent rim onto my car without telling me. I had driven hundreds of miles on that same rim before with no rumbling, so I asked the simple question: "Why did the rim not give me a rumble before, but it does now?" 6. The staff's response was disgusting: instead of explaining, they refused to help and became aggressively rude. One of them told me to stop bothering him, to shut up, and to "fuck off." He then refused to answer a basic question about the safety and condition of my vehicle. 7. I am furious for a few reasons: * They installed a mismatched pair on the front axle (one premium tire, one budget tire) -- a rookie and dangerous mistake if you care about handling and safety. * They installed a bent rim without disclosure. If I'd known it was bent, I would have given different instructions. * They only admitted the rim was bent after I came back asking about the vibration -- meaning they tried to hide it. * Their attitude and language toward me when I asked for an explanation were completely unacceptable and hostile. I was not being belligerent; I was asking a question about my safety and my car. Their response felt intentionally vindictive. 8. Now I'm left worrying they might have done other unnecessary or reckless things to my car out of spite -- because they reacted like petulant bullies instead of professionals. Bottom line: This place is unsafe and unprofessional. They lied by omission (they didn't tell me about the bent rim), they installed mismatched tires on the front, and the staff treated a paying customer like garbage -- including swearing at me and telling me to get lost when I asked for a simple explanation. Don't risk your car or your safety here. I'd give zero stars if I could.

I thought the tires were cheap, so I bought new tires on line and brought it to them to install and to align. They said my alignment was perfect , no adjustments needed. How is that possible? Don't use them for an alignment!! You'll get a half ass job.
