I ordered the Pesto Chicken pizza one night. It was delivered quick and still hot and fresh. The taste was very flavorful. You could taste all Italian herbs and the chicken blended so well in the cheeses. It didn't sit on top and have an awkward taste. When visiting the store in person it is very clean. Fast service and def 5 stars for staff and service. Overall I give them 5 stars. Pricing is not too bad. It just depends on how much you willing to spend on pizza. I took my daughter and she tried pepperoni. She stated it was rather greasy. So those who can't digest grease steer clear. read more

Best pizza place around. We have been using them as our Friday night pizza and they have been delicious every time. I'd like to say that we had a pizza delivered once that was the incorrect pizza. When we called about it, they had a new pizza out to us as fast as they could! Good pizza, good crew, good customer service. Took them over an hour to deliver my pizza to the wrong house so wouldn't recommend management not doing their job

As far as pizza chains go, this one's pretty great. First of all, the pizza is delicious every time. It's relatively inexpensive. It's consistent. This location is a little far from me, but they make delivery possible through DoorDash and I'm never disappointed in the quality of the pie when it gets to my doorstep. Sometimes we order pickup and they have a convenient drive up window that we use every time. It's wonderful. The staff is amazingly kind and attentive every time. Not that anyone really cares about their salad collection but I've gotten the Caesar a few times and it's pretty good. 5 stars easily earned for making a quick easy dinner night always enjoyable for our family. read more

Good pizza delivery place if you live out in Katy. My cousins house is pretty close so we get pizza from here all the time. Usually the slices are enough for a party of 5 or more to make everyone happy. The pepperoni pizza here is the bomb in my opinion! Nicely cooked, good crust, and delicious flavor. Speedy and quick pizza! This is one of our favorite pizza chains when craving some quick pizza with a movie. The workers here are all so friendly as well! My husbands favorite is the pizza rolls and he is willing to go out of his way to get them. My favorite usual is just the bacon and pepperoni. Highly recommend! My daughter and her friend ate there on 1/4/2021. My daughter cannot have gluten and we understand that there can be cross contamination. However, it is now two hours after she has eaten and she is throwing up and wretching, which indicates to me that this place is not doing what they can to keep the gluten free pizzas safe. She eats gluten free pizzas all the time at Domino's and Pizza Hut with no problem. I would encourage the restaurant to make their gluten free pizzas in a more safe manner. read more

I've had lunch at this Pepperoni's location 4x now. I've always ordered the chicken pizza with fettuccine sauce (forget the actual name of it). It's actually quite delicious. Never gone wrong with it. But on this last visit I went with their lunch combo and ordered a 1 topping pepperoni pizza. Take my advice, stick to one of their specialty pizzas. The pepperoni and cheese pizza tasted like a piece of bread with merinara sauce on it, lacked complete flavor. So stick to one of their pizzas that come with more than 1 topping. read more

My all time favorite pizza! I always get the Quattro formaggi without Gorgonzola and a side of the wings. I'm not a huge fan of normal pizza because I don't like marinara sauce but this pizza always hits the spot. Pepperonis never disappoints and the service is always super fast. I live super close to the Firethorne location so when we order delivery, they always say it could be up to 45 minutes. Despite this, it's never taken more than maybe 25 minutes. You have to try out this pizza if you're a cheese lover or know someone who doesn't like marinara. Quick service and delicious food are what makes pepperonis my go-to pizza place. read more

OK I am from New York and we're very fussy about our pizza. With that being said the pizzas they have here is more than satisfactory it is very good that's what gets the five stars. Also their Greek salad is excellent. Not only is it a good value it's has a great taste. But I do want to point out that they could very well be the most talented people in the world I've never seen anybody that could cut cheesecake so small. Hidden Delivery Fees that are not disclosed when you call to order and are not written anywhere on their menu or website. I didn't notice the $5 delivery fee until after I gave a tip and the delivery man left. When I called they said they couldn't refund the delivery fee because corporate decides to charge the fee, not them. They said they charged me $3 extra because of the distance, but I'm only 6.5 miles away, 11 mins total. So, before you give a tip check the receipt. I hope the $5 and $3 tip I gave was worth this bad review, and them losing a customer. Definitely won't be ordering from them during my weekly ever again! read more

We have eaten pizza from here before and it was pretty good. But we just ate a Pepperoni Supreme pizza from this location and it was not good at all. It's all about the crust, it should be chewy and crunchy and crispy on the outside. This Pepperoni's location used to have pizza crust like this, but apparently not anymore. They charge more than the other pizza places so we expect a premium product. This crust tasted like cardboard, it was flat and tasted like it wasn't prepared correctly. It tasted and looked like a crust from one of the national chain pizza restaurants, like it came already made and frozen. The sauce and toppings did not taste like what a $17.00 ( with tax) pizza should taste like. Very disappointing, if I would have felt like driving all the way back over there I would have gone and gotten a refund. Update 7/21/2020 We decided to give this location another try today. We tried the Tuesday Special, Cheese Pizza. It would have been good except that it was so salty that it was almost inedible. Please tell the cook not to add so much salt to the pizza sauce. I have been ordering from pepperonis since they recently opened. I like their specialty pizzas, pesto chicken, mas mushroom and roasted veggie. Im sire the others are just as good i just stick to what i like. Granted im only 3 blocks away but when the pizza gets to my door it is still very hot. The large greek salad can feed two people easily. They have gluten free crust and vegan cheese so if you have food allergies, like me, they can accomodate you.
