I have been going to Perch Denistry for a year now. My dentist Dr. Denise Cua is an outstanding dentist. She really cares about you as a patient. For example, last year I had a Crown inserted and after i had some pain. I went back and she had to even my bite out and the pain left. She didn't charge me for the follow-up plus scheduled another follow-up in case it didn't alleviate the problem. The staff are very nice and considerate to your apprehensiveness to visit a dentist. They offer you bottled water or coffee as you enter. They also greet you with the name you wish to be called. They also work with your insurance provider the best they can and go over costs before starting. I sort of hate the xray part when they put the shield in your mouth. But Beto the xray tech goes slow and tries to allieviate your uncomfortableness. The hygentists that work with Dr. Cua are friendly and are caring. Helping you setup the TV to watch and listen to while they work away. Also giving you a pillow and leg rest if you want. They work well with Dr. Cua as scrapes off the plaque and calcium build-up. Keeping your mouth rinsed and clean. They then polish after Dr. Cua finishes. Although I don't love visiting the dentist. I do love my experience at Perch Dentistry with Dr. Cua and her staff. By the way I had no cavities on this visit and my gums are looking much healthier! So if you haven't seen a dentist in awhile give Perch a call and start the process of having a cleaner and healthier mouth! read more

Y'all this place is magical. I had a lot of dental and orthodontics work done on my teeth as a young child. Life happened, had kids and stopped taking care of my teeth. It was 8 years since I saw a dentist again and I was so nervous and anxious. The staff walking in was great! I was extremely comfortable and the office was beautiful. Dr. Patel was very very very personable and made me feel very comfortable. He was great in educating me with what was going on with my teeth and what procedures we would be doing. I had severe dental anxiety that kept me from getting professional dental care for many years. I finally decided to face my fear and, after seeing the positive reviews, booked with Dr. Cua. As a new patient, they were able to get me in pretty quickly. Once there, all staff, including Dr. Cua, were very pleasant and put me at ease. They explained everything clearly and didn't try to get me to have any unnecessary work done. I have been wanting to go to Perch for a while now due to their proximity to my neighborhood (literally across the street) and all the wonderful reviews. My old dental insurance was lame though, so I wasn't able to. Then my husband's job changed dental insurance and hallelujah! I never thought I'd be this excited to go to the dentist. Haha I definitely had my hopes up, which made my first visit a little nerve-wracking. My husband always says, "Expect the worst and hope for the best." Well, after a cleaning, exam, and a filling, I have to say, Perch was all that the raving reviews have said and more. Dr. Cua is the sweetest and made sure I felt at ease. I just happened upon Perch Dentistry while taking my baby next door to Little Land. I am so glad I walked in to inquire about an appointment as, right away, I was in awe of a gorgeous, clean, and modern office. Seriously, it's stylish! I was greeted by two charming and warm dentists Dr. Cua and Dr. Patel. Dr. Cua and Dr. Patel of course are very talented, graduating from a top East Coast dental school, but it's their kind personality that made me feel safe to be there. I scheduled my appointment for a few weeks out and then I was offered a tour of the office. Of note, The bathrooms are gorgeous, like a Joanna Gains project! Fast forward two weeks...I was feeling thankful that the office texted me reminders and emailed me a link to complete my forms online! Yes, paperless!! On appointment day, I was genuinely greeted and offered a beverage of choice. Dr. Cua, was so patient while listening to my concerns and wishes. I felt like I was just chatting with a friend! Again I want to reiterate how clean and modern the space is. The machines are wireless and digital, while the room is fitted with two TVs for patients comfort in mind. You can tell they didn't cheap out on anything! Even the bibs and gloves match the theme of black and gold!! Ok, back to my treatment. Dr. Cua's hands are like feathers! I had a baby 10 months ago and I am anemic. My gums are very sensitive, bleed easily, and I have had previous cleanings were I felt a zap from my nerves or clenched in discomfort. Dr. Cua, was gentle and careful. I have two areas in which the gum line is a bit inflamed around the margin of the crown, hence, are very sensitive. She applied topical anesthetic to the area and proceeded with caution. Wrapping this review up, I want to comment on the pricing as well. My treatment plan was reviewed with me and I noticed things like my fluoride and future implant costs were less than what me previous dentist charged me! Upon leaving, I was given Perch swag which even included candy from sugarfina!! So, if you like clean, modern, and new technology- this is your place. From the first interaction prior to appointment all the way to making the next appointment/leaving, it is a stellar customer experience. I actually started going to this dental practice a year ago when I lost my dental insurance due to the pandemic, and I will continue to go as long as possible. Dr Cua is friendly, engaging, and