So we paid $451 just to be done with them and they called us back immediately saying that the balance due was incorrect and they would call us back to tell us the correct amount. They never called us back so i called and they said the same thing of they would get back to us after an audit. They actually did call back and say they would refund everything we paid because my insurance covered it all. But now it's been 3 weeks since they said that and no refund has been given. Called today and they don't even answer the phone.

They offer you bottled water or coffee as you enter. They also greet you with the name you wish to be called. They also work with your insurance provider the best they can and go over costs before starting. I sort of hate the xray part when they put the shield in your mouth. But Beto the xray tech goes slow and tries to allieviate your uncomfortableness. The hygentists that work with Dr. Cua are friendly and are caring. Helping you setup the TV to watch and listen to while they work away. Also giving you a pillow and leg rest if you want. They work well with Dr. Cua as scrapes off the plaque and calcium build-up. Keeping your mouth rinsed and clean. They then polish after Dr. Cua finishes. Although I don't love visiting the dentist. I do love my experience at Perch Dentistry with Dr. Cua and her staff. By the way I had no cavities on this visit and my gums are looking much healthier! I recently had a gum infection that was painful and it left me feeling very anxious about having a cleaning just a week later. I am not one who routinely feels anxious about dental care, but I was really feeling terrified. After an appointment with Dr Guan, who is always very patient and informative, it was time for a deep ultrasonic cleaning after missing the last two years of routine cleanings. I was almost in tears, but right away, Wendy put me at ease and promised that my pain was her pain and she would make sure we both made it out pain free. She called Dr Guan back to inject some local numbing medicine, which isn't the most fun, but it did the trick and throughout the cleaning, scaling and lasering, Wendy watched my body language closely and kept checking in to make sure I was okay and not just touching it out. She was as comforting as a mama, without ever making me feel bothersome or "extra" about being nervous. She was also super meticulous about getting every bit of calcified plaque off my teeth. I really appreciate how thorough and gentle she was. So much so, that I gave her a big hug after and thanked her profusely. I have had braces, an implant, a crown and a below gumline root canal here and I have always been kept informed about costs, options, and preventative maintenance. I love my dental team and I am so beyond happy to recommend Wendy. She is awesome!

Each year, they perform an exam to check for my teeth's current condition, followed by cleanings. Kylie, is incredible at what she does. I'm always in and out in 30 minutes or less when she cleans my teeth. They offer you sunglasses to wear when you're lying down so the light doesn't bother you. Kylie also has what looks to be binoculars when she works so she can easily see what she's working on. I've never seen anything like it but I can confirm that she never accidentally scratches my gumline or my tongue, which can be very painful. Dr. Yang usually finishes up the visit with a quality check to give his approval. Their billing office is usually good and fast as well. The entire team at Family Dental of Cedar Park has me in and out like clockwork and has been consistent. I'll continue to return here as a loyal patient!

Well trust me, that the worse thing I could have said. Now all of a sudden everyone jumps into action mode, taking all new x rays and cbct (which is a fancy X-ray). I looked it up. Their findings were alarming. I now needed 3 crowns and the fillings that go under the crowns plus 3 additional fillings. Why didn't the other dentist in NY say anything to me about all these problems? On my wife, she suddenly needs a deep cleaning and possibly some fillings redone because they are leaching.(their words). They tried to force us to schedule immediately and wanted to start my wife's deep cleaning that very day. We told them that we both had to return to work but then we were told they would not have another appointment available for several weeks to do a deep cleaning. We left there unsettled and I contacted a friend of mine who has a brother that is a dentist. I sent him a copy of the X-rays and he said he couldn't see anything other than the 1 tooth that needed just a filling. My wife went to another dentist and was told she only needed a basic filling.
