Braces ruined my child's teeth & after the fact Peralta says their oral hygiene was "fair" before braces. My child went to Peralta for 2 years starting when they were 12, within 6 months they had several cavities & after a year & 1/2 (& 4 fillings) requested removal because our kid couldn't/ wouldn't properly brush with their braces on. Peralta resisted & refused to remove them for 6 more months. Now they need 15 more fillings. When I reached out to Peralta to see if he had anything to say in regards to the fact that his "services" have left my child's teeth in worse shape than before, he refused to accept any responsibility for his part in this failure. Our kid was too immature to care for their teeth with braces & as a professional Peralta should have counsel us to wait. His only response was that our child's oral hygiene was fair & therefore he did nothing wrong. Learn from our family's costly mistake- DO NOT GET YOUR CHILD BRACES unless their oral hygiene is perfect and DO NOT GO TO PERALTA. read more

3 stars for the customer service I received at my appointment. The office staff came off somewhat pretentious. I did not care for the small talk and comments made about my appearance. One out of the two front office staff spoke to me like I was stupid. The second staff who I'm assuming is the office manager was rude. I asked her for a quote and she gave me an insane look. I mean how hard could it be to type up a proposed treatment plan...? I spent over 7k here so there shouldn't be an issue. By the way, I never received the quote. But I'm not planning on returning to this location. This location really left a bad taste. I remember this business having authentic and kind employees in the past. I guess when Dr. Peralta expanded his business, he lacked in the employment sector. read more

I had very crooked teeth with a lot of crowding. I've always wanted to straighten my teeth and I'm ecstatic about the results. Dr Peralta is a serious craftsman. I can definitely understand why he was highly recommended by my dentist. Appointments were easy to make and the office was really helpful about answering any questions I had. The facilities were always comfortable and super clean. As an adult going through the process, I appreciated the design and feel of both offices. There's great art up and good tunes at both locations. I mention this because I attended a couple ortho consults where the offices made me feel like I was older than their average client. They managed to make both their offices feel both family friendly and yet approachable for people in their 30s like me. Other than the results, the best part about my experience is that I always felt that the whole team at Peralta Ortho really cares about what they do. read more

My braces have come off and I couldn't be more happy with my teeth! The only downside is not spending time with the wonderful staff there once a week. Had a appointment today was running a little late and the appointment coordinator said that I'd I didn't have the paper work filled out that I'd have to reschedule because she had to do other things too... well if it's my first time how would I even have my paper work filled out. I'm glad this happen so I can find a better orthodontist. Everyone but me I never received Paperwork to fill out. If I got the paperwork then I would had filled it out didn't get informed that I had to fill out paperwork prior to my visit. I'm okay I'll take my business somewhere else. read more

Dr. Peralta and his staffs are GREAT! It has been over 6 pluse years and he's still not sick of seeing my face... Dr. Peralta has been very patient with me as I'm somewhat annoying and but I am very glad we have become a lot closer over these years. From a weird fifth grader to a freshman in college. Also, I need to give credit to the staffs, almost all of them are super friendly and welcoming, I love Rose so much she as always been so kind and so caring. They remenber things that going on in your life and your name. Dr. Peralta, really, actually cares about your teeth and your smile from start to finish and beyond. I had braces. The consultant there was very professional and Dr. Peralta came to explain the entire process even before I confirmed I would be moving forward. Dr. Peralta has helped us with our so n's smile for many years. First in elementary as overcrowding was an issue and thin in middle school with braces. His teeth where sideways and coming in behind each other. I recommend everyone take their children in before the age of 8.
