I went in for a tire repair around 6pm on October 14. This place is an absolute disgrace, and that creep at the front desk needs to be FIRED IMMEDIATELY. I came in for a flat tire repair, and instead of doing his job, this pervert decided to harass me. He saw garters in my car and had the audacity to ask if I was married, insinuating that I'm a stripper in the most disgusting, perverted way possible. WHY does my relationship status or what's in my car matter when I'm just here to fix a tire? It was invasive, inappropriate, and completely vile. Then, as if that wasn't bad enough, he started asking if I take male clients, like he had ANY right to dig into my personal life. For the record, I'm a nail technician, but that has NOTHING to do with why I was there. He just couldn't help himself from being a sleazy creep. Just because I look young, he asked if I was in college and then talked to me like I'm some naive little girl he could disrespect however he wanted. I'm 25, but even if I was 18, NO woman deserves this kind of treatment. This wasn't just unprofessional--it was downright disgusting. I left that place feeling violated and furious that this man had the nerve to treat me this way. This company is basically saying they're fine with employees harassing and disrespecting women. I will NEVER come back, and I'll make sure every woman I know stays far away from this place until he's gone. Fix this NOW, or you'll be losing a lot of business. This was the LAST thing I expected when I came in to get a tire repaired. DO BETTER. read more

Absolutely the worst place to take your car. Do not go here. I do all my own work because I don't trust other people with a machine that I put my family in and drive 70 mph. I know that might sound a little controlling but I have seen too many dumb mistakes or things that should have been done properly and weren't. I went here because I needed a set of tires mounted and balanced. I already had the tires but didn't have the machines to do it myself. They tried to up sell me on "parts I needed". I had just changed the rear brakes the week before and they called to tell me they were bad along with a list of other items I needed. I declined them all and told them I am not sure who you think you are kidding but the brakes are new. He then said oh it must be a mistake and was mad that I questioned him. He then tried to charge me $198 to mount and balance the 4 tires. This is usually around $20 - $25 a tire. If somebody that didn't know about cars and the cost of items that could have easily been scammed out of hundreds of dollars. Please save yourself the aggravation and go some place else. read more

do not go here. a year ago i put four new tires on my car from this place. great. bought into getting a "Drive Card" and premium tires $785. i get my receipt which i use to get online and pay in a couple monthly payments. i leave the car there while my kids and i walk through the grass and into parking lots to go to price chopper for a snack. now i have a flat tire. i bring it in and say my name. he says could it be under Richard. i say yes it's my husband. and i recall to them how i was here a year ago. well he says they have no transaction. do i have a receipt? Riddle me this. he identified my husband's name and car but has. no transaction?! do you just put random names into your computer without a transaction? save yourself the frustration and laminate your receipts and put in your glove compartment. OR , go across the street to KOST. tire choice did fix my tire. i showed them my "Drive Card" and told them i could only get that here. read more

Went in and told them my heat isn't working. I had very little idea what it could be. All I know is it's just cold air coming through the vents. They said they fixed it and yet here I am in my car up in Vermont with no heat. Also, they need to update their hours online to reflect being closed on Sundays. 0/10, would not recommend. read more

They don't even deserve 1 star!!! I dropped my car off to find out a problem. They needed to replace the water pump. They charged me 900$ to change a water pump, which is a ridiculous price. After picking up my car and riding it 2 miles home. The following morning my car was reving high in idle and kept shutting off. I immediately took it straight back to them. They called me hours later to tell me something is wrong with the computer in my car. After explaining that nothing was wrong with my computer at all before I dropped it off there they told me I needed to have it towed elsewhere. They said they never even touched the computer, yet when I picked up my car the check engine light was on and he needed to reset it to turn that off. Ron tells me its my car issue not from them but just a coincidence that my computer is messed up after they worked on it. So I called 3 different ford services and they ALL said fusions are rare to have computer issues, that is sounded weird. I told them to check the wires that maybe they forgot one and they said they didn't touch any wires, but yesterday they said they had to remove almost my whole front end to change the water pump?? Liars, trying to take advantage of me. And won't fix the issue they made! read more

They thoroughly checked out my vehicle -- brakes, tires, engine and exhaust systems, fluid levels, steering and suspension, everything -- so I can confidently hit the road, knowing my car is safe and sound. I feel very fortunate to have such an outstanding and trustworthy team of auto mechanics so close to my home. If I could give ZERO stars I would. This was our FIRST and our LAST time ever going there. They advertise oil change for $14.99, for conventional oil. I understand that. I asked about full synthetic, the guy told me it's a different price. He NEVER said it was $40 more. Never once showed me a price for the full synthetic. I thought it might be like $10 more, like everywhere else. Instead of paying around $25 for an oil change I paid $66.22, but wait he gave me $10 off. TEN FRIGGING DOLLARS OFF. I would have paid $76.22 FOR AN OIL CHANGE!!! Are you out of your mind??? Firestone and Kost don't even charge that much. Even car dealerships don't charge that much!!! The guy was totally misleading. That place is a scam artist. He said well I'm telling you the price now - after its done... what was I supposed to do AFTER the fact???! Nothing. He said he would have drained it and refilled with conventional oil. Yeah, probably used conventional oil. I probably would have been charged for another oil change. I'm an so disgusted and feel so violated that I was taken advantage of, FALSE ADVERTISING. They should have the price of the full synthetic oil right out in the open. How many other people have they taken advantage of??? You should be ashamed of yourselves. What a disgrace. It's places like you that give all other "oil shops" a bad name. I made an appointment for 1 but was going shopping so I had dropped my car off at about 12:15.I needed an oil change, tire rotation, and a new plug that had to be replaced. By 1:15 i got the phone call that my car was done and ready to be picked up. The man that I took care of me was so sweet and very down to earth.
