Wax also ended up on my cheek and in my hairline, which I have never experienced during an eyebrow appointment in 15 years of having waxing done. Even more concerning, she repeatedly tried to remove the wax from my face, approximately 4-6 times, and still could not get it off. I have never had to leave an appointment halfway done with wax still stuck to my face. I was visibly upset, yet the technician did not apologize or take responsibility. The owner then walked out of the business rather than addressing what had happened or attempting to resolve the situation. This was not a minor mistake or a matter of personal preference. It was careless service, poor technique, and completely unacceptable customer treatment. It would be wise not to trust this business with any waxing service.

With extensions and proper care, you aren't damaging your own lashes by putting on falsies and ripping them off, or mascara and using a curl tool. She stays educating herself (a wall of certifications), her team, and their clients on lash care. She won't lash your weak lashes and won't aggressively pile on fans to weaken your natural lash. Studio is super clean and sanitized, they are always masked up since they are super close to your face when lashing. Olga has all the lash friendly makeup product as well as cleanser to take proper care of your lashes when you're between appointments. Only downside is there isn't two of Olga! Wish technology could just clone people already lol. But Christen and Tabitha are awesome as well. I always leave satisfied and lashyfied. This isn't a place for last minute appointments though. I had only previously gotten nail salon lashes so way less so I was expecting a similar experience but closer to home in Virginia. I WAS SO WRONG. I got a hybrid set that took two hours. It's in between a classic and volume application. I believe the owner herself did it as she said she teaches as well. I got curled lashes that were only a little bit longer than my own (straight, nice length, doesn't curl and doesn't have a ton of volume). The application was done so thoroughly and its funny I cannot even feel the lashes. I forget they're there. I don't have a fear my real lashes will rip out either as with nail salon lashes. I was given a little lash brush for grooming as well which I never got before. I highly recommend. So excited to be 'ready roll' for my trip. Pro Tip: There's a first timer discount and also you get a coupon if you check in on the Yelp! app.

I'm honestly very disappointed considering how much I paid for this service.
