We stopped by the dealer to find out what we should do to fix it. We were told it would be $105 to pick up and another $105 to drop off. There would be an hourly labor charge and the only thing the warranty covered would cover is the cost of the part. My son took the part out and went down to the dealer to see about getting a part. The women at the front desk was quite nasty and finally Benjie the owner came out and he and the mechanic talked about the problem. We returned home tried the solution and it did not work. Obviously, the part is defective and needs to be replaced. When we called back to order the part the women answered the phone and would not let us talk to Benjie. She basically said we need to pay the cost of pick up and drop off. Do not buy a golf cart from this dealer. The warranty is useless and the women at the front desk is quite unpleasant!!

We were so appreciative of his kindness at the time. Unfortunately, things went downhill quickly. By January, the backup camera, speedometer, and horn all stopped working. It's not the battery (it charges fine), but when my mom called Reese for help, he simply told her to "check the fuses" and sent a YouTube video. My husband and I both tried to troubleshoot the issues ourselves, but this isn't our area of expertise either. She's 73 years old and clearly needed a bit more assistance, especially since the cart is still under a 5-year warranty. When she called again today hoping for a bit of guidance over the phone, Reese yelled at her and hung up. She was in tears. This kind of treatment towards a customer is unacceptable. We're local Wellington residents and shopped around before making this purchase because we genuinely wanted to support a local business.
