In addition, I wanted us to island hop to Santorini and Crete. So I was happy to find a local travel agency. Nick was so easy to work with. We gave him dates of when we wanted to go and our budget. And the only thing I wanted to be responsible for was the excursions. He worked with us when we wanted to downside on certain hotels and answered questions at a reasonable time. Despite having a few questionable logistics, everything worked out smoothly during our trip to Greece. At first, we weren't going to do private transportation, but having it from and to the airport really makes a difference. In the end, we never had to call Nick for anything during our trip. We were able to enjoy every bit of our trip without a problem. So, thank you for making our anniversary trip truly memorable.

My room was clean, ready to accommodate and I was able to change the temp to be comfortable. This location should have higher stars as the few single stars bring the grade down doesn't truly reflect the awesome staff, great facility, comfortable rooms and a fantastic breakfast. I noticed food particles on the carpet and strands of hair in the bathroom from previous occupants. * my top sheet had a lipstick mark. Made me wonder if the sheet was reused or not. We arrived at our booked property and immediately thought this cannot be the correct place it looks…read morelike a dump, no grass just dirt and 2-3 foot high weeds even in front of the door. Also there was a car in the driveway so we knocked on the door the cleaning crew was there and stated they were told we would not be there until after 6 pm, it was 4:15 and we told LussoStay we would arrive between 3:00-4:00. While waiting for them we noticed how dirty the outside of the house was and also saw two large active bees nest on the side of the house and 4 garbage cans on the road in front of the house. After waiting for the cleaning crew to finish we went inside it was hot and then realized there was no air conditioning even though the it stated there was AC two separate times in the listing. So we opened windows to get air flow and found that the kitchen window did not have a screen but we found it laying outside in the dirt. We left to get groceries and upon our return we found that the refrigerator had leaked all over the kitchen floor and the inside of the refrigerator was flooded. We called LussoStay and had him listen to the loud noise which he claimed he could not hear although we could hardly hear each other over the noise. He said to try unplugging the refrigerator for a few minutes and when I asked about the missing AC he said he needed to contact the owner to verify. The refrig was still leaking on Sunday and making noise from time to time but seemed to be cold so we opted to no repair during our stay as we did not want to have to change our plans and wait around for a repair man to show up. The kitchen table was covered with sticky syrup, the oven was dirty, there was hair in both bathrooms, the smoke detector upstairs was hanging open with no batteries, the electric garbage can lid did not work, one of the toilets was not securely bolted to the floor, the outdoor furniture was dirty and had moldy cushions on both sides, there were no kitchen towels and the pot holders were dirty. The bedroom slider curtain was missing two slats, the coffee left there was over a year old. The stairway railing is not completely nailed down. We were told the garbage would be picked up on Monday morning but they never came during the 5 days we were there. We did not sleep well due to the uncomfortable temperature in the home due to no air conditioning as listed. The upstairs bedroom was unbearable due to the heat and the staircase to the upstairs bedroom is hazardous due to the steepness and narrowness. Plus you have to jump up a 3 foot high wall to even get to that bed as there were no steps. We had several emails back and forth to LussoStay they did respond about the refrigerator and did have someone come who used a weed wacker on the yard, thankfully our car was not there as there was debris and gravel thrown everywhere. But in regards to the other issues they just sent generic email responds on how our comments would help future guest. They had no concern for us because they already had our money and had no intention on compensating us for our inconvenience and disappointing experience even though there was a listing error I will never rent anything that LussoStay is involved with again.

We got seated and it took easily 30 mins before someone stopped by & we had to call a server over. We ended up getting someone that wasn't assigned to our area but helped us. Then later our actual server came by and acted like he had taken our orders when in reality he never even stopped by so it was just a bit strange. Communication definitely was lacking and didn't appreciate that.
