I have never in my life been so disgusted by an establishment. First they were 20 minutes late getting to me. Then he cut me. All of my nails are uneven. There is polish on my fingers and AROUND my nails. He didn't cut my cuticles. Every nail is a different length. My nails were BURNING and still are. The tech was rushing because they close at 7. If he would have started on time then it wouldn't have been a problem. I have NEVER EVER IN MY LIFE been so angry. Also, the place stinks and needs a deep clean. Oh, and they talk about their clients. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. My nails look god awful. read more

I go to Perfect 10 Nail Salon regularly. Today I was disappointed with the technician I had today as all I needed was to have my gel polish taken off. She spent her time on the phone. She did explain to me she had been talking to her dad. However, I personally do not like to listen to someone talking on the phone in a different language during my appointment. I will continue to go there, they need to realize this is a business. read more

Made an appointment. Waited over 45 minutes and never took me. Did not acknowledge that I was waiting. Very poor customer service!!!!

Today I decided to treat myself and getting a pedicure. As I was there I started looking around the place seemed a little dirty. There was two women sitting next to me getting their pedicure done. When the man doing the pedicures to one of the women open the water it smell like sewage. I felt like I wanted to leave immediately. But I decided to give it a chance. As I'm looking him preparing for the next woman he didn't really sanitize any of the equipment he had used before. It wasn't in the sanitation bag in the back. It was in the cart where all the equipment or just being used over and over again. They soaked in the dirty water that they had used for the previous client. Yes the dirty equipment in the dirty water they were cleaning it that way. They put it back in the cart for the next client. I was in so much shock but that wasn't the biggest thing. The man was using DOG nail DRILL!! Yes that was for a dog on humans. Somebody really needs to come investigate them from the county. I notice many violations! I would highly avoid this place 100%. This place must be shut down it is a danger to everybody in this county. Please be aware if you see some thing and you know it's not right say some thing. Just moved to Stephens City this week & needed a gel manicure. I wish I had chosen a different salon for my first experience in VA. I have been getting gel manicures every two weeks for over 6 years, and I knew replacing my nail technician was going to be hard; I didn't realize it would be this difficult. I was a walk-in & there was no wait. The technician I had was extremely rough with removing my current gel, and didn't adjust to my repeated flinches. He didn't ask if I wanted my nails trimmed, just started shaping & seemed irritated when I asked that they be cut down. I was shocked when, instead of emptying into a trash can, he just shook the old gel and nail clippings onto the floor. He didn't bother to trim my cuticles other than the corners, of which he nicked 3 of my fingers. Even after I visibly jerked & said "Ouch", he didn't try to be more careful. Now that I'm typing this all out, I'm thinking I should've left at that point & just paid for the gel removal. However, I wanted to at least see if his gel application might make up for the awful "manicure". I wish I had left. I now understand why he didn't bother to trim my cuticles; he just painted over them! In case you've never had gel polish painted onto a nicked cuticle, it burns like crazy!! I yelped, no pun intended, when he brushed it on; so loud that the one other customer in the salon looked over at me. Needless to say, the gel/polish application did not make up for the "manicure" in the very least; especially when I had to spend 20 minutes at home trying to even out the polish on my cuticles, and remove polish from my skin. Can't say that I will return to Perfect 10 Nail Salon. read more

I spent 2 hours getting my nails done and to say the least I was very disappointed. My technician did not speak any English. My nails were lumpy and turned upward. I tried explained to another lady and she said it would be corrected with filing ... it wasn't. Then while I was there the gentleman doing pedicures was waiting on customers with the gloves... the dirty gloves from the pedicure he was doing. read more

This place receives a few bad reviews but I'm leaving a good one. I take my 95 year young grandmother here to get her nails and feet done. They are so great to her and patient since she is slow to move around. They even smile when she walks in. So I can't find fault with them because they take GREAT care of her. If you find them cold or rude...have you actually tried talking to them. They are respectful people and usually won't talk unless talked too...just keep that in mind!!! If I could rate -5 I would. Terrible terrible terrible. She filled my skin.. not my nails. I have cuts all over my fingers. I went to get a fill for my gel set, matte Black almond shaped. They are crooked and looks like I fingered a women with a yeast infection. Slimy and creamy looking, not even matte. I asked the lady to fix a few spots that were noticeably bad when she was doing them. She told me they were fine. When she was done, she told me $45. Apparently a FILL. Is 35$ and the almond shape is another 5$ and the matte (yeast infection)look is also 5$. I cried all the way home, and still crying. read more

