This review is about the billing department. Almost 2 years ago I over paid. They owe me 20$. I had met my out of pocket expenses, they front office staff acknowledged that I had a credit of 20$. I have been asking for the refund. The billing department has told me multiple times they would look into it. No one has responded. I have over paid multiple times, although it was hard I received a refund for prior overpayments. Still waiting on this one. Been with this office for years early 2000's. Dr. Chung and his nurse Rose are amazing. Very helpful and I appreciate their expertise even though I lean more on the natural side with food as medicine. Dr. Chung has been great about referring me to specialists when needed. They all care and are genuinely kind and take the time needed -- even the office staff -- Lauren and Jacob :). My two sons has seen Doctor Venkat for years even after we moved to northern Pomona. The staff is friendly and fast. Dr. Venkat always takes her time with my children, I feel that she thoroughly checks them out. I also like the fact that Dr. Venkat does not always prescribe medication, she takes her time and makes a well diagnoses. She explains thoroughly what is going on and the treatment plan. I plan to have my children stay with Dr. Venkat until they age out. read more

Highly DO NOT recommend anyone coming here. The plus side is that Dr Chung is a good doctor. However, everyone else is AWFUL. A big lack in customer service, they lie, there are secrets, they won't disclose information that a patient has every right too, zero customer service skills, and they don't know how to resolve issues! DORA is awful! Should not even interact or speak with customers. She has no sense of what to do. Hung up on me instead of resolving issue, and talked over me the entire time without listening to what I had to say. I asked for an appointment with Dr Chung and was denied. Will transition my kids out of this group after being a part of it for 21 years. Very unfortunate no one would step in to resolve any issues. The front desk person has zero knowledge on any information or process. They would not give me copy of medical records which my law is my right to have. The entire office lacks any customer service skills. Highly recommend them going to some sort of training courses. read more

The doctors are very experienced, direct and pleasant however the facility could use updating, is limited in what services are offered on sight and while the front office staff is generally pleasant enough, the office management is a bit of the achilles heel of the operation. read more

I really enjoy coming here, the staff is very accommodating with appointments and Dr. Venkat is very kind, I love her advice, it's realistic and there's history to it. And they always remember our children's names, very personable. read more
