I have used Just Breathe now on 4 separate occasions for different moves. 5 years ago, it was the brothers, and last two times different pairs. And let me say, that no matter the movers, that have ALWAYS been excellent with great communication and care for my items and furniture. This past move, I had to make a last minute change to our moving data because daughter go sick, and as expected, they were SO very understanding and accommodating. Zeno, Shaun and Allen did a fantastic job all around. Have been a Vegas resident since the late 1980's and whenever someone asks me to recommend a move, they are my only answer. UPDATE: Shortly after posting my honest review they finally gave me a full refund. My review still stands. A full refund is the very least they can do considering the extensive damage done to my things. It is also very unfortunate and unprofessional that it took weeks and a bad review for them to keep their word. By far the most horrible moving company I've ever used. Their name "just breathe" now seems like a cruel joke as I was literally in tears seeing the extensive damage they caused as I unloaded my belongings at my new home. From a look at the other 1 and 2 star reviews it seems that this is a trend for them when it comes to long distance moves. They did not properly wrap, pack or disassemble my belongings and as a result much of my furniture and other items have been left severely damaged. Huge gouges are taken out of my coffee table, dining room table, shelving units and chairs. I also had multiple thick plastic bins completely smashed. Screws from furniture were also loose all throughout the moving PODS. I splurged on this company, spent over $700 plus tips for them to simply load my PODS, not even unload or move the stuff, just loading for a couple hours. Crazy expensive for such minimal work but I thought this price must be worth it because of their seemingly fantastic reviews. To say I was left completely dissatisfied would be a major understatement. I have used several moving companies over the years and have never had my belongings treated with such disregard. They literally packed my chairs (standing) directly on top my wood tables with no buffer between them. What kind of experienced moving company would ever do that? They also asked my husband and me for tools throughout the process of them loading the PODS as they did not come prepared with proper tools. Other than that, they did not speak to us almost the entire time. After contacting them and sharing my heartbreak and disappointment over what they had done to my things, they agreed to issue me a partial refund after initially trying to blame me for the damages. I told them this wasn't enough, I wasn't comfortable with this solution as my belongings will take thousands of dollars to be repaired and/or replaced. They then promised me a full refund after making multiple excuses for their mistakes. They said to "give them a couple weeks" and they'd issue a refund. After over two weeks with no contact or updates, I followed up with them to inquire about the full refund they had promised. They completely ignored me until I posted this review. I would never recommend this company to anyone and will be telling everyone I know in the Las Vegas area to avoid them at all costs. I've used these guys for two moves over the last 6 years and they're great. Three brothers come to move the items. They're smart about how they protect items and move them through your space. I had a couch I wanted to put in an upstairs room. They were able to spot even before trying that they wouldn't be able to move it up the staircase, which saved a lot of trouble. This is really a 4.5 star review. From the initial conversation inquiring about their service to the last final piece of furniture being moved to my new living location, everything was smooth for the most part. Just Breathe Movers requires a deposit to secure your moving date/time but that goes towards your service and it's really easy to do since you can pay online. They were about an hour late the morning of my move due to a mishap of them trying to rent a uhaul truck. However, one of the owners were transparent of what's happening and she kept me updated throughout the situation. In the end, she was able to provide me with a small compensation, which I appreciate tremendously. I value punctuality and I understand mistakes may happen and the fact that this company was able to rectify their mistakes. Moving out of a high-rise condo is no easy task but the two movers were able to get things out and loaded into the uhaul diligently. Took about 2 hours ish and then drove about 15 minutes to my new place. They unloaded and put back together my furniture items....constantly moving about. These two men wasted no time, again I appreciate that. That took about another 1.5 hours. Moving is never fun and often stressful but have no fear, Just Breathe Movers will take care of it for you. I have heard nothing but good things about Just Breathe Movers. All of their online reviews are nothing short of stellar and that is exactly the experience I had with them. I had my three bedroom house in a storage unit and even the owner at the storage facility recommends Just Breathe for your moving needs. I was able to book my move through Lain's wife who does their scheduling. She was responsive and professional. Unfortunately I had to reschedule due to rain, but they were accommodating and understanding. They showed up on time at the storage facility and had my 10x25 storage unit loaded into a 26' truck in about 90 minutes. They brought all moving supplies and tools necessary and took care of my belongings as if they were their own. They moved everything into my two story home in about 2 hours, including reassembling all furniture. They worked the entire time and I didn't see them stop for anything other than to drink water. All in all it was a 4 hour moving job. They were so professional and pleasant to work with. I had a horrible moving experience with another company in town and wish I would have hired Just Breathe Movers that time. We called Just Breath Movers to unload a U-Haul 15-foot truck for us after they were recommended to us by Rodger at All Storage-Seven Hills. Rodger said they have been referring people to this locally-owned company for the past 4.5 years and that they have NEVER had one bad comment from people who used Just Breathe Movers. I now know why! Zach and a worker for him showed up exactly on time. They were polite and friendly. They took better care of our possessions than we would have! We asked them to find some boxes labeled "pre-school books" so they could be placed together as my wife was donating them to a local pre-school. They did a great job in doing such along with finding a box she had labeled "RAHB" which was a box of a book she had recently written. I had them helped moving my 1b1b Apt with a bed and a sofa bed, both IKEA. It took them 1.5h to figure out how to disassemble my sofa bed, and another 30min for the bed. Then, it took another 1h to assemble the bed back, in a wrong wobbly way, and never got the sofa bed assembled. When I did the work by myself, two pins and a couple of special screws were missing. Another hiccup was the lady in charge of payment tried to charge me an hour more somehow. The movers were good at moving and pretty polite. Just don't let them do ANY of the assembling/disassembling work. Price was doubled to what i expected. read more

