I called Jeff today to replace and rekey my office door knob. The original door was not properly…read moreinstalled, so he had to do more work than expected. Since it took longer than he had anticipated, he decided not to charge us! The replacement knob that he installed was installed well. It was sturdy and strong. He rekeyed the door knob to match the dead bolt. This saved me the cost of having to make 11 copies of a new key! Jeff was nice and listened to what we asked for.
