I don't think I'll be back to this place. I went to get a pedicure with my friend and we had to wait although they had two seats available. They didn't clean/sanitize the seat I sat in after the previous lady left. Then before starting my pedicure, they asked me what would I like. I said a basic pedicure with white nail polish. They suggested callous treatment, I said NO. They asked do I want gel polish, I said NO. After the lady did a really horrible job on my pedicure, she proceeded to do the callous treatment and painted my toe nails with gel polish after I said no to both. I understand the business of up selling but you MUST give the customer what they ask for. There was no language barrier, just strictly trying to get over on people. And for that, I'll never return to that place again. Poor service and shady. No bueno. ‍ Oh and my massage chair didn't work. My friend's did and he enjoyed that the most. However, he can't take me back to this place. I'll find a new place with massage chairs and better service. read more

Everyone comes here for nails or lashes, haven't seen anyone reviewing their facial yet. SO today I came here for my 10.15am appointment. Upon entering, the store smells clean, Staff were cleaning all the area. Once someone noticed me, she attended to me. She's Lee, I guess she's like boss of the place. Anyway, I was shown into a small room for my facial. I inquired about their facial style, she replied Korean. So I told her I wanted strong massage on my face. As I believe strong facial massage will help 'push' impurities out of the pores. Soon a tiny lady walked in and assumed she was going to work on me. Skincare products: I like the products used on my face. It had a mild pleasant smell unlike some heavily perfumed products. The products felt light on my skin. Facial technique: The lady who worked on had strong hands. I like the facial massage but throughout the entire 1hr, I felt like she was in a huge rush. She would shuffle left & right, move things noisily about, rush through the massage. She massaged my arm and shoulder like she was massaging pork. I felt very un-rested in a place where I'm supposed to lie down, feel relaxed and calm. Other little annoying things she did was serum/products not only on my face but also drip into my eye, my ears and even my nose. A few times I had to blow my nose or squeeze the liquid out of my nostrils. It was not comfortable at all. Throughout the entire 1hr, I did not doze off, usually I would cos her nails would occasionally poke me. Overall experience: While I like the products that were used, I find the $80 rather expensive for the treatment I got. I expect to get at least some level of calm, I felt the total opposite. I feel this lady who worked on me should improve her treatment. I will give this place another go but would highly stress to get a different lady. read more

This salon has made me wait up to an hour for service. They will readily put your feet in the foot bath (for a pedi) then make you wait for as long as it takes to get to you. Last time I went in the owner put my feet in the foot bath then went right back to her laptop while I sat for an hour until another lady could give me a pedi. I went to treat myself and my daughter. I agreed to many upsells. My tab was so high they were hugging me as I left salon. A week goes by and my finger swelled in pain. I had a nail infection after going to this salon for years. It required antibiotics and ointment. My nail was adhered to my skin by the polish. I had to pry it apart and then my skin pealed off and nail died. When I went in to let the owner know, she insisted that could not happen. To top it off, she blamed it on my change of body chemistry ie. " change of life". Really? Insulting. They lost this customer. read more

Nice people but they over charge for no reason. Went there to get color change the owner said it was $8 just for color change and I didn't even have polish on my nails. She said the reason it's high was bc they use a special top coat that dries fast... BULLCRAP!!! I had my hands under the dryer for well over 15 mins it still wouldn't dry, finally when the lady who did my polish seen my frustration she sprayed the quick dry on my nails and put my hands under the dryer again for another 3 minutes. You would think that would dry my "quick dry coat" polish. As soon as I get home my polish was messed up bc it wasn't fully dry. These people will lie to make extra money for poor qualify work, just greedy!!!. I am from California where everything is more expensive and polish change isn't any more than $5 that includes under nail cleaning. I will never do business here again. read more

Love that they're the first place open on Saturdays! I needed my nail repaired and Michelle took care of me. She is friendly & helpful and I loved the fact that she didn't rush me or assume what I wanted like other salons. I also really appreciated the fact that she could speak coherent English. I'm rarely able to just have a conversation with a nail tech or ask questions about what I wanted done without google translate handy. They are definitely pricy but I don't mind! They know there worth, give spectacular service and do a phenomenal job! This will be my nail salon going forward! read more

