I have always used another moving company that was recommended by my eldest sister but went with Skyline because that same sister switched to them and highly recommended them. I would say the name of the other company I have used in the past, but I find that to be tasteless to do in this review. However, you can catch my drift if you check out my profile and see my most recent review of my previous moving company used. This company is way more thorough. They did a video call with me and had me walk through my entire residence so that they could give me a legit estimate. After they gave me their estimate for what they provide, I was totally onboard. When moving day came, I did a lot of what they said they would do in their quote. Because of this, I saved $300 on their estimate, but I spent about $200 doing most of what they quoted me myself. If I had to do it again, I probably would have paid them the extra $100 to do it for me. But, $100 saved is $100 saved. The moving team was very efficient and fast. They worked really hard. My only complaint is that I am missing a shelf from an IKEA shelving unit they moved for me, and they left packing wrap behind on some of my furniture. Other than that, I highly recommend this company and think they go above and beyond the other company I had used in the past. I also have to note that it was pretty annoying that their office constantly contacted me via text and email after my move asking if I had someone moving in the near future that I would recommend them for services. I was happy with their services, but what person that recently moved knows someone else who is about to move around the same time? They need to be more thoughtful about the referral process. read more

Ray and his team were awesome! Jeff, Andre, Chris, and Lawrence all worked together to get our 6400 square foot home packed up and into storage. They worked with our organizational system and got everything from big furniture pieces nicely wrapped, artwork packed and even individual little figurines. We used Skyline on April 17th. 2026 and the day after the move we found an expensive watch and half of my cash removed from my zipped up briefcase that was in a walk-in closet. The three fellows were specifically told not to enter the walk-in closet. One person was found next to the walk in closet door and it had been opened. After calling and wanting to file a claim we had to send an email only. No person or extension would pick up my phone calls. It was like my phone call was blocked and this went on for several days and was never answered again at any extension. It took over two weeks to get an email that they were investigating the claim. After I sent another email requesting status last week did I get a response claiming no responsibility for jewelry and cash. This was one month later and another delay tactic. After our initial finding we filed a report with Las Vegas Metro PD and they are currently and seriously investigating this matter. Rating is ZERO! read more

Terrible experience. They broke my 86 inch tv and my daughter crib. They also lost 2 boxes and a bookshelf. It took 3 weeks to deliver. For all this they offered $350 and to sign a contract to not write a negative review. Told them to keep it. I'd stay away. read more

I was definitely not as prepared for them as I should have been but they graciously jumped in without question and got the job done. When at our new home, they diligently unloaded and placed everything as labeled on boxes (kitchen, laundry room, master bedroom, garage ect). this was suppose to be for a pod! it wasn't, they took my items & thru them on a huge semi with 3 or 4 other households. When taking my items out of my house they didn't mark 3 boxes & my TV, so u will never get these back? They lost 2 boxes, that they marked & lost screws, etc to put my bed together. I've had a claim in for lost items for 7 months, no response. so don't ever use this company. Big rip off. they took advantage of an 82 year old woman! They are a joke!!!!! read more

Skyline Moving Services were exactly what we needed moving our furniture from inside the house to our garage as we do some inside renovations. Working with Aleshia was great providing us a reasonable estimate and great service. Very reasonable rates comparatively and you get what you pay for. Crew came at the very end of the 2hr window given to start. Guys were super friendly and very nice. Seemed to initially be wonderful. Towards end of the move they started putting stuff anywhere despite how boxes were labeled and tried to leave many items in the garage instead of bringing it in. They are absolute criminals. We used this service last year and the team was incredible and it was an easy smooth move. This year is the polar opposite. I confirmed with skyline's manager, Michael scott a week before my move that I would be paying 140/hr for a 3 man team. Today is the morning of my move and the team shows up with only 2 men. I asked where the third man was and they told me he was not coming and to call the office if I had questions. I called the office and spoke to Alicia to find out what was going on and she told me that the team had a meeting last week and deemed it unnecessary to have a 3 man team for my move. This year we have about 50 boxes more and 20 large heavy storage bins than we did last year. We also have additional furniture. After questioning this decision with Alicia she was extremely disrespectful to me and threatened me. She stated that " I was being unprofessional and that she will cancel my move on me." All I asked is why they deemed a 2 man team appropriate despite how much more items we have this year! I asked to speak to the manager Michael, about the issue and conveniently enough she told me that he's in a meeting for the next few hours and will not be able to speak to me. Last year my move took 3.5 hours with a two man team. I just sat down with the two kind movers about this mess and they quite literally just told me that they agree this move definitely requires 3 movers with the amount of stuff that I have. They also stated that they were lied to and were told that they would be moving a first floor apartment to a first floor apartment DESPITE my paperwork stating it is a SECOND floor apartment to a FOURTH floor apartment with an elevator. They also told me that the real problem is the 3rd man never got through orientation in time and that's why I don't have another man! One of the movers also told me that Michael is known to do this to customers and he's reported him several times in the past but her gets away with it because he's friends with the owner! The movers also just told me that it will take 5-6 hours for this move. Alicia stated on the phone as an excuse for the 3rd man not showing up that they would actually be saving me money with a 2 man team. A 2 man team at 110.00 an hour for 6 hours is 660.00 a 3 man team at 140 for 3.5 is 490.00. I am blown away and in shock by the disrespect I received from Alicia and the unprofessional decisions of this company. My husband and I are now forced to help these poor guys move our stuff despite myself having back surgery recently and my husband also having a bad back. Shame on them!! The move is almost complete and the movers told me the office would give me a call to process the payment for the move. They never called me. When the movers called the office to figure out what was going on Alicia told them that she charged my bank account. I never authorized them to charge the move to my bank account. I was going to put it on a credit card. When I spoke with Alicia and asked her why she charged my bank account without my authorization, she hung up in my face. I have tried to call the company back numerous times but they refuse to answer the phone. read more

Just Awful!! Don't hire them!! Almost every piece of furniture that we own was damaged with big digs and scratches and chunks of wood broken off. We had antique furniture and all damaged! our grandfather clock had the glass broken plus the wood bashed in. We were so upset. Thry wrapped things terriblly and stacked all the furniture together with no barriers, one mover smoked and stunk of pot. He talked on his phone personally the whole time. But they half assed loaded our truck, upon arriving, every single piece of furniture we got was either scratched or broken to the point of unfixable. Glass was broken, statues smashed, anything you could imagine. I wouldn't trust this company to move a monkey from one tree to another for real. Just real unprofessional service. My movers were Michael, Rashad and "E". They were professional and careful and worked consistently. They all listened to what my expectations were and fulfilled each one. They did whatever necessary to make sure there was no damage or "nicks" on walls during move out and move in. My furniture was packed securely for protection and delivery. I feel my price was fair because of the time and care it takes to move without damage. Moving is a DRAG and they made it WAY LESS stressful. I would definitely recommend them.
