I'm super disappointed with the threading I got done today. I've been getting my eyebrows done for a while, so I'm used to pain, but my eyebrow lady (Babina) was absolutely terrible. She skimmed over most of the hair on my chin and when she did pluck something, it hurt a lot more than it does when other people have done it. I honestly think she just doesn't know how to do threading. When I checked my face in the mirror when she was done and pointed out remaining hairs (there were a lot), she basically attacked my face. I've never seen someone be so uncouth with a spool of thread, but my face was red after and there were STILL remaining hairs. I had her do it over twice and honestly was super unhappy with the result. I really do not recommend going here for your brows, you'll be better off waiting for your normal eyebrow lady or going elsewhere (recommendation: Threading Place in Falls Church is amazing!!!) read more

Nerisha does not listen and tried to make up excuses when she had already butchered my eyebrows. I specifically told her to only clean up my eyebrows as I am trying to let them grow out. She finished up with my right eyebrow and I get up to see and it's pencil thin!!!! I had her stop immediately and explained to her that this is not what I told you and she went on with excuses that my eyebrows are different shapes, gaps, etc, essentially blaming everything on me! I would have given her a one star, but decided to give two stars as the threading itself was painless. read more

This is definitely my go-to place for eyebrow threading. I ALWAYS see Geera and she does an amazing job every single time!!!! She really takes her time and sometimes if she is "fixing" my brows after I mistakenly try someone else, she is able to get my brows looking right again. This place is always packed and I usually have anywhere between a 10-25 minute wait, but she is worth it. You must try it, you will not be disappointed with the results. read more

located inside the mall. it is a kiosk right in front of h&m and near the north face threading is awesome! not that painful and your eyebrows or wherever you choose to thread is super clean. the reason i can't give 5 stars is because my sister got her eyebrows done and they didn't really trim her eyebrows, they only trimmed the inner eyebrows but not the ends which are super long. for $12 they get most the job done and it is a lot cleaner looking. read more

Perfect eyebrows provides quick and precise threading for a reasonable price. There is usually not a wait when you go during the week and a slight wait during the weekend. The establishment is clean and friendly and smells great! Best part, after 10 'check-ins' you get a free threading. Would highly recommend! Went to the actual walk in and not the kiosk and met with Babina. It had been yearrrssss since I got my eyebrows threaded, as I had been doing my own and also growing them out. I was super scared to have someone touch them, but Babina did a great job. She gave them an actual shape and didnt make them too thin. It was quick and not painful at all. This was my go to place until they increased their prices: $12 for junior technician, $15 for expert technician. I'm sorry but that's a stupid decision on their part. Service isn't bad, but they keep increasing their prices. First it was 8 then 10 then 12 dollars for eyebrows. And today they tell me they have expert technician and junior level technician. Junior will charge 12 dollars and expert will charge 15 dollars. Seriously? $15 for eyebrows, doesn't make sense. End result is anyways going to be the same so why this distinction between 2 technicians is what I don't understand. It's just a way to get more money out of you, because obviously you will want to get expert technician who will be quick and more pain free, and thus end up paying $15 unnecessarily. I will be looking for new eyebrow place. read more

This was the greatest experience I've had getting my eyebrows done. I've had several experiences where I've gotten a layer of skin ripped off due to the wax. However when I walked in around 4pm I was immediately seen and helped. Babina helped do my eyebrows quickly and efficiently. I saw Geeta today and she did a decent job. Today was my first visit and I asked for her based on other reviews that recommended her. I was not amazed by the results but not disappointed either. The wait was about 10 minutes and I went on a Saturday afternoon around 4:30 pm. So it was not a long wait for such a busy day. They had 4 or 5 ladies threading. Now that I've left I need to update my post. I'm leaving it at 4 stars because Geeta did a decent job. HOWEVER... The store had a sign posted that customers could receive $3 off if they completed a yelp review. In the interest of full disclosure, the sign did not say it must be a positive review. But to take advantage of the offer I was asked to sit next to Geeta's chair and instructed to complete the review in store with at least three lines on the review. Once I completed the review, Geeta requested me to actually go to my post on my Yelp page and she reviewed the star rating as well as what I wrote. Once she was satisfied with it then she proceeded to the register said something to the woman standing there in another language, they both looked at me and laughed a little, and then I was rang up with the $3 discount. I left with the impression that it was a strong arm tactic. And it also explains why so many reviews and why so high. Just food for thought when trying this establishment. read more

Don't come here. They literally ruined my eyebrows. I have one higher up and I asked to make sure she doesn't make it more uneven and after she was done she made the higher one EVEN HIGHER and thinner than the other... My eyebrows are gone and are so uneven do not come. They also cut me while doing it and under my eyebrow it started to bleed and I have a scar now. read more

Perfect Eyebrows is pretty straight forward. They give you beautiful arches via the threading method. They are also very reasonably priced, and I cant remember ever having to wait around for someone to take me. I was seriously impressed with their great job on male brows which looks much more natural than waxing- if you're that kind of guy. Threaded eyebrows most definitely look better shaped and more natural than waxed eyebrows, but in all seriousness is it uncomfortable. Sitting in a chair at the kiosk location for mall passerbyers to gawk at was incredibly awkward, so their relatively new store front is very welcomed. The only advice I would give is do not sign up for text updates! I get so many text messages from them a week, and while its great for business to constantly remind you to stop in I find it very annoying. read more

Unfortunately, i had a not so positive experience today :( I have been going to Bindu since Sanam has left and it's just really not up to par with Sanam. This time was extremely dissatisfying...each time i go, i have to ask her to clean up and do a more detailed job and i had to do the same today...there is only so many times that i can say this so i went home and took a look and it was really the first time i just didn't feel like wow, my eyebrows look great today (normally, no matter how not up to par it is, i at least feel like my eyebrows are still way better than before, naturally). I'm going to try a few more girls (b/c it's right near my work) otherwise, may have to start going back to georgetown where it's pricier, but i always leave feeling like my eyebrows are super clean and perf and people compliment and ask me where i get my eyebrows done at!!! read more

I've been going to this place for several years and it used to be good. They seem to have a lot of new people working that don't know what they're doing. My eyebrows look uneven now. I tried talking to the owner but she didn't seem to care. What was also frustrating is they they were all standing in front of me speaking in their native language.
