My old dentist was a little too far and not very convenient. I was hesitant to change though because I really liked them. I finally decided to try Perch Dentistry which recently opened not too far from my house. I am SO happy I did! The entire staff is so welcoming. From the moment I walked in they made me feel relaxed. They gave me a tour of the facility which is super modern compared to most dentist offices. There are flat screen tv's on the wall and ceiling with Netflix to help get your mind off of being at the dentist. Dr. Cua is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The dental assistant was amazing too. I will definitely be going back and hope that other people in the area discover Perch Dentistry!! read more

Everyone here is so wonderful. From the second you walk in, you feel so welcomed. They really want you to have the best experience as possible. They have all the amenities (TVs with Netflix, essential oils to calm your nerves, refreshments and even swag bags on your first visit.) BUT are you wondering if they can get the job done too... YES! I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Cua and she is amazing! Very gentle and good at what she does. They were very honest with what work needs to be done now and what can wait. I have had a couple bad experiences at the dentist. I have had a background of being an orthodontic assistant since I was 18. The past five years I have been a stay at home mom and have been out of the practice. All that to say I still have very high expectations when looking for a new dentist. From the time I walked in the door Perch Dental exceeded my expectation. Maria who works at the front desk is so sweet. She took me on a tour of the office which is rare these days. The office is immaculate. It is modern, updated, and very detailed on how much love they put into their practice! They have state of the art equipment. Dr. Patel came out to greet me which is so awesome. Most dentist come across very busy and not personal. Dr. Patel took time to look at all my x-rays and photos and addressed all my concerns. Had a great experience here. We had to change dentists because our insurance changed. I hated leaving our old dentist, but I was pleasantly surprised! Office is very clean and modern. Staff and Dr. were all so friendly and helpful. Our whole family went in at the same time and kind of took over the place, they weren't bothered by it at all! However, if you are going thinking there will be a bird there, you will be disappointed, name has no bird correlation and the bird pic in yelp is not theirs!! regardless of the non bird, we will definitely be back! read more

Plus, this office is beautiful and clean and has lots of amenities- they give you a goodie bag complete with a shirt, there is a mini fridge with drinks, you can even watch Netflix while they're cleaning your teeth. Everyone was nice there service isnt what I had an issue with, it's the money poaching. I had to put a down payment for my root canal that I had to wait a week for and I was in EXTREME pain (my new dentist didnt ask me for a down payment) I called and begged them to push up my appointment but they wouldn't. I ended up losing my deposit because I had to go to a different dentist because my pain was so bad and needed to get in ASAP. Also they were going to charge me $350 for a signature for sedative pill... my new dentist didnt charged me for their signature and the pill was $1.78 with my insurance. Dentistry is already expensive and they take it to the next level, I was very disappointed In this dentistry. read more

I drive by Perch Dentistry daily and have been looking for a new long term dentist for awhile. I decided to try them out. Their online appt scheduling was easy to use. They contacted me for my insurance information prior to my visit. My first visit was exceptional. They had a special check in process due to covid. As soon as you walk in the front door, you could feel the positive atmosphere. I was explained fully on the what steps were being taken and why and most importantly, what pricing we are going to expect before starting anything. Dr. Patel was terrific from the beginning. He knew exactly what he was talking about, had great recommendations and was thorough throughout my procedure. On to my follow up... overall, my expectations have been surpassed!! This has been the best experience I have had for a dentist for both me and my daughter. My daughter had gone to a pediatric dentist and they were not patient at all. She had actually gotten more afraid of the dentist as time when by and never had anything but cleanings done. We had to make a switch. Perch was so patient with her and used state of the art equipment for xray's that the experience is not scary for her. Dr. Patel is awesome with her as are all the assistants. I love this clinic!! I came in as an emergency pt due to pain. Even though they were very busy and full, they took me in. Both Dr's are wonderful! Everything was explained to me as he went. My questions were answered throughly. The teamwork was also remarkable!! Maria multitasked and jumped between pts to minimize wait time. She was so sweet and patient. I felt so welcomed. I was so happy to find Perch Dentistry and Dr. Cua. The office is so clean, modern and has a nice scent when you enter the lobby. Dr. Cua and her assistant Maria were very thorough in explaining everything. They were also always constantly checking on me throughout the entire exam and cleaning to make sure that I was comfortable. They did a lot of minor touches to make sure the experience was top-notch! From dabbing on calming essential oils, offering a variety of complimentary beverages, providing noise canceling headphones and a remote control with Netflix to watch shows during the entire process. I think no detail went unnoticed. It felt like a luxury experience! The Dr and her assistant were both extremely easy to talk to and so welcoming. By the time it was done they also gave me a gift bag, blanket and a hug. I felt like I just made a new friend with my new dentist. Do yourself a favor and go see Dr. Cua.
