Only reason why im not giving 5 is because i had wanted to get sns nails (Dipping powder), and my nail tech said everything she could so i can get regular acrylic nails with a gel coating, so technically i didnt get what i asked for (as far as the sns part, i got the color and shape i wanted) i dont know if she was being lazy or what or if sns is harder...anyway, i showed her a reference picture and she NAILED (get it?) it!!!!! Right down to the color!!! They werent SNS like i wanted but im not extremely upset because they were literally the same kind of nails i showed her except matte and a shorter length. Swear this place is horrible!!! I always try to give them another chance but this place has done it.. Act like I don't have other plan in my day.. I came in and asked for a full set early as soon as they opened! The lady that always helps everyone as soon as you walk in told me okay sit here and wait.. So as I'm waiting and waiting I ask how long she said an hour knowing I was in there before multiple people!!! Only because one person knows how to do powder & I showed her the pic of what I wanted.. Gone to it for convenience of distance. The employees show little to no professionalism. The nail services are a hit and miss. Today has been a great miss, the nail tech kept chatting with another tech and put more than 3 coats on my nails so they look bulging. I couldn't find anything to add to the previous review except I have never had a bad experience here no matter who did my nails. They are reasonably priced, friendly and one of the few nail salons I have been to that seem genuinely interested in the customer returning. The owners are friendly and the selection of acrylic colors offered is excellent. If your a magazine reader you might want to bring your own as they only have people and entertainment mags, however I've only had to wait once in nearly a year. read more

When they get very busy they start getting sloppy and only seam to care for the ones that only have appointments.

Second time in a row here that I have left less than happy. The pedicure chairs need to be replaced, so uncomfortable and falling apart. Got a deluxe pedicure and the lady must have been in a hurry, was not very good. I will not be back, looking for new place. read more

I love this place! All the staff are cool and funny. My boyfriend and I go just about every two weeks. A lot of my friends go there as well. There's never a long wait. One night I went in approximately 20min before closing and I still got a pedicure. They didn't rush though it was after hours. They make you feel comfortable. I ask for Bina every time I go. This place is horrible! Got the "No chip" 35 dollar gel manicure which chipped the first day. I received one previously from a different place that lasted a month. Got a pedicure and unfortunately chipped 2 of the nails, went in to get it fixed and all they did was paint over the broken parts!! I was very angry. The toe-nails were visibly broken and cracked, needed to be filed at the least. Horrible customer service, I was very dissatisfied. The prices are higher than any other in the area as well. Super sloppy. I still have nail polish left from on the sides of my toes. I got French tips and the lines are all messed up and undone when you look closely. Lady was in a rush because it was busy. Messed up a lot of times and was rude when I asked her to fix it. I should have looked at the reviews before I went in. I rather just drive far where I usually go but I was in the area and in a rush to get my toes done. I waited for about 30 mins and was there total for 1 hours and 15 mins. This place is so not worth the money. Please do yourself a favor and actually look for a good nail place before coming here. I came in one afternoon as a walk in. Immediately upon walking in I could tell how uncleanly it was. It looked a mess and there was a bunch of stuff out of order. I sit down and still no one has acknowledged me or come to at least greet me. Still I stay, just because I was already there and only needed a pedicure. 10 minutes go by and still nothing. 15 minutes not a single word spoken to me. By 25 minutes I'm starting to get a little annoyed no one has come up to the front to let me know how long of a wait. After 35 minutes of waiting I just want to get up and leave this place. So I grab my purse and start to head for the door when one of the ladies in the back gets up and quickly scurries over and tells me "what do you want?!!!" I tell her just a pedicure. So she goes over and turns on one of their soaking tubs and rushes me over. She then made another one of the pedicurist stop in the middle of a pedicure to start mine. She then pulls up her kit to start clipping my nails. When I looked over I noticed almost every single one of her tools was dirty as could be. Just filthy. All filled with nail dust from previous clients and it was just so gross. The whole time she is rushing and keeps messing up with the polish on my big toe. Eventually another nail tech comes and pushes her out and finishes the job. Point is. I felt Unwelcomed and rushed. Truly not worth the $45. I will NEVER go there again. read more

ive been here couple times before and had fills done , my nails have always been done the same way..... I had asked for a backfill, some rude lady says pick a color. I explained to her that I need a backfill. she grabs my hands then shoves it away and says sit over there. she comes back with a close color to the acrylic used on my nails and I agree to the color. she starts filing my nails to the bare nail almost. yells back at some guy. he walks up starts on my nails without buffing or trimming the length as I asked. He then puts some acrylic near my cuticle and says this is how it will look. I said he has to blend it in and cover my whole nail since the rude lady filed most the acrylic off. He said that's not how they do fills. they don't put color acrylic over the whole nail. He had the nerve to tell me take it or leave it. Mind you after my acrylic were filed off my nails. I was raging so I let him have a piece of my mind very nicely before leaving all mad as heck. This place is a joke. Don't ever go in there. They did a shit job on my daughters nails and my pedicure was the worst pedicure I've ever had. They don't tell you that it's extra for gel removal on your toes they just do it and then charge you for it when you get up there to pay. Then when my daughter went in to get the refund they said they would give her they backed her in a corner and said they would cut off all her nails. They have roaches crawling all over the floor. This is the worst nail salon that I have ever been to and DO NOT recommend it to ANYONE!! read more

Same staff for several years now, no turnover. Prices are reasonable, the deluxe pedi is my favorite. They remember me and ask about my daughter if she's not with me. The only complaint I have is that they got new chairs a few months back and my feet don't fit quite right in the tub anymore :( Not a big enough problem to stop going. This is one of my favorite nail salons in the Glendale area! The technicians are very friendly and it is evident that most of them genuinely care about their customers. The owners most certainly do! They recognized my absence after not visiting their shop for several months (I only stopped going because I moved out of the area). Anyway, when I went back one of the owners asked how I was doing and remembered to congratulate me on getting married! I was impressed that he remembered! On top of that, I have never been unsatisfied with the work that anyone has done for me. I always walk out of the salon feeling refreshed and more beautiful than when I walked in. I moved to the area approximately five years ago and have visited this nail salon on a fairly regular basis. However even though the customer service was mediocre I continued using this salon because they did a good job on acrylic nails. I visited another salon on Peoria Ave. when I became frustrated with the staff's limited English making it difficult to fully communicate what I wanted done. I don't know what the other people in the reviews were talking about when praising the decor. The decor is very amateurish although this is not a basis for good service. In the last five years I have never been called by name and only once did I feel that I was remembered from a previous visit. Today was the last straw. I went in without an appointment and had one person who had an appointment be serviced ahead of me. That was perfectly understandable. Then a lady came in wanting a manicure and pedicure. I was there for a fill. The other lady was immediately taken back for her service. By the time I was called back I was asked to sit down and then I waited until I realized that there was no one available to do my fill. The one lady that kept reassuring me it would be only "five minutes" was doing the other lady's manicure. I waited for approximately five minutes and left. I will never go there again.
