I didn't want to take the tire off due to being a right leg amputee and I really wasn't feeling up to doing all that, although I am able to (lazy). I spoke to the receptionist girl in the office and the owner Dave walked in and asked me where the car was located. I had it right out front of the shop and he jumped right on it and plugged the tire for me. Great service and great attitude there, I will be taking my business going forward. Dave is a really nice guy and when you go there make sure to check out all the family photos they have posted in the office lobby.

These people are both untrustworthy and unprofessional. I would avoid this dealership at all costs.

It feels like at every turn they are trying their hardest to increase the friction of receiving service. I called five times to navigate through the menu to get to a service consultant or manager. Each time I hit the extension for service they hung up on me. Sixth time I call and ask another department to connect me to service. Of course service is busy so they'll call me back. The guy who calls me back says he doesn't work in service and will try to connect me to someone else. No call back as of writing. About a year and a half ago I spent way too much money on an AC repair and my service manager refused to give me an update on my car and whether I had to pick it up or take an uber somewhere. People who use these places have jobs and other commitments and shouldn't have to wait ages just to get an update on whether we have to spend more money in order to go about our daily lives. Now, that same system I overpaid for is broken and I can't get a hold of a single soul at this place who can help me. The only reason I'm coming back is to try to negotiate a better deal because there is zero reason something they fixed and charged me exorbitantly for should already need replacement. Do NOT come here, bring your business to a local mechanic instead.

The technician initially wrote up services I did not request (alignment, balancing, and tire rotation). I had to correct this and clarify that I wanted a proper diagnostic check first. Despite having an appointment, I waited over three hours only to be told the vehicle hadn't even been taken into the shop. After escalating the issue to the service manager, the vehicle was finally looked at. Within 30 minutes, I was told I needed four new tires and an alignment at a cost of $1,200. This felt rushed and questionable, especially without a thorough explanation. I declined and decided to get a second opinion. I then went to Tires Plus, where the assessment was completely different. They confirmed I did NOT need new tires. They performed an alignment, balanced the tires, and completed an oil change--all for $356.98. The vibration issue was resolved. Additionally, the dealership failed to note that my vehicle was due for an oil change, even though it was clearly indicated. Based on this experience, I will not be returning. The lack of organization, poor communication, and what felt like unnecessary upselling does not inspire confidence. Thank you

The speed of the purchase hit a brick wall however when we arrived at the financing part They later told me it was because 3 people were each buying a car at the same time & there was only 1 guy for the financing. Robert was also easy to deal with but later on I contacted him about the fact that there were no owner's manuals in the CX-5 - the only idea he had was to download them as pdf's which is not so exciting to me. It took me about 3 weeks to figure out how to turn off the daytime running lights (take a fuse out). I called them a 2nd time about something else - but they never called back. The USB cell phone charger has an awkward location & is weak/lousy, not as strong as was my former car's cig lighter (in a Nissan Rogue) but I am enjoying the better gas mileage. Overall my purchase was pretty smooth and well done but I still don't know if I can put my old lic plate on this Mazda. Just before I drove off Bruce set up the bluetooth for me - that was nice. I had a follow up call from Bruce a few weeks ago - he updated me about the license plate and told me he would mail me owner's manuals for the car but I have not received them yet.
