You just need to tell them where to set up and give them access to an electrical outlet. They accept Zelle which is convenient. They take care of their equipment as seen by fact that the first jumper had been recently washed and they took care to wipe it all down and make sure it was dried well before use. Make sure you have a power source and table. The machine isn't heavy but it's easier to have it set up upon delivery). It also comes with the serving boxes, the popcorn scoop, and the kernels and oil needed to make the popcorn. The clean up was extremely easy but the full cleaning will be done by Danny's. It was odd that he wanted the full payment ahead of time. He also couldn't accept Zelle but I sent it to his "girlfriend" Yessenia and sent him a screenshot to confirm payment. On the day of our party, his phone was off and non-responsive. I even called Yessenia, Who did pick up and told me that he always shows up. He never showed up. When I asked for a refund, she never responded. Do not recommend. It was pretty disappointing that we had to scramble to find another vendor one hour before the party and lost $140.
