I really love this place. It's tucked away in a great location. The ambience is so cute, chic, and welcoming from the waiting area to the rooms. Before Covid, they'd even offer drinks and refreshments- it honestly feels like walking into a comfy VIP spa. I've been so pleased with my lash lifts each time I've gone and I really have yet to find another place that compares out here. I've tried other lash technicians in the area for just slightly cheaper rates, but my lashes have come out less vibrant, uneven, and usually lasting for much less time. Changed to 1 star, as I still have not been able to get ahold of them. I got a lash lift and tint and the experience at the salon was great and loved the girl who did my lashes. However, upon going home and looking closer in the mirror, an entire row of lashes on both eyes were dented down with the eye pad and are now stuck like that. And have noticed them fall out easier. They also feel pretty dry and damaged. Mascara doesn't wear well at all on my lashes now. I can barely put a layer on without it getting all over my lid and my lashes don't lengthen like they used to pre lift. have tried to reach out to the company twice for tips to fix it/if they can help but haven't gotten a response. I'm mostly upset because I loved my lashes before but wanted to try this out as it had such great reviews. read more

I saw the reviews and gave this place a shot. It was my first lash extensions and I wanted to go to a reputable place with great reviews. Experience was fine but I didn't expect my eyes to burn so much once I opened them after the technician was done. My eyelashes were heavy and a lot fell out the first day and continued in the coming two weeks. Turns out they didn't put enough glue in order to secure the lashes properly. I also ended up getting conjunctivitis in my eye the day after I received my eye lash extensions. The lash extensions were NOT worth the expensive price tag. I had an allergic reaction less than a week after getting lash extensions, and I was still charged their removal fee of $35 dollars. This left a bad taste in my mouth after I spent about $240 (including tip) to have my lash service 6 days prior. I enjoyed the interactions with my technician, but I am deterred from going back for a lash lift and tint after realizing I was going to be charged for the lash removal. On the plus side, the quality of the work is excellent but I don't feel like the owner cares about doing right by her clients. I had a Lash curl and tint I was really disappointed with my service - the person doing my lashes was not in a good mood from the get go which felt uncomfortable especially as I've never been to that salon before. When the treatment was done i was pretty surprised as there was very little difference from before and after the treatment. The tint had not been left on long enough and she didn't do the bottom Lashes. I've been having curl and tint for a few years and love it so I really do know what it's suppose to look like. At the end of the treatment I was asked to open my eyes - I had product inside my eyes and they became very sore, the technician seemed to become irritated with me when I asked for some warm water and a cotton pad to stop the irritation - I was offered a dry Q tip which was not going to help. This was my first time getting a lash lift and unfortunately, I was pretty disappointed with the results. My lashes are very straight, they grow downwards and after 1.5hrs and $160+, I was left with the faintest curl. They really just face straight out now instead of down. I still have to curl my lashes soooo really feel like I just threw money away here. If you have very straight/thick lashes, I'd find somewhere else to go or maybe lash lifts just don't work for us. On the positive side, April is very nice and gentle. I was super relaxed the whole time, even dozed off here and there. Most expensive nap I've ever taken. read more

I feel much more confident with the way I can look without makeup now thanks to her - drawing in my brows every day is tedious and mascara always finds a way to slide down my face by the end of the day, and she's solved that problem! My friend and I got a lash lift here on the spot I saw my lashes from the left eye were not lifted at all and the technician said it was due to them being thin on that eye because of lash extensions or lash strips which was funny because I've never got extensions before and I've only tried eyelash strips once. I didn't know that my lashes could look so good and I received so many compliments on them! April is also the sweetest and so easy to talk to!
