Eric and his crew tackled a tough job to level the uneven soil in our 700 sq. ft. +/- area in preparation for upgrading the existing soil to improve out backyard to install a new sprinkler system and Marathon I sod. (I hope that if possible, Resolve Landscapers wouldn't mind adding any additional information that I may have overlooked). In addition, Resolve installed PTL lumber along the tree line, a separate drip system for additional plantings around our trees, and added a B-Hyve wi-fi enabled watering system with multiple stations to allow us to control the timing for watering backyard areas. We also had flagstone stepping stone pavers installed in one of the corners of our backyard, with 3/8" Del Rio pea rocks to support the walkway. Disappointing Communication and Lack of Professionalism…read more ​I reached out to this business based on a recommendation for a project on a property we are currently purchasing. Despite Yelp's "10-minute response" claim, I received no reply to my initial quote request. ​When I called the following day, the experience did not improve. The representative I spoke with seemed disinterested and lacked basic industry knowledge, specifically struggling to differentiate between a California room and a sunroom. Despite asking for extensive details about the project, they declined to meet during our inspection window and failed to follow up afterward as promised. ​If a company isn't interested in a project, I'd prefer transparency over unfulfilled promises to follow up. We have since taken our business elsewhere.

Zach and his crew are great people who do great work…read more I moved to a house with artificial turf, and two golden retrievers, which resulted in me needing to spray an enzyme every week to try to stop the horrible scent that was coming from the artificial turf. Zach came out to do an estimate for me to help me decide if I needed different turf or real sod. He gave me options and I ended up going with St. Augustine turf and I am so happy with the results! (For the dogs and wanting turf, this was the perfect option to fit my needs.). When they were removing the artificial sod, they uncovered that the under layer was compacted to 100%. The crew was basically chiseling into concrete. They worked so hard and got it all cleared out the first day so that the sod could go down the second day after ktlling and re-leveling with fresh dirt. They took out so many barrels of compacted concrete-dirt. Completely unrelated I had some sprinklers break in the front a week after they were done and he came out to check on my grass and set up an appointment to get my sprinklers fixed within a few days. Then I added a wishlist item to have him fix some sprinklers that were in some pots out front. Yet again he and his crew came out on time, did great work and cleaned everything up perfectly. I am so impressed by their quality of work and their work ethic and would definitely recommend them to anyone. If I ever have any additional work, I need done in my yard. They are the and only people I will call.

Gilberto came and gave me a bid, but it was way too high. Later, when speaking with a relative, he lowered his price to match another bid. We liked his experience and reviews, so we hired him and his crew. They arrived on time and worked from 8:30-1:00, pruning and cleaning. I had given him a list of everything I expected, which matched our conversation the day of his bid. They did a wonderful job, attending to everything on my list, and I was very happy. I wanted to hire him to handle the yard work on a monthly basis, but he did not respond. I would recommend him for major projects, as he provided excellent service to me. We also had a good time laughing at my jokes, and I felt he was honest in his recommendations for future planting. If you have a big project, he does trees, landscaping and pruning/clean-up.