Attached pictures are what my nails look like 10' leaving the store. She took off $5 because she cut me. I should have known better and left that place when she roughly handle my cuticle after I told her 3 times - be gentle, because I got bleed easily. She managed to cut me pretty deep regardless of my warning, this is when she started to really slow down and pay attention to what I said. She's pushing and her hands are shaky the whole time she's working on my nails! Half way through the process, she told me that the gel nail polish is out so I have to go with another "similar" color. My friend - who is not a nail tech can do the job better than her. I have been getting gel nails for almost 8 years and this by far is the worst place that I've been to. I made an appt with Jay and was service by a lady - till this point, i'm not even sure if she is Jay or not. Never come back and do not recommend this place to anyone! read more

Lee Nails is located off Lawrenceville Hwy in Lilburn. The store sits between CVS and Dominos. It is in a small strip of mall containing these 3 businesses and has ample parking. There is also a light to pull in and out of this shopping strip which makes it convenient. I've been going to Lee Nails to get my eyebrows and lips waxed since 2006ish. They have always done a great job on my eyebrows and I always leave feeling refreshed. I enjoy the short facial massage at the end of the waxing session. I do feel that sometimes, the sessions feel rushed. It also depends on the time of day and how busy they are. Also different staff members work differently. Several staff members have worked on my face through the years and I've always been happy with the end results. Waxing is done in a small room in the back. They have several smaller rooms which they use when they are busy. The room itself is clean, and the bedding you lay on looks and feels clean. They place a paper sheet on the pillow for you to place your head on. The room is comfortable to lay in while they work on your face. Lee Nails also does nails (obviously), facials and massage. I have only had my nails done by them a few times and have never done a facial or massage with them. I use them exclusively for waxing and have been happily returning for 10 years. read more

I like the salon atmosphere but NOT THE UPSELLING. I understand everyone needs to make money but as a sales professional, I detest the sneaky way they try to upsell you everything. Just charge what you want period. They advertise one price then show you a sheet of upcharges and point at the most expensive option, LOL. Like I don't get it... Best massage ever! Walked in and went to the massage table. Allisa (sp?) was the massage therapist. Honestly it was the best massage of my life. Holy cow, that woman is a miracle worker. I love going here as they offer so many deluxe options and alternative services that they are one of my favorites. Their prices aren't very competitive, but you are getting a high quality. The staff is friendly and great. They are more than a nail salon, and could be a spa. I've stuck to nails so far but I look forward to trying a facial or massage soon. I've tried manicures multiple times though and I just never get the results I want. My finger nails are a bit challenging. read more

In the middle of painting my nails the tech asked if she could go tend to someone else who wanted their eye brows done. Made zero sense especially since I was there first and she has already started with me. This place is horrible, I'm getting married tomorrow & came to get my nails done and the lady told me one price for a full set she ended up charging me 80 for everything and when I asked why she keept saying that I asked her for something that I didn't even ask she gave me gel polish when I didn't even ask for it .. Beware !!! They lie and sneak in extra services and then charge you ! The only person that was honest is the person doing the pedicure. I told them I did not like a French manicure .. I wanted an American manicure because I wanted a natural look....I got aFRENCH manicure she called American... It looks like White Out on the tip of my nails !! And it cost $50.00 and I absolutely hate it :( Next I wanted my eyebrows tinted (20.00) but the same lady told me she had to "clean up" my eyes....meaning waxing additional $7 00 that she did not tell me...Last I wanted the neck & back massage for $1.00 per minute so I go 30 minutes....well she asked if I wanted to just stay on the table where she did my eyebrows...I said I just want the neck & back and she said OK.... Well since I stayed on the table instead of getting in the massage chair it was the price of the Full Body Massage but she only did the neck & back! I walked out paying $147.00 !!!