caring. Dr Cua does the dental cleaning herself, which has been a new experience for me. From a patient perspective, the ease and comfort can be extremely important and Perch Dentistry delivers! You will be provided noise cancelling headphones to wear the entire time if you choose ( I watch and listen to nature scenes ), legs will be elevated with a nice cushioned pillow under knees and behind your head, sunglasses on, blanket for any chill you may experience, a lavender towel for your face at the end. We recently moved and needed a new dentist. After reading good reviews of Perch, I decided to give it a try. I made an appt easily online and filled out all of the paperwork before going in. The location is super convenient and easy to get to, parking was also easy. When you arrive, the office is beautiful. Very new, sleek and modern. Every single person I interacted with was so welcoming and friendly, it truly didn't feel like walking into a dentist's office. They took x-rays and pictures of my teeth and for the first time in my life, had a dentist walk me through the X-rays and what they saw in them. Dr. Cua was SO nice and did anything and everything to make me comfortable. They also have Netflix straight ahead and on the ceiling for when you're laid back in the chair PLUS they offer headphones so you can zone out and watch TV. I unfortunately had to go back in for two fillings and even though I was such a baby about it, they made it super easy. Full disclosure: I loath going to the dentist. But Dr. Patel and Dr. Cua are hands down the best dentists I've ever been to. And by best, I mean their service, customer care and personalities are great. Since our family found Perch, I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. They listen to and address any concerns you have and I think the best part is they do what needs to be done and don't try to upsell their services. They genuinely care about their patients and always have their best interests in mind. I absolutely love Perch Dental! From the moment you walk in the door until the time you leave it's as if you're treated like a welcomed guest in their home. Dr. Cua and Dr. Patel are two of the most friendliest people I have ever met. I was referred to Perch by my Orthodontist (Dr. Auk). I was new in town and needed to reestablish a dental team since I wear braces. I appreciated the convenience of being able to book an appointment online, and receiving a confirmation text and email prior to my visit (for me this is priceless). On the day of my appointment, they gave me a tour of their new, very modern, very nice office. They have all the amenities you could hope for (bottled water, k-cups, swag and smart TVs). Yes, while having work done you can lay back and relax and watch Netflix on a screen right above you (with headphones). I gotta say that's my favorite part. Netflix is a welcomed distraction from all the noise the dental tools can make. Dr. Cua and Dr. Patel carefully explain their processes for any needed procedures. They constantly check on you while your in the chair just to make sure you're comfortable. Oh, and they're also environmentally conscious, since they have eliminated all the physical paperwork and have incorporated an online check-in process that is most efficient. My experience with Perch was so amazing that my two sons are now patients. They couldn't believe how kind and friendly the Dentists were and how comfortable they made them feel. Perch Dentistry informed their patients that they would no longer be accepting Delta Dental insurance in 2024. My husband, son and I were patients and all have Delta Dental. We were disappointed. Their letter said that they would work with us and there would not be much of a difference in out of pocket costs. I decided not to continue to be their patient. However, my son went to see them a couple of months ago for a check up and cleaning appointment. They submitted his paperwork to Delta Dental and said that he would receive reimbursement from Delta. He was charged $700 for the check up and cleaning appointment. Typically this is a $0 charge every six months! After waiting patiently for several weeks, he contacted Perch Dentistry to check on his reimbursement. He was told that Delta had sent them a check for $120 and he could go to the office to receive reimbursement. He is still waiting for reimbursement for the second charge. This is unacceptable and not at all fair. How could we be told that the difference in cost would be minimal. It is not minimal at all. Thank goodness he didn't need to pay for a crown, or other service up front. He is still waiting for the second payment. Delta said they issued a reimbursement, but Perch Dentistry have yet to contact him. I am so frustrated with Perch Dentistry. They are taking advantage of a young man, and are keeping the money that should have been reimbursed to him. Even with the reimbursements the check up and cleaning will end up costing him well over $500 out of pocket!! Steer clear of this office. The dentists used to clean their patients' teeth, and then they grew too big and became too greedy, so they hired a hygienist who frankly did not do a good job. The hygienist didn't even check the gums! I am so disappointed and frustrated. Please can someone from the office give my son the reimbursement he should have received. Your office was one of the best, and is now more interested in making money off patients than caring about their health. read more