I went here recently for homecoming to get a manicure and pedicure and I had to go back the next day to fix ALL of my nails. They don't take their time or use proper nail care. Stopped by on a busy weekend to get a pedi and they worked us right in despite not having an appointment and being super busy. We had the organic pedicure which was a little pricier than others that I have had in the area ($40) but worth it. The massage was great and Joseph went the extra mile to ensure that we had a great experience. When we left the owner even checked in with us to ensure that we had an enjoyable experience. I stopped by to get a full set. I did not have an appointment. I must have come at the right time I was seen right away. I was very happy with the cleanliness and courtesy. I had Alex and he is amazing. Does not rush through or make you feel like he's doing you a favor by doing your nails. I have since gone back for my fills. Alex is the one I ask for. Stopped by for a mani/pedi. The salon did not seem too busy. The lady put me in the pedicure chair and did not return for 30 minutes. My water was freezing cold and no one even acknowledged me. I was about to leave when a lady finally came over. She spent 10 minutes on my pedicure and another 10 minutes on my manicure. If I wanted express service I would have done it myself. This was the absolute worst mani/ pedi I have ever had. The ladies kept gathering together and talking. It appeared they were arguing or complaining. After waiting 15 minutes there as a walk in, another customer walked in and didn't have an appointment. She appeared to know the people who worked there, so I assumed she was a regular. Even though we were both walk in's and I was signed in and waiting a good 15 minutes before she was even there, they took her first. Then a worker walked up to me and said someone would be with me shortly. I waited another 10 minutes but was upset for not being taken before the other woman when I was clearly there first. I had just got my nails done 10 days before at another facility. I needed a pedicure and a polish change, bec I was attending a wedding. Just to be sure I asked if my nails were still ok for just the polish change... I was told my nails looked like "crap". I said well that's all I want and the lady said " whatever". My pedicure was fine, not the best. My nails however got a hair in them and instead of just taking the posh off he painted over it... you could still see the hair. I had an appointment today at 1130 to get a pink and white fill. The man who was going to do my nails asked who did them last (which was another person at your store) then the guy was telling me that my nails were messed up and needed a new set, this set is 2 months old. He then pulled one of my nails off which was painful. The guy also was telling me I'm wasting my money getting colored acrylic when it can just be painted on that it is easier for the customer. I ended up leaving after just a few minutes. I just want to let you know about this horrible experience, I have been coming to your location for a while and unfortunately will not be back. I had been coming to this nail salon at least once a months since 2013, then about a year ago I stopped. I found the technicians were rude and didn't really want to be doing the job, so I have been trying out other places in and around Stephens City, but today I thought let me try then one more time. I am sorry I did. The person doing my pedicure has no idea what he is doing, and rubbing the cream on my Legs and feet as if he is touching a porcelain doll. I am never going back to this nail salon again! I am a nail artist, I don't understand why I came here but for some reason one of your "employees" cut my beautiful nails!!! I may be young but I probably know more about nails than you. Right now(a day later) the nail polish is already cracking! The nail art overall looks fine i guess. I used to come here every time I would get my nails done, and now I will never go back. I got a pedicure, and a full set of nails. While sitting in the chair waiting for my pedicure, I watched the woman who would be doing mine shave a dirty toenail down on a customer without gloves on, then come over to me without washing her hands. She then proceeded to put gloves on that obviously had been used before to give me my pedicure. Any time I had come there before the tools had come out of a package, like they had beee sanitized, this time they did not and when she was done she just put them back in the box and left them there to be used again. I also did not see her clean the tub at all before another customer sat down and got a pedicure. I should have left when I walked in and saw how run down the place had gotten, I definitely should have left after all this happened but the women who was going to do my nails had been there a while so I was hopeful it would be a better experience. Was I WRONG. I've only had one other time my nails turnes out so bad. Everything was done so carelessly, there's nothing I can even compare it to. None of my nails are even, they all have dips and humps in them where they weren't evened out. She didn't even paint the whole nail on some of them. I wanted to get a design, and once she did the first I asked her to take it off and not worry about doing another one, it was so sloppy. Very, very disappointed. When I asked where the previous people were who used to work there, and who I always had do my nails, she told me they had moved back to Vietnam. Worst ever. I asked for a fill but they suggested a replacement set of white tips. Ok, no problem but my nails are longer than I asked for (and I asked a few times) and they are badly shaped. I cannot get out hard acrylic from underneath my nails that was left, and the girl filed and filed but there's a lump on my. I have gone to Perfect 10 several times before for full set, pedi and fills. Last week I stopped in for a nail color change and pedi. The nail tech started the pedi and put acetone on my nails (I figured it would just take off the color). He then wrapped each nail and they sat until my pedi was done. He took off the nail wraps and my gel nails (which had cost me $50 at the same salon) -- were RUINED. Gel was gooey and he ended up removing the entire nail. I was unable to understand his explanation of what happened. He started to try and put a new full set on but I had been there more than an hour. I told him to just leave the nails alone. When I got to the register with no nails -- $50 ruined, he charged me $10 for the nail color change. I am not a person to argue but IMO they owe me a full set of nails, never should they have charged me for such a huge error. Also another tech came over when he realized my nails were ruined and the other tech just laughed and laughed and shook his head.