I wasn't happy with this company at all. The guys are nice and they did very gentled job which I liked! Somethings That I hated: 1. My information wasn't handled the right way, I had wrong number even though I confirmed the day before we moved. The owner who's in charge of the operation didn't tell us there was window time between 7-8am. So I thought my moving time started from 7am, but they showed up 7:40 am. 2. How they disassembled the furniture. They over did it. even though some of them were fine as they were. They ended up taking a long time assembling the furniture and wasted a lot of time. Three people were disassembling the furniture, I thought that they didn't need three entire people to assemble everything, afterwards they tried to charge us for all three people which I find quite outrageous. I normally pay around $700 while moving and this time the price was $1200 after they giving us a "$70 discount". I personally wouldn't recommend using this company as I had quite of few problems with it. read more

These guys came through for us! Our pod was delivered on Tuesday and they were there at 8am Wednesday morning. The guys were professional and efficient, they had everything emptied from our Pod in an hour and that made with a washer and dryer for upstairs and a fridge in the downstairs kitchen. They did a great job, I know it bites that you pay for a minimum of 2 hours but they offered to put our huge king size bed together, we declined but it was nice to know they would have. When we build out forever home in the next couple of years we will call them for assistance again. read more

Updated to say that our review was for a pack out in September 2020. I didn't want to post such a negative review during the height of the pandemic and economic downturn, so I held off on posting this -- but now it's been enough time and there are a huge flux of people moving to Las Vegas, so I'm less concerned that my review would impact their business and livelihood. I did talk to Lain, who (despite his post below) does admit that they did our pack out. He has assured me that two of the three people involved in my pack out have left the business and that the company has taken care to learn better practices for protecting furniture. My review still stands -- the packout did us dirty and cost more in furniture and item destruction than it actually cost at $150 an hour. I wish I hadn't hired them and I didn't ask for recompense for damages, but they also explicitly said that they wouldn't give them, so there you go. read more

Not only was this the worst moving experience of my life due to poor logistics, reliability of movers, and overall communication, but it went as far as the movers hitting on my wife and contacting her after the move. I had scheduled the movers for 8am. They were only moving about 6 miles away in Las Vegas. They did not show up until noon. I'm normally a fairly laid back person, but I made it clear that I needed to be moved out by noon due to the owner moving back in. This was in a nice high rise tower and the owner was particular about moving back. With 4 hours to move out of a 2 bedroom apartment with a majority of the items already packed, it seems more than doable. But, the lead mover got a flat tire on the way, ok understandable, and then turns out he was the ride for the other mover. So he finally got a ride and the other mover a ride at 11 sometime. I am at work wondering what's going on. No communication except when my wife called freaking out. Needless to say the owner of the unit (who was told I would be out by noon) was upset and also started moving in. It turned into a shit show. The movers took constant breaks and did not get all of the things into the truck until nearly 5pm. Well also turns out that in their rush, they packed things horribly, damaged a lot of my clothes, books and even managed to ruin my sectional sofa by putting cleaners on top of it in the truck that got crushed when things shifted and opened all over the sofa. And then one of the individuals who was a point of contact, continued to text my wife after the move. To the point that I had to respond myself. And when I contacted the moving company and demanded a refund for the move the best they could do was "issue a refund of the tip". So all my belongings damaged, paying extra for staying past my exit date, and texting my wife was only enough for that. The woman stated she was going to let go of the employee that was texting my wife but I doubt it happened. And when I asked for any kind of documentation regarding the move and what happened after I was told I already had my receipt and would get my refund of "tip" soon. Which was only a couple hundred dollars compared to the nearly 1,000 I payed to move. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I had had bad moved before, but this takes the cake. I wish there was a 0 star option. Just use task rabbit, at least they will be on time and not harass your family after. read more

