Y'all this place is magical. I had a lot of dental and orthodontics work done on my teeth as a young child. Life happened, had kids and stopped taking care of my teeth. It was 8 years since I saw a dentist again and I was so nervous and anxious. The staff walking in was great! I was extremely comfortable and the office was beautiful. Dr. Patel was very very very personable and made me feel very comfortable. He was great in educating me with what was going on with my teeth and what procedures we would be doing. I had experiences before in offices where I felt like I was being gouged for money and this office I did not at all. The office has lots of upscale things too. I mean...Netflix while having dental work done was the best! My first deep cleaning wasn't bad at all and I'm so happy I went with the Perch team. I plan to go back for every cleaning.

The most beautiful new patient welcome gift!

I needed a deep cleaning after about 4 to 5 years of no dentist visits. I was really nervous. I went for my exam at Perch, and they were able to start my deep cleaning on one side that same day! They numbed me well, and I felt nothing the entire time. It was really clean, and beautiful! The staff were super Nice and professional! I highly recommend!!

    Beautiful rooms!

No to all of the above. The wait times are unacceptable. It is a dental factory!

After my extraction, I received several follow up calls from Maria, which made me feel like they genuinely care about their patients!

It's taken me a long time to find the perfect dentist office. I have been seeing Dr. Good for…read moreseveral years now. When you are in his chair, he treats you as if he was treating his mother. He is understanding about my anxiousness, he explains everything in detail as he is doing a procedure. Dr. Good continues to check in about how you are doing during the appointment. He always presents the option that will benefit you the most...he helps you watch your purse strings. Dr. Good also gets to know you and is always asking about the last thing you talked about. He has a great personality so that helps the time fly by during your visit. The entire staff is amazing!! I have adored all the assistants and hygienists. The office staff is efficient. The office is also extremely welcoming and comfortable. Love the chairs!!

I recently visited this office for a routine cleaning, which itself was fine, but the experience…read morethat followed left a much stronger impression--and not in a good way. After the exam, I was informed that I needed several cavities addressed. That part wasn't surprising. What was surprising was the financial process that followed. The conversation felt less like a healthcare discussion and more like sitting across from a finance manager at a car dealership--focused heavily on cost breakdowns and payment structure rather than care. The most concerning part: I was told I needed to pay a $100 deposit just to schedule the procedure. While I understand deposits in certain contexts, this felt out of place in a healthcare setting. Patients are already committing to treatment and cost--adding a pay-to-book requirement creates an unnecessary barrier and, frankly, erodes trust. Yes, the deposit is applied toward the final bill, but that doesn't change the principle. Patients shouldn't feel like they're paying for access to care. Healthcare--especially dentistry--relies on trust, transparency, and patient-first thinking. This experience leaned too far in the direction of financial policy over patient care. If you're exploring dental providers, I'd encourage you to ask upfront about payment practices and find an office whose approach aligns with your expectations. There are plenty of great providers out there who prioritize patient experience alongside clinical care. Unfortunately, this wasn't one of them.
