However, the last time they were here, they broke off a piece of roof trim to do a color match for paint. I have been waiting months for them to come back to do the work. Now we realized there is a leak under where they broke the trim off and we have damage to the ceiling under it. And worst of all, it looks like this COMPANY IS OUT OF BUSINESS which means that clearly they are not going to fix what they broke off and they are not going to take care of the damages resulting from what they did. SO FRUSTRATED!!' The worker had assured me that breaking off that small piece of trim was not going to cause any problems. They recommended Soukup Roofing and Juston Edwards came out and assessed it. Have a quote and the next week they went to work on it. Their team covered all of my stuff and worked quick. Replaced my window screens, gutters, shingles, underlayment, drip edges, and even cut new roof decking for damaged areas. They had the shingles all off in 2 hours, main roof installed new shingles in one day, and second day finished the gutters (machine shapes and cuts to size gutters on site for a long continuous piece) and tightened it all up. First, they have a complete inability to show up when scheduled (3 times). When someone finally did arrive, the roofer was incredibly rude and flat-out refused to speak with me or answer any of my questions about my own roof. More importantly, they are trying to dodge their warranty commitments. A major issue was completely missed during their first trip out here, and they refuse to explain why it wasn't caught initially or why they are suddenly claiming it isn't covered under my warranty. To make matters worse, getting a straight answer about pricing is impossible. They failed to communicate their new estimate, and when they finally sent it, it was a confusing mess. It doesn't explain what the actual problem is, what work they plan to do, and provides zero breakdown of the costs. I have been asking to speak with a manager for over a week to get these issues sorted out, and I have been completely ignored. No callbacks, no explanations, no accountability. Save yourself the headache and hire a roofing company that actually communicates, honors their warranties, and treats customers with respect. SUMMARY: Requested a senior manager (for a week NOW) contact me regarding the following issues: 1. Severe Scheduling & Communication Failures: * Scheduled contractors failed to show up three times without notice. * Despite requesting a callback from management four times, I have received no response. * The scheduling process has been entirely inconsistent. I was told I was booked, received a text telling me to book, called to verify and was assured I was booked, and only on the fourth booking attempt did I finally receive a proper confirmation text and call. 2. Unauthorized Property Access: * The first team dispatched arrived without ever contacting me. They accessed my roof without permission and failed to ring the doorbell or knock. I was home at the time and had explicitly requested through scheduling to be phoned, texted, or have my doorbell rung. 3. Unprofessional Behavior & Disputed Work/Charges: * The most recent team dispatched was highly unprofessional; one member was actively rude and refused to speak to me. * This team simply guessed at the root cause of the issue and is now attempting to charge me for repairs that a previous team formally stated they had already completed. * Because of this contradiction, I now seriously question whether the initial sealing/repair work was ever actually performed.

They weren't the least expensive option but, although the price differences were marginal, the professionalism, organization, and service Yuras offered were worth the slight difference. Most of our community needed new roofs and the storm chasers were out in full force! Companies we'd never heard of and had practically zero presence on the internet for references were everywhere. Yuras chased no one in the neighborhood. I can't even speak highly enough of the care and cleanliness of the crew. Luke's crew laid tarps where needed and cleaned up after themselves each day (it took 2 days). We haven't found a single nail or scrap in our yard since they finished. They even combed our neighbor's yard closest to our house to make sure nothing landed there! Our other neighbors are still complaining of finding stray nails weeks after they had theirs replaced by other companies! Between shingles selection, other roofing necessities, warranty and customer service, we were very pleased with our decision to hire Yuras. I hope we won't need another roof any time soon, but I would hire Yuras again in a heartbeat if we did.

The process was smooth and simple. The quote was perfectly in line with what the insurance estimated. After the job was finished, we had some paint peel from the fascia which is common with full replacements. Yura's noticed the peel and scheduled a painter to touch up all the areas. They also did an AMAZING job with cleanup. We have dogs so we were worried about the company leaving nails and other dangers in the back yard. Well after they left there was not a scrap that could be found. They even came back the day after to scan around the house for any scraps with a magnet. I think the only hiccup in the process was that they only take checks as payment. They also do card, but I think it was somewhere around a 2-3% fee, so we obviously opted for the check process, but the only issue is we haven't used checks in years so we had to order them to be able to pay the vendor. It would have been really nice to be able to do a direct wire transfer. But that is a very minor issue when the product they provide is solid. I wouldn't waste time with other quotes tbh, just go with this company.

We are so glad we chose to go with the local guys (Roof Chiefs). We had hired them to fix our roof after hail damage. We had extra unknown damage to our chimney that was leaking water into our house. They came out promptly and were able to fix the leak and limit the damage. The quality of the work is excellent. My roof looks great and was completed faster than expected. They fabricated a new chimney cap from scratch for us. We also had them install new gutters which work perfectly. Their attention to detail is amazing. We had a spot that water was pooling and they were able to redirect the water coming off our roof to fix this issue.
