Mom's car got into a crash and All Hooked Up towing was the service I think the Police called. The business is very small, if you're driving normal speed or faster you will easily miss it. It's a very small local business with a very small sign. The following day we went to the tow yard so my mom can sign the paperwork, release the car and get her belongings from the car before they crush it. I had a very bad experience with this towing company. They were extremely rude and unprofessional from the start. My neighbor was trying to get their car picked up, and the staff acted nasty and made it difficult instead of helping. It felt like they were trying to keep the vehicle from being picked up. Absolutely Unreliable and Untrustworthy! Do not use this company. I waited over 6 hours for a tow truck, and they had every excuse in the book for being late. When they finally picked up my car, I received a notification saying it had been delivered to my mechanic -- but two hours later, my mechanic confirmed it had never arrived. When I called the tow company, they casually said, "Oh, the driver is pulling into the driveway now." Somehow, my car had disappeared for hours between pickup and delivery. When I finally got my vehicle back, all four wheels were completely misaligned, suggesting it had been driven off the flatbed -- possibly for a joyride. The owner claimed their trucks have cameras and promised to review the footage, but it's been over a month, and they still haven't produced anything. At this point, it's clear they're either hiding something or never had cameras at all. I would never recommend this company to anyone -- save yourself the headache and call a reputable towing service instead. read more

Great Service, Very quick getting there and lots of text to tell me what was going on. The driver who came, I wish I could remember his name, was very nice and put my truck at the service place in a good way so it wouldn't roll. The truck was in neutral and coming out of it. The drivers this company has for emergency service for AAA are fantastic! I was stuck on 95 on a Friday night and Gator, the driver for All Hooked Up was a pleasure. I then needed my car to be towed to my mechanic the next Monday morning and Lonnie, the driver, was just as nice! I have used this towing establishment twice this week (unfortunately) The service and equipment is in a class of its own.. I have owned many cars, mostly modified and lower than they need to be, the flatbed they sent I believe the owner said was the "perfect approach" it is JUST THAT !!!! The car they towed was a heavily modified Corvette lowered, suspension, etc. a real pain to tow...Not a daily driver.. I will NEVER use any other place.. Jeremy, the truck operator treated my car like it was his own.. Nate, the owner top notch as well.. Any negative reviews must have been because they were in fact very busy (a good thing) or possibly they were dealing with something bigger such as a turnpike issue.. Nate, I would like to share with you what a positive experience I had with one of your employees TJ Caruso. My Daughters 2014 Volvo S60 was not starting and needed a tow to the dealer in Stuart. I made the call to AAA and TJ called me to let e know he was 15 min away. When he showed up he introduced himself and was very kind and professional. I told him the car wouldn't start and he did a quick analysis and quickly noted the alternator was good but the battery had a lose connection. He was quickly able assess what was wrong with the care and was able to get it started and get it up on the tow truck. As we said go bye he offered to call me when he dropped it off at the dealer and put the key in the overnight box. I said, "Thanks TJ that would be great". After he dropped the car at the dealer he called me to let me know it was there and safe and the key was in the Dropbox. I wanted to share this with you as I'm sure you know good employees are hard to find and TJ is certainly one of them. It's very unreliable and the ETA was was 2 hours and a 1/2, Even though after waiting and the ETA passed to almost 3 hours, we called and the woman (Raven) dispatcher was Very rude and nasty Saying that we have to wait because they were busy without giving us a specific time a hanging up on us 3 times even though I was only asking for the driver to be call since we were in a dangerous spot in the highway plus we were working. So finally our driver call us and he arrived TJ was an angel unlike the dispatcher he was so helpful and kind, God bless him. But please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I CAN SEE THE DISPATCHERS DONT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS AT ALL!!! read more
