We were so disappointed in our carry out order. First the order was wrong... ordered spin art knots and we were given dried hard knots without spinach and artichoke. No marinara or anything for dipping. We also ordered the meat lover pizza. The pizza was dry and had very little sauce on it. I will never go back to Peppers. read more

I don't know how this pizza place was packed. But it was. The jalapeño bread appetizer was nothing special. Sprinkle cheddar cheese & 6 jalapeño slices. I could have made better. The fried mushrooms reminded me of frozen ones I could fry myself. The pizza was decent. The crust was good. The onions & bell peppers were not sliced well enough to eat. The service was poor. After 2 failed attempts to call our waitress, she finally came to us. We ordered 2 drinks from the bar. Our pizza came. We ate it. Still no drinks. A manger ( I believe only because she was wearing a different shirt) came stop by our table. She came to ask us if we felt water falling on us. We didn't. She asked if we needed boxes? Due to the fact that we had all of our dirty platters on our table. I said yes we do. Also, we've been waiting on our drinks. She says " I think I saw them in the bar". And she leaves. 5/7 mins later our waitress arrives with our drinks. My husband's drink was made wrong. She takes it & returns with it corrected. Still, no dirty platter removal. Nor a box from the "manager". My husband proceeds to stack up & place to the side all the platters. The waitress comes by & takes only 1 set of dirt dishes. Still leaving trash on our table. The manger never returns. As a couple who can choose wherever we want to eat & we always choose wisely- this was highly disappointing. Coming back to our "hometown" we will never waste our money at Peppers again. read more

Me and my friends were having a great time we ate we chatted and laughed. I got full after one slice I asked for box to take it home. I set it down one of the tables as I played games I stepped outside for some fresh air just to come back inside asking what happen to my box of pizza. the employee told me that they had just thrown it away and that it was still good as she proceeded to show me it in the trash. Of course I was annoyed because really you crazy if you think I would eat something out of the trash and everyone knows that pizza is a thing that is easily damaged so once its thrown into the trash the pizza is all jumble up. I just ate one slice because I got there at 5:20, 40 minutes before my friends arrived and had a vanilla shake and a jalapeño cheesy bread so there was seven pieces of pizza left when I ordered it at 6:30 ish but to my dismay one of the employees took it upon themselves to toss it; I thought it would be okay to step outside for fresh air after playing games. I didn't have time to talk to the manager because my Lyft was already there but I hope the manager reaches out and fixes this situation. I spent $81 on the whole dinner $50 dollars on the games and $10 on the shake and cheesy bread with tip plus spending another $5 on ice cream at that spending nearly $150 there I would imagine they would be more careful. And I understand it was 8:40pm they want to go home and close early and clean up the restaurant for an easy close but still that's money lost on the customer. read more

Everything was wonderful until I had to go to the restroom. The stalls were filthy and the trash cans were overflowing. The food was good and the service was fine. Hopefully they clean it up soon. I really had to give it 3 stars because it wasn't busy and they had plenty of people to help clean. read more

I'm a big fan of Peppers' food but not such a big fan of the service. I would have given them 4 stars if it weren't for the poor service. The food is slow to arrive and the place seems perpetually understaffed. That being said, everything I've ever eaten there has been really good. I love the Grilled Portobello Mushroom sandwich, and everyone else I know loves the Kitchen Sink pizza (Pepperoni, italian, sausage, salami, canadian bacon, meatballs, red, yellow, green & banana peppers with jalapeños, roasted garlic, onions & black olives with extra hot sauce). Their appetizer called, "Our Famous Cheesy Bread" is not to be missed... yum, yum, yum! If you don't have a lot of time, your best bet is to order ahead and pick up your food. read more

We ordered the smokehouse fries with the bowl of peppers to start which were great. Our sever Corey was extremely sweet and helpful. The fresh margaritas are delicious and we did a half lasagna and half Sicilian pizza which were also great. Overall this place deserves my first positive yelp review. read more

We found ourselves here after I won a free pizza in a radio contest. Got confused trying to find the right entrance (they also have a nightclub on the premises with nightly live music) but it didn't take but a minute to find our way. The ambience was nice - a great place to take a date, IMO - table seating, a cute young male waiter took order order quickly. If you take a date here you have a nice few minutes to talk and have a drink if you like while they create your pizza. The selection is nice - you won't care much for Dominos or some other chain pizza once you come here and see the choices that the big chains can only DREAM of having! Our pizza arrived and we couldn't wait to dig in! We usually get the deep-dish meat lovers and add portobello mushrooms...and it is killer! Be prepared to possibly take home a go-box...there's so much food we can never finish! (The crust is unbelievable, too!) This review is making me incredibly hungry right now! :-). 1st time there. Won't go back. Pizza was greasy and had 3 times as much cheese as it should of. We should have left after having to wait over 5 min for a server, but we were all starving. I visited the Peppers in Houma today and had a horrible experience. Upon walking in no hostess was in sight. We waited over 5 mins for someone to come an seat us at a table. The waitress taking our order seemed spaced out and in another universe. We all ordered 10 inch personal pizzas with different toppings (there was three of us) we waited for 40 mins to receive our food! There was only one other couple in the restaurant at the time so it's odd to wait 40 mins for a pizza, but whatever. Our pizzas were very greasy and the waitress, or the kitchen, I'm not sure which one is responsible, messed up my order. She left off two toppings that I asked for and added a topping that I didn't ask for. I wasn't about to wait another 40 mins for a new pizza so I ate it anyway. She also never checked on our table the entire time. I won't be going back to this Peppers. Management has sure went down hill. read more

The flavors on the pizza were surprisingly good, just sparse. Surprisingly, because we didn't realize we were ordering pizza from an arcade like pizza parlor. When we picked up the pizza were skeptical but when we got home we were delighted. Four stars because we opted not to purchase extra garlic for our pizza because that would've been nearly $4 more. We didn't check prices for any other extras because it would've been a waste of our time to unclick the extras because the only way to see extra costs were upon checkout. We also paid 50 cents more for a boxing fee for one large pizza. I'm guessing there's a charge for each pizza. Gold pizza but prices and hidden costs are higher than we'd like. read more

Wonderful pizza. I had a veggie with pesto instead of sauce and it was excellent. My hubby had the meat lovers and he said it was great. Thusday special was a free glass of wine so that was very nice too. We will come back when we are here. read more

Pepper's has the best pizza!!!! we go a few times a month. we either get the kitchen sink ( the biggest and most awesome pizza with alot of toppings) or the meat feast. and if your having a night out their bar is pretty nice too. they have purple haze by abita on tap which is important to us LoL! they always have great specials too. Fast and friendly greeting. Attentive waitress and quick service. Clean restaurant and nice atmosphere. Excellent salad with mixed greens, feta cheese and pecans. Spaghetti and meatballs I don't recommend, bitter sauce and fair meatballs. The barbecue beef pizza was good but lacking on the barbecue sauce and overloaded with cheese. This is our favorite place to eat pizza. Toppings are fresh and they're not skimpy. We got the Greek pizza with pesto instead of tomato sauce and added a few more toppings. I was told this was the best pizza in Houma but we ordered take out. A large thin crust half pepperoni and half sausage and mushrooms and I have to say their pizza was the worst pizza I've ever had.
