Perfect Moving & Packing is just that ... perfect. They are the right team for the job. From my first encounter to the actual move, Brandon Laskin and his partner Shane far exceeded my expectations and went over and above what was required of them. My first contact was with Brandon by text and phone. He provided, with clarity and professionalism, all that I needed to know regarding the move , pricing, etc and answered all my questions. He was thorough and honest in regard to the logistics of the move (a storage unit undisturbed/unseen for 3 years that contained minimal large items and many, many small boxes/items and then two studio apts filled to the brim at another location). The move was much larger than I expected (as became quite clear to me at the storage unit that I had forgotten all that I had packed in there). My apt was fairly well organized for the move and ready to go but my daughter's was not. Brandon and Shane basically worked around her while she continued packing until the very last possible moment. In addition, the move was to an upstairs apt on one of the hottest days of the year. I had no dea just how much was packed into all the locations. Brandon and Shane worked so hard all day and hung in with me through all this: loaded/unloaded all, worked around my daughter, transported all items upstairs, helped set up beds and place furniture and when the truck was unloaded, even graciously helped unpack our cars that were also filled to the brim with clothing. They did it all with a smile and sense of humor. They did not abandon me/us and even worked an hour over into the night to complete unloading my car. I'm 65 years old and sincerely hope I never have to move again but one thing is certain ... I highly recommend Brandon, Shane and Perfect Moving & Packing. I will nevet again use any other company. In fact, I understand they also have other services connected to their business such as furniture assembly. I'm so impressed by them personally that I'm planning on using their help again in that area as soon as I get settled into my new place. Definitely a 5 star rating! My mother passed away and we were left with the task of clearing out her mobile home and had a deadline to meet. My daughter had already booked Perfect Moving for her pending move and told me to call. When I spoke to Brandon he was very professional and courteous. He broke down the costs and had a moving truck available if I needed it which I did. I scheduled a move for 10 am -- 2 hrs with a truck and 2 movers. They arrived early and Brandon stated that being early is on time in his book! Brandon and Zeno, both excellent young men came prepared and ready to work! They cleared out my mom's mobile home in record time! All of this was being moved to my house! They delivered everything exactly where we requested throughout my house. They took excellent care in moving fragile items and nothing was damaged. I highly recommend this business if you're needing to move and are looking for professional and courteous individuals. Very fair prices and no hidden fees. I will definitely use Brandon and his crew if I am ever in need of a good moving company! New to las Vegas area... My home was in a 28 ft trailer which has been in storage while I looked for a home.... With only a days notice, I scoured the web for movers who would unload this trailer at my new home!! Many companies didn't have the staff and or they couldn't work me in with such a short notice. Happened upon.... Perfect Movers and Packing.. What a blessing this was! With a days notice, they showed up on time and introduced themselves...Brandon and Shane..they came prepared with tools and dollies.. We walked thru the house and I explained where I thought id like boxes to get stacked.. They took very good care of my items and even offered to set up tables, chairs etc.. This particular day it was 101 and they aren't use to taking breaks....But... Again, I so appreciated their services I insisted they stop, sit down and i supplied tall glasses of ice water... Even shared a laugh!! What a great way to get thru the stressful process of relocating, and moving my family from Iowa. In my book, this company and its staff are A+. Or like I say, Top Shelf!!! HIRE AT YOU OWN RISK!!! I hired this company to move and assemble 1 item, a sectional sofa that was delivered on a crate in my garage. I still paid the 2 hour minimum of $180 even though I knew they would be done in less then 1 hour. Long story short....they were sort of professional other then arguing the whole time. Left smudge marks on my walls,scraped my banister, and to top it all off NEVER ASSEMBLED MY SECTIONAL!!! They looked at my directions and said all my pieces were missing. After wasting time dealing with Amazon,they told me the pieces were in the sofa on the bottom. I look at the directions and SURE ENOUGH....STEP FRI-KING 1 of only 4 steps with pictures in bold print says "ALL pieces inside on bottom" .......I COULD'NT BELIEVE IT SO was it LAZINESS,IGNORANCE,RUSHING or INCOMPETENCE? So happy I called this company!!!! Brandon has helped us with moving twice now, and both times did a super job. I contacted him both times with somewhat restrictive hours and short notice and he made it work. We are incredibly grateful for his professional, courteous help. It definitely made everything less stressful. I had a lot of really heavy awkward wood furniture and stairs to navigate, and a lot of breakable crystal, glass, and art that I was nervous about being loaded and shifting in the pod while moving. However, after seeing the time and care they put into making sure everything was secure and padded I was quickly put at ease. They arrived early and worked the whole time even when I suggested a break! They are very reasonably priced and I would highly recommend them! This review should have been posted long ago. My husband and I moved to Henderson at the end of July. Unfortunately it was the hottest time of the summer. These men were amazing. They were on time which was important when your on a schedule. They worked carefully and quickly. They were not only respectful of my belongings but extremely respectful of my home and belongings. It is hard to come to a new area and not know anyone. You have to take a chance on a moving company hoping that they will do the job correctly. I was so pleased to find them. I even tried to get them to come in out of the heat for a break and they took a VERY short break and got right back to work. They are reasonably priced and reliable. Another company had stopped responding and left me hanging, so I contacted Brandon and got an immediate response, reasonable quote and was able to schedule for the day and time I needed. My wife and I have used Perfect Moving and Packing several times and we have never been dissapointed. These guys show up on time and get right to work, and hardly took a break through our last 12 hour move. Brandon, man that guy can really pack a great load, and his helper, Zeno is as strong as a bull! They are really the moving "dream team". When our ABF trailer showed up in Virginia, the movers on the other end were AMAZED with Brandon's packing skills. Not one thing had shifted out of place! Brandon and Shane did a fabulous job moving our apartment contents within the city! They were the first quote I received and the best among those I later received, so I was quick to book them! Very reasonable hourly rate for 2 men, plus a flat rate for truck and fuel. Upon arrival at our new home, they transported everything upstairs without a care---even amid an unexpected short HAIL storm!---and happily offered to and did assemble both our dining room table and bed frame...and every 'thank you' I uttered (and there were many!) was met with a cheery "Oh, you're welcome!".... These guys were the absolute best!!! They were recommended to me by a friend at work and I was not disappointed. Brandon was extremely professional, he and two others showed up, took apart a two story townhome, and unloaded everything, asking where each item should go. They were friendly, professional, responsible, honest, enjoyed working with each other and were a pleasure to be around, and the rate was more than reasonable. We had our move planed for the middle of April but with every thing going on we had to change our plans and move the end of March. Brandon and his team where very accommodating and very helpful. They made sure we all stayed our distance and kept everything very clean, washing there hands often. This made us feel very safe. They loaded our truck up quickly with very little brakes.
