Awful service! Took my skates for baking there. I asked them to get them widened both on the toes…read moreand one of them on the heel. The guy (Lance) there showed us a tool that we could use to widen the heel and even though it didn't seem to fit in the heel he verified that he would fit it. The result was that he widened the boot at the level of the ankle instead of the heel making it even more uncomfortable for the heel and he refused to take any responsibility for the bad job apart from not charging me for their "service". They ruined a $200 pair of boots both functionally and aesthetically and I should be grateful for not getting charged for it. Stay away from their store!
