Cuando entre a Kargar Nation me atendieron muy bien, me preguntaron que vehículo estaba buscando, les dije que un vehículo pequeño y que tenía $2,000 en efectivo para el pago inicial, me hicieron que llenara la aplicación, cuando por fin había terminado de llenar la aplicación me mostraron en fotos en su computadora de un 2021 Toyota Camry SE, dije que me gustaba, pero ya era tarde y yo tenia que ir a trabajar, no pude llevarme el carro el mismo día, me dijeron que estaba bien que regresara al día siguiente a las 3 pm así les daba tiempo para limpiarlo. Dije que no podía a las 3 pm porque trabajo por las tardes Pero antes de irme me dijeron que dejara deposito, por el cual deje $1,000 en efectivo, así que regrese al tercer día por la mañana para firmar el contrato RAFAEL el vendedor me pidió la carta del número de ITIN, le dije que no lo tenía conmigo que lo deje en otro estado y que llamaría para conseguirlo él dijo que estaba bien pero que se lo consiguiera, luego me dio la llave para echarle un vistazo al carro, el carro tenía algunos detalles en la pintura, le faltaban algunas partes, el asiento de atrás estaba quemado con chipas de soldadura cuando le repararon, cuando quise ver el motor el capo no abría, cuando le dije al vendedor de los detalles vi que se molesto un poco, me dijo que me llevara carro y que regresara al día siguiente para ponerle las partes que le faltaban y arreglar el capo de una sola vez, regrese al día siguiente por la mañana tal como me habían dicho RAFAEL el vendedor me pidió llave del carro y me dijo que esperara en el lobby, espere como una hora y el carro seguía el estacionamiento, yo como soy muy paciente les dije que tenían cosas que hacer y que regresaría por el carro, que llamaran cuando estuviera listo, ellos nunca me llamaron como a eso del 7:30 pm llame a RAFAEL el vendedor para preguntar por el carro y me dijo que iba a preguntar al manager, cuando me devolvió la llamada dijo que llegara al día siguiente, fui otra vez tal como me habían dicho, cuando llegue me el manager de turno me llamo a la oficina y me dijo que el crédito por el carro no estaba aprobado. Cuando pregunte por los $1,000 dólares que di de depósito el mánager me dijo que del depósito el banco iba a cobrar cargos, le pregunte ¿cargos por qué? Si el depósito lo pague en efectivo, enojado Dijo que por incumplimiento de contrato por no presentar la documentación completa por no tener conmigo la carta del numero de ITIN, y me saco de su oficina alegando también que era mi culpa por no tener buen crédito financiero. Hasta esta fecha han pasado dos semanas y aun sigo esperando el reembolso de los $1,000 el cual creo que están perdidos

    I wish I had read the reviews before I even wasted my time. So I live about 2.5 hours from this…read morelocation. I posted on one of their social media post and they sent me a message. They gave me the whole "everyone rides" shtick. At first, I told them how bad my credit was and how I didn't have neither a large amount to put down, nor a co-signer. They said it was not a problem. I then told them how far I was and that I did NOT want to take that drive and miss work and get there to find out I can't be approved. AGAIN they said it was no problem and that I would be approved and only have to put down $700, but if I didn't feel comfortable, I could apply online first with a pre-approval. I advise them that I still wasn't sure since it was a PRE approval and that I could still be denied. AGAIN they were sure I'd be approved. I fill out the online application and I get a credit inquiry notification on my equifax AND capital one app. That was on a Wednedsay. I get a text message form them confirming out appointment for Friday and to make sure I had the $700. At that point, I'm feeling pretty good because it sounded like I was approved........until I got to the dealership. I take off a day of work and drive all the way to their dealership that ended up being THREE hours. As soon as I get there, I notice they had me fill out another credit application again. That was a first red flag. My equifax and capital one credit goes off again. I'm then told that instead of the $700, I'd have to put down $2500. I was PISSED!! I made it clear that I only had the $700 and that I didn't want to make that drive for nothing! Turns out that I wasn't talking to an actual finance employee, but a social media marketer! No one cared that I made the drive. It was no sense of urgency. They all just had blank faces! So I leave angry and take the long trip back. That wasn't over. I post a review on google and the manager literally responds with a lie saying that I applied a MONTH ago and something else popped up on my credit causing the increase. That was NOT true. I didn't even know who this dealership was beyond a week ago! I found out about them and applied for the first time on a Wednesday and drove down Friday that same week! They then run my credit AGAIN on that Saturday!!!! I call trying to get answers to why my credit was ran again after we established I wasn't going to get a car. No on was man enough to man up and own it. I was hung up on constantly or sent back into the phone queue. I got one guy who sounded oblivious. When I was FINALLY able to get the lady (Gabriella) on the line who was the one that was working on my credit app, she said she had no idea and that she'd find out and call back. Of course she didn't. Then on Sunday, I get a text message from the original marketing lady asking how my car buying experience went and she just referred to me as "jackson". At this point, I knew they were trolling me. This place was horrible. Do NOT fall for the $700 down payment. That is NOT for everyone. They just say whatever to get you in the door and whatever happens, happens. I've wasted time, money, and credit points with them.

He took it back to them to check what was wrong, but they said they couldn't find any problem and were very unhelpful regarding the warranty. On top of that, we later found out the car is salvage, and they never disclosed that to him. This has been a terrible experience. I highly recommend staying away from this place. I recently purchased a vehicle from them, only to discover shortly after that the car had serious issues, including bad brakes and a tire problem. These are basic safety concerns that should have been identified and addressed before the car was ever sold to a customer. As soon as I noticed the issue, I contacted the dealership and brought the car back in. They asked me to come in at 11 AM, and I ended up waiting there until 4 PM -- over four hours -- with no updates or communication. I had to repeatedly ask for information, and only after pressing them did they finally tell me that the car could not be repaired that day because the necessary part had just been ordered and would not be available until the next day. What made the situation worse was the lack of accountability and customer care. I was given only two options: leave my car there or take it back in unsafe condition. No effort was made to accommodate me, and I was not offered a rental car, even though my warranty packet clearly states that I am entitled to one. At this point, it feels like once the sale was completed, customer service completely disappeared. Selling a car with faulty brakes is not just unprofessional -- it's dangerous. On top of that, making a customer wait hours with no communication and then offering no real solution shows a serious lack of respect. I expected much better. If you're considering buying a car here, I strongly recommend you think twice and thoroughly inspect everything before making a purchase. The Saler was ok, it's not his fault cause management was telling him What to say . But seriously car should be inspected before selling it to anyone especially if it has break problems I tend to bring this matter further , because the car terrible shakes and almost cause me an accident Came in at 11am till 8:30pm No update , unless I ask myself .
