A tow truck driver that we called recommended we drop our car at his shop and leave it overnight to be worked on in the morning. He called Cesar for us and set it all up. The next morning we spoke to Cesar who said he was going to buy the part we needed and would have it ready to go soon. We didn't have any way of getting back to his shop from our hotel, so he fixed the car AND came to pick us up. He charged us a more than fair price given what we asked of him. We were practically stranded because no shops had the parts to fix a VW, were closed for Easter holiday, or overbooked. We ended up finding this shop in Bishop that could take us on short notice and they did a wonderful job! We got a tow into the shop on Monday afternoon, they ordered the part we needed, and had our car all fixed up and ready to hit the road by Wednesday morning. The service was fast, reliable and friendly. Our mechanic was Ceasar who specialized in VW- he was very reassuring and communicative and also gave us a ride into town! At first sight, the appearance can be deceiving, there were many cars filling the lot, however don't let that discourage you! I can be picky about where I take my car so I had my worries but I was definitely not disappointed! I would highly recommend this auto body shop! It's been months after they replaced my oil pan and my car is running perfect! Very satisfied with my service.
