Updating my review after seeing the provider's nonsensical response: Dr. Thuy, your response completely MISSES the point of my review. I never objected to an in-person consultation being required before treatment, nor did I ask anyone to perform CoolSculpting without one!! The issue was the way your technician, Huma, spoke to me during the FaceTime call that your own staff offered and arranged. When I simply asked whether she would also be appearing on camera, her sarcastic response was, "I'm treating you, you're not treating me, so I don't need to be on camera." She repeatedly interrupted me and was extremely dismissive. Traffic, scheduling, and your consultation policy have absolutely NOTHING to do with the reason for my review. The problem was basic professionalism and customer service OK? Instead of writing a long response defending a policy I never challenged, perhaps address how your technician actually communicated with a potential patient. That interaction alone was enough for me to take my business elsewhere. Extremely unprofessional experience!! I was considering CoolSculpting and initially sent photos as requested to get an estimate. I was then told I needed a consultation. Since I live about 1.5 hours away and traffic made it difficult to get there, I asked if they could do a virtual consultation. Selena arranged a FaceTime call for me. Unfortunately, the technician, Huma, was extreemly rude, dismissive, and constantly interrupting me. When we connected on FaceTime, my camera was on and I simply asked if she would also be appearing on camera. Her sarcastic response was basically, hahaha "I'm treating you, you're not treating me, so I don't need to be on camera." I honestly couldn't believe the attitude. If this is how a potential patient is treated before even spending a dollar, I definitely would not feel comfortable trusting Huma with a procedure on me! I ended the call and will gladly take my business elsewhere. AVOID this place by all means unless you're willing to deal with someone who has ZERO grasp of basic customer service. There are plenty of better and more reputable providers who actually know how to treat patients with respect. Huma, you can spend all day trying to justify your behavior however you want, but one thing is very clear: you do not know how to speak to patients professionally. Before treating people, maybe take a few classes on basic communication, respect, and customer service. read more

Very disappointed. Beware of what they say because I feel they are not on the same page. I received a treatment and therefore received points for my next treatment. I had my debt card compromised and so I split my treatment. I Was never told I couldn't use the points for 3 months, I was told I could use it for next treatment and then she made my appointment. So I came back 2 weeks later and had another treatment and was given a total of $136 by the technician. When I went to pay my total was $156. Then the manager insinuated that I was going to try to go to a different shop to use the points I couldn't use today. I don't even think like that! I quietly said I would not be back and had to repeat it several times. read more

Weight loss program failed on me. They first offered a service at 199 per month including the B12. I was ok with it, at the second month I was asked for f I wanted to increase the amount dose of it will be $495.00 when initially I was told the higher those $297.00 and the max it could go was $397.00 per month. Then I was told this were not the price but $500 a month. The B-12 they gave me injection once a month because according to them the dose was higher. They had told me 3 different reason why I got it only once a month. I don't mind paying the price if I'm given the right information. You all got to be in the same page and not give different information on each visit. read more

Everyone here is amazing, but especially Monica! My mom is 87 with an incontinence problem. Looking online I found a non invasive treatment using the Emsella Chair. The only place that has the chair that we didn't have to drive for hours to, is this Spa. Monica helped me make all of the arrangements and took such good care of my Mom and me too! The procedure has worked. She is so much better. She walks with her head held high and has much more confidence than she had. I have been going to Lexi for botox, filler, and whatever else it is that she recommends. I have been to a few different med spas and had a few different people inject my face but I have stayed loyal to Lexi for the last 3 years. She is honest and tells me what I do and dont need. Shes great at communicating and helping me understand what I need to do in order to achieve the look I want. She is insanely smart and constantly learning new techniques which is important in someone sticking a needle in my face. I really wanted to like this place, it is very nice inside and the employees are nice also.... However, a few months back, I had cool sculpting done underneath my chin area. I had been wanting to get this procedure done and they were having a 50% off online special rate . It was not a comfortable procedure, sitting still for 45 minutes without really talking is difficult for me, as this cool sculpting suction device was pulling on my face . Underneath my chin and jaw line area were sore and red after for the next couple days which I was not surprised by. I was told that I would see the changes in about 60-90 days or maybe even sooner . At 30 days. I went back in to get follow up pics taken of me and then again in another 30 days, more pictures were taken in order to see the changes . I did not see any change or improvement at all. Very disappointing. At the 90 day mark, I came in for my last set of pictures, The manager told me that she did see some slight reduction in tissue around my chin. To me, there was nothing noticeable at all. She then said the technician had not initially performed the correct treatment on me. She said that I should've had two treatments done on both sides of my jawline at the same time and not just the one that had been done directly under my chin area. She assured me that this treatment does work and it is science-based. The manager said that I should come back again and have two additional treatments done which would cost me another $400.....telling me that I would be getting one side done for "free" as if I were being credited my original $400 back. Honestly, $400 is hardly "free" when admittedly the wrong type of treatment was done in the first place. Very disappointing, as I really wanted this treatment to work , even if I just got some slight results from it. To not see any results in the first place is not worth spending another $400 or more to have it done again, especially as uncomfortable as it was having it done.... And then them admitting that it wasn't done correctly in the first place. So now I'm not sure whether this procedure all together is B.S or maybe it's just this place specifically that screwed up from the start . First off, I've heard that they're under new management and it looks like it's going extremely well for them. The location is sparkling clean and the staff is super friendly and welcoming. I use to enjoy coming here, until they tried to get expensive on me and I was a reoccurring customer, I've only gotten IV hydration therapy from here, since day one they've pushed cool body sculpting on me. Every time I had my IV therapy sessions it would take them about 4 pokes to finally hit a vein & it was always messy. I stuck around for the location it's literally 5 min away and the staff was pleasant. However each IV bag is 150$ then 50$ after that. Sept 14 I made an appt for me and my sister who's coming from out of town, went straight to ck in and the young lady tried to charge 200$ upfront ... When I told her I've been here about 6 times before and those weren't the prices she excused herself and came back 1 min later and said 150$ was fine , so from that point I knew I had to part ways with this business. My advice would be, stick with the same prices you promise your customers especially if they are already paying top dollar for IV therapy session. Find a certified person that knows how to start an IV not a PA that doesn't really start IVs or doesn't have experience in it. Lastly, never be too pushy on sales, only offer. read more
