I had an accident in my Tesla; this happened in October of 2021. I just got my car back from Collision Pros. If it weren't for Kevin, Leo, and the rest of the team there, it would have been a horrible experience. Between both insurance agencies, no one was on the same page, which caused considerable delays. Covid did not help with the delays in the supply chain. But the one bright spot in this whole thing was Kevin and Leo, who stayed in constant contact with me, and Kevin always told me all the details. Yes, you have seen a review before from me. No I am not related to anyone there! They are not my roommates or anything. One might say everyone would prefer to not get to know a body shop twice in one month but that is exactly what happened. Three days after picking up our beautiful car because the body shop had restored it to its pristine condition my wife hit a car due to a blind spot at that exit of a parking lot. Damage was to the front this time and more money than the last accident the former review was about. The simple fact that their service was overwhelmingly good the first time it was a no brainer to have it fixed here again. Even though the manager, Brent, had an amazing staff, this time he surpassed his service from before. He was thorough, helped me understand what was needed and his staff sent texts and made calls to me to keep me in the loop about the repair. My car has an aluminum hood that needed replaced and I expressed my concern about the Insurance wanting to replace it with after market parts. I expressed my concern to Brent and it was replaced with a Lincoln OEM hood. Value is sometimes measured by costs or work done to create a value but that has not been the case totally with Collisions Pro. When employees of a business jump up from their desk just to greet an older fellow like me and when I have little or nothing to do but to drive the car in, pick up the rental car right there at the body shop and return it to the same spot, CONVENIENCE becomes the value for me. I am in my mid 70's and I am not very good at filling out these review things so I don't do very many but I had to make this one the best I could because also as a disabled Vietnam Veteran wear and tear on my body with having to run around taking care of stuff was avoided thanks to these young people in Loomis. Thank you so much. I am grateful! Car looks absolutely beautiful. Truly I hope I don't have to be back and write any more reviews for this business and hope to run in to these folks running around the city of Loomis somewhere. But hope I don't have to go back anytime soon........but if you do this is the place to go. I chose Collision Pros to work on my car after it was vandalized. This wasn't a small job at all... Collision Pros handled it like the "Pros" they truly are. When I first spoke to Kevin who scheduled my drop off date, he was incredibly understanding and helpful to say the least. Each time I called to follow up or ask questions, he knew me by name. After I dropped my car off, I spoke to the estimator, Sam, a handful of times. She is honest, professional, and advocates for her customers on a whole new level. Between working with my insurance and the staff at Collision Pros, she doesn't mess around. When I picked up my car, it was better than I could have ever expected. The work was high quality. The communication was less than perfect. At first, text communication was very good, then is stopped. I had to call every few days to see what the status and the delay was all about. At first, they thought a week to two weeks. Then it was 30 days. It finally took 6 weeks, for what I thought was a simple dented quarter panel. Every time I called, there was always an evasive answer-it's in the paint shop. That was nearly 3 weeks. I live 100 miles away, so I had to arrange transpiration in a timely manner. I would recommend them based on the quality, but the communication was lacking. The car was a 2022 Model 3 Tesla. read more

This shop has had my car for one month we had a small amount of damage on the rear passenger door. We took our car there because they are an acceptable Tesla body shop. They told us they would give us regular updates on the repair status. We have never received one call from them. We have called for updates several times. The last time we called they said they we're waiting for a part that they just got in. And once they had that part they could get the car over to paint and we should be able to pick it up on the 7th or 8th of September. We dropped the car off August 1. Update Sept 1,2023 The shop called us Aug 31, saying the car was ready. We picked it up that day the work was excellent everything looks like new and we got the car back very clean. The young lady taking care of us was Madison. I liked her and how she treated us while we were at the shop. She said she would give us regular updates on the progress of the repairs. She never called us once except to let me know the car was finished and we could pick it up.She also called to let us know how much money we needed to pay for the work. I would only recommend this shop if it was the only place available to get the car repaired. read more

My car was rear-ended (hit and run) and I needed a new bumper and some other stuff. It took a few days longer than initially expected due to needing some extra parts, but I knew that could happen. It took a few weeks before they could schedule the work. I'm not sure if that's because they're so busy or because my car was still drivable, but once I took the car in, communication was really good and they did a beautiful job with my car. The receptionist, Madisyn, is always incredibly pleasant. I also had interactions with Sam and Kevin and they were also great. You can tell Customer Service is important to them. If I ever need more work to my car, I will bring it back here, without hesitation. read more

Collision Pros took great car of my Tesla Model Y after I got rear-ended. There was a good amount of damage and with supply-chain difficulties, there were some intermittent delays. During all of this Collision Pros was great with communication and only kept my car as long as they absolutely had to. Outstanding! After looking for a year, I found an older model (2007) Subaru Outback in mint condition. Unfortunately a grocery cart put several dents in the side of the front passenger door including at the edge--nothing horrible, but quite disappointing. I went to Collision Pros through my Geico Policy and they are polite, professional and friendly. Their in-house experts arranged for Cory from DentPro to come to my house two days later to 'massage' the dents out. Cory arrived on time, was also polite, and professional. In about 15 minutes time he was done and to my amazement he managed to return the door to looking brand new--no sign of the dents at all. I highly recommend them. read more

Great staff, professional polite courteous and responsive!!! Unfortunately my insurance company, Mercury Insurance, miss diagnosed the damage to my care TWICE!! Jeanette at CollisionPros caught it and made sure I didn't get taken advantage off and pointed out to them why my car was totaled!!! Mercury finally understood and agreed with CollisionPros staff but it took an inordinate amount of time!! I totally recommend CollisionPros....
