The service here is very inconsistent, just like their Canyon Crest location. The lady at the Canyon Crest location really thinned out my brows. So, Shilu (chair # 1) said she will work on them and help me reshape them while I grow out my brows. I was so happy I found a new artist. The next time I went back to Shilu and reminded her that I'm working on growing out my brows and I just want a little clean up she barely acknowledged my request and starting threading my brows super fast. They have their "usuals" who they will spend extra time talking to and massaging their faces post service...but then there are others who can't even hold a mirror on their own to see how their eyebrows are looking! Response to their response: Confirms my comment about them being disrespectful and downright rude! I came in at 4 today and was serviced by Shilu. Review your surveillance camera and see how she put lotion on everyone before me...and when it was my turn she didn't...and when showing me the mirror she didn't even let me hold it! She was holding on to it the entire time. I still tipped her because that's just who I am. You're right you still have great reviews..however I stand by my review. It's a very tiny establishment located in the same shopping center as Cardenas. The woman who did my eyebrows was very professional and pleasant to talk to. My pain tolerance is very low despite the number of years I've been getting my eyebrows done. Here, the pain was very minimal. I barely felt anything. And my eyebrows looked magnificent! At the end, she applied aloe vera and gave me a little massage which was totally worth ruining my make-up for (she made sure to ask me if it was okay beforehand). The best part? I have been threading my eyebrows for 7 years now and No exaggeration, other places I go to have always either left my eyebrows swollen for the rest of the day or have cut me, and make it hurt so bad that I always end up tearing up but all of the ladies that work here are incredible and have such light hands that it doesn't even hurt!
