From the second we were introduced, he made himself completely available to us, and our many inquires. He asked thoughtful questions to find out our "musts" and "must nots" and "dream/wish list" items during a vacation (in this case, our honeymoon) and gave us multiple unbelievable options - in multiple price ranges. In the end, he found us the most fantastic deal on a brand new all inclusive resort that not only hit every one of our "musts", it even included a bunch of our wish list & dream items we never thought an all inclusive could have! The icing on the cake? a steal of a price! He also coordinated items we never would have thought to ask about - all of our transfers, excursions, he's even helping connect us with the concierge at the hotel in advance to set up special "us" moments during the trip.
