I was really hoping to get lashes done for the first time. I found a great deal on Groupon. I purchased it and then contacted the business and spoke with a woman who must be the Stacy of Stacy Lash & Skin. She told me that I should buy the service with her directly and that I should ask Groupon for a refund. I prefer to help a small business out more than a corporation, so as long as she could honor the same price I was good. She said she could . GREAT! Then I made the mistake of asking what kind of glue she uses because I've had friends who have gotten eye infections from glue with a certain chemical in it. Again this is my first time getting my eyelash extensions so I wanted to do my due diligence . Then she goes radio silent . I follow up a bit later . No answer . Just some advice Stacy, you may want to turn off your Read Reciepts. I do want to thank Stacy for doing me the favor of forcing me into avoid an unprofessional person . I definitely wouldn't want that kind of person playing near my eyes. Found this place on GroupOn. 1) They had a good deal, I was skeptical at first because the communication through text is NOT the best! I guess she's busy and not the most responsive. 2) I'm not familiar with lash extensions and sizes, so when Lily (I believe is her name) showed me a 14, I thought ok, doesn't look bad. I told her I wanted something natural. But after they were on, they were way too long! Not natural at all! Update (mar 8 to Apr 26): ok I JUST got a new set today. This set looked pretty darn acceptable for about 6 weeks. Tbh they were a bit heavy/close to the lash line at first so they'd get kind of uncomfortable/itchy but darn did they stay. They didn't fall off in clumps either. Often times, they fell out as one strand. Any other place, 2.5 weeks they'd start looking sparse. They'd be completely gone by 4-5 weeks. But this place has it down to a science. Sticking by my 5 star review. Originally I was satisfied with my set anyways. Fair price and they also didn't charge for an outside fill which was very much appreciated. read more

While my lashes looked great upon the install, the retainment has been abysmal. Lashes fell out in clumps as quickly as the second day of having them in. It's been 11 days since I got them and they're sparse. I take great care of my lashes and follow all the instructions to make them last. My last set looked full for a whole three weeks. I was looking for a new set of hybrid lashes - specifically brown lashes, which are surprisingly hard to find - and I found Stacy Lash and Skin near my home on Google. Booking was super fast and easy and the company replied very quickly. I was able to lock in an appointment for the next day at a perfect time - which again, is really hard to do a many places. I was so thankful for their flexibility. When I arrived the place was super cute! The lobby was pink and so nicely decorated and the whole place was spotlessly clean and hygienic. Soon, my service started and my lash technician was so professional and attentive. I was able to tell her exactly what I wanted and she let me pick the color of lash and we walked thru my lash goals etc. The lash table was very comfy and padded as well - which is very important to me as I have a bad back and struggle through lash appts at places with hard tables. But I didn't need to worry here! Not only was my lash technician gentle and precise - she also worked so fast! Which, again, for me is so important because I can't lay down on my back in one place without moving for too long or my pain flares up. I was so thankful she was able to remove all my existing lashes and do a brand new hybrid cat eye set - all in less than 1.5hrs! No rushing either - the lashes look fantastic. Shes just fast and talented. Love it! Now I have the most beautiful brown hybrid cat eye lashes for my event this weekend and I can't wait to return to Stacy's! All in it was 175 for the lash removal, custom color, and hybrid full set. Wow! Really good prices too. Easy parking. Like - this place checks all the boxes. Writing this review 10 days after getting my first full set. I've worn lash extensions on and off for multiple years now. But I've never had this happen to my set before. After a couple of days of the new set, the tips of the extension started to ball up and splitting like dry ends of hair. U can see in the photos. I'm not doing anything different from before, and I don't mind the falling off due to regular face wash and stuff. This never happened to any of my sets before, and I can only imagine it was due to the low quality of the individual extensions they use. Also another red flag to me was that my lash technician worked on my both eyes at the same time, instead of finishing up one eye then working onto the next eye. read more

This is not the place to get a peaceful, beauty service done. The appointment process became annoying. I received a text on a Saturday afternoon asking if I had an appt. on Tues.? Yes. A confirmed appt. they asked to change for the following day. I agreed and at 8:45 am of the appt. I was asked if I could come in at 11:15. I said no. I waited outside for 15 min. Finally, two employees come late to open. They continued to speak very loud in Korean? No welcoming vibe, no Good Morning. Just told me to sit down. Irene gave me the worst facial of my life. I should have left. She was told not to touch a scab on my nose. She filled a used 7up plastic bottle to get water. She said she used the product she was told to, to cleanse my face. She did not know she should steam my face before extractions I did not need. She went and took a poking tool to my scab. She did not know the mask she put on my face. She left the room 6 times and opened the door to bright light 12 times! A kid could have done a better facial. No massage on my neck, shoulders, hands or feet. She just left the room. So I grabbed my phone and took pics. The cloths and wipes were ruff on my face and her gloves made squeaking noises to boot. Do not go here! read more