Just amazing! We called SO MANY MOVERS before connecting with Zack and Lain - they are the only movers in Las Vegas I would EVER trust. When I called, Lain's wife answered the phone - she was very empathetic to our situation - incredibly professional too. It's still COVID times and they assured us they would do their best to keep us safe. We called about 4 weeks before our move and Liam's wife was able to commit in the moment, make our reservation, take the deposit over the phone and before we hung upl, she immediately sent a confirmation e mail with a receipt of payment. They continued to update us for the entire 4 weeks and the night before our move, they sent us 2 updates to confirm their arrival. It was 108 degrees on moving day, but they were early to arrive, and immediately began loading our 20 ft truck down 4 flights of stairs in blinding desert heat. We have a black iron bed that was assembled by Living Spaces - we were not sure how to dismantle it. Lain took the entire bed apart, wrapped every piece of it in plastic, and also wrapped our mattress and box spring too. I can't say enough about the EXCELLENT job they did packing the truck- we unloaded the truck in our new state and were VERY impressed - it was incredibly organized - which saved us SO MUCH TIME unloading the truck - and not a new nick or scratch on anything!!! They are warm, friendly, hard working and PROFESSIONAL AND AFFORDABLE - we were well below our budget, and VERY, VERY, VERY happy with the entire experience. Not to be repetitive, but Vegas is VERY sketchy when it comes to movers and we called almost every mover in Las Vegas - to find such a responsible, ethical, and efficient moving team was nothing short of a miracle. We have a move in CA coming up in August- I would pay for them to make the drive across the desert to move us in (if they were willing!) - I feel like we not only found the best moving company in Vegas, but that we made new friends too. We were able to pay our final bill with Zelle which was very convenient, and they were very patient while we struggled with our bank's security process to use Zelle. I did a lot of research to find a good moving company that could handle moving a Peloton Treadmill and a large desk. The Peloton treadmill is super heavy and wide, so I was impressed with the Team since they were able to disassemble and reassemble without any issues. After hiring a company "by the job" to move us into a storage unit, we wised up and hired a well-reviewed mover for the move from storage to our new house. The guys were incredibly respectful of both us and our belongings. It's been six weeks since our move and I've been meaning to submit this review since the day the three brothers helped me on our insane migration. Let me just say: these guys were fantastic! They were professional, careful, and attentive. They made a stressful event a lot more palatable. Although I'm not looking forward to moving again anytime soon, Just Breathe Movers would be my first call if I need help again. I want to share a few important notes that may illustrate the professionalism and courtesy these young men exhibited on the day of our move: 1. They wore their masks. At the beginning of the move, I explained to them that two members of my family have asthma and it is important that they wear their masks when indoors. Lain and his brothers kept their masks on at all times while at the property (they also wore their masks properly). 2. The moving truck was professionally packed to optimize all the available cargo room. These guys know exactly what they are doing: they obviously have a ton of experience at this trade. In addition to providing the truck, they had all the equipment and tools necessary for the move. 3. Lain and his brothers were meticulous in the handling of my property. They also carefully lined my expensive staircase with blankets to provide ample protection for the moving of heavy furniture and appliances. Service is done by young men. Which is good that they are trying to hustle and make a living. The only catch is that they are very inexperienced and dropped my TV! They need so much more practice in wrapping and boxing everything together to prevent items and objects from moving everywhere. It was HOT outside and these three strong brothers really 'delivered'! Lane, Zack, and Larson came on time, brought the truck that we'd included in our estimate, and loaded us up in record time. Our stuff filled a 26' U-Haul, and they were very careful with each and every item. NOTHING suffered damage. Me; I sat on the sidelines and put my feet up whilst they took care of moving my hubby and I. I was breathing quite easy! I recommend no moving company more highly than JUST BREATHE MOVERS. They are trustworthy, honest, and worked in 105° weather without issue. I would contact them again in a heartbeat if I needed to move. The end pricing was VERY fair and much lower than I'd have expected. If you need movers; these are your guys. Integrity, Care, Honesty, and Strength....that is JUST BREATHE MOVERS. Drove a fully loaded 20ft truck from SoCal to Las Vegas, ran into road closures and accidents and ended up being an hour and a half late to my original appt. I kept Mike and team updated during the drive and updated my ETA several times. They were gracious and accommodating and didn't start the clock until I got there. Side note: there was a nasty fatality on the 15 that basically closed it down all day, so I think they were also running behind. Nevertheless, they sent three guys (I'm horrible with names and have already forgotten them) and they unloaded everything perfectly. No damage that I can tell at all. They knocked it out in an hour and didn't ask for anything more than the deposit. They even offered to assemble the furniture. Services rendered was awesome; make sure you TIP THE MAN.
