The receptionist was also incredibly kind and welcoming. The salon is spotless, they offer you a drink when you arrive, and the service was excellent. That loyalty made my most recent visit all the more disappointing. I had a 10:50am appointment. The day before, Felicia texted asking if I could push to 11am. I said I'd try to rearrange my plans. She replied: "let's keep the 10:45." I managed to move things around (because if she was asking, I figured she was in need, and I wanted to help) and arrived at 10:57 -- 7 minutes late by the original booking, not 15. When I walked in, Felicia told me I was 15 minutes late. I explained I'd rearranged my schedule to accommodate her request. She shrugged and said "too bad, I already booked someone afterwards.". It wasn't until I was in the room that I checked the reminder email -- original appointment: 10:50. So by her own scheduler, I was 7 minutes late, not 15. Felicia eventually gave me an extra 5 minutes to make up for the mix-up, and I appreciated that. But the cold, dismissive way she started the appointment stayed with me. That's not how you treat someone who's followed you for 15 years. Part of why I see Felicia specifically -- and not one of those high-volume places with curtain walls and hospital beds for tables (you know the ones) -- is the whole experience. A facial should be calming and restorative, and Felicia's warmth has always been as much a part of that as her technique. When that warmth disappeared at the door, it colored everything that followed. The facial itself was top notch. Felicia is genuinely skilled, stays current on products and techniques, and can deliver a top-notch treatment in her sleep. I hope this was an off day, because the person that greeted me at the door was not the warm person that I've been loyal to for a decade and a half.

A recent visit with Bunny was my first time getting lash extensions. I had no idea it would be such a relaxing experience. Bunny is really sweet and did a great job. I opted for the mid range. My lashes are sparse so I wanted them to look fuller but more on the natural side. I received so many compliments afterwards saying my eyes looked so pretty. It was also really nice to not have to wear mascara as it can look so heavy at times. I prefer to wear less make up especially during the day & am not into spending a lot of time doing my makeup anyway. I wiould definately recommend Bunny to anyone considering lash extensions and look forward to going back to see her again soon. read more

I love this place !! I have been getting my lashes with Bunny a long time. She finally got her own gig with Perfect Lash, and of course I followed her. She is a master when it comes to getting your lashes done. She is so kind, sweet, and it's so relaxing ! I've come here twice now and each time it's so calming, I literally fall asleep and when I wake up my lashes look so good! I love the natural look I leave with. They last almost three weeks if not longer as well. I get compliments all the time! Her pricing is unheard of for the awesome job she does!
