I went to this salon on 05/01 for a full acrylic manicure. I asked twice for a quote on a butterfly design. They ignored me both times. The process overall took 2 hours, which is honestly quick for the design I got. The stylist did a beautiful job, and I have no complaints about her work or behavior. I went on 05/01 and it's 05/26 and my nails are still going strong. That's a remarkable time period for an acrylic set. I initially posted a not-so-great review due to the lack of quoting (after asking explicitly for a quote) and the price of the set ($120 before tip). Overall, I feel this is a decent nail salon. The salon itself is absolutely gorgeous, with plenty of seats for pedicures and stations for manicures. However, I think they should put up a website where it lists the prices on the menu (that I received after asking for) as well as the expectations of the visit. I also think it's strange that some nail technicians in the salon wear gloves and others don't. If you're handling bodily fluids and skin, it's probably a great idea to wear medical gloves and change them often. I think the salon did a great job and has good quality nails - I just believe the overall customer experience could be more transparent. read more

I'm unsure why this place takes appointments when you show up for your appointment and log in showing your are there and not one person even greets you. You sit there and after 30 mins, I just left. My time wasn't respected at all. They're not the best place and don't do nails very well. I was giving them one more chance but it's apparent that they didn't deserve it. WAY too EXPENSIVE. My teenage daughter went in for a fill after asking how much and it was $45.00. Go to check out and front desk says $75.00. As the mom I said HOW MUCH? She said Well the fill is $45 the rest was $30.00. I said WHAT? So you have to pay extra to get painted. The lady who did my daughters nails did a good job however, place is WAY TO EXPENSIVE. My daughter's usual girl at a DIFFERENT place, who was out of town unfortunately, is $45 with AMAZING designs that are INCLUDED for teenage girls/students. This is OUTRAGEOUS. Will NOT be going back. Front desk was NOT too nice about it either when I asked why $75.00. Disappointed for my daughter as she has to pay for her nails. read more

I love it here! Best nail shop in the west valley with fair prices. I've been coming here for almost a year straight and I am a loyal customer for many reasons. They have great customer service! I'm always greeted when I come in and am seen within a reasonable amount of time. I've also always loved my nails whenever I walk out! I found the new nails & spa online via facebook. I was looking for new place to take our daughter to get her pedicure & in the future nails. I viewed their Instagram page for their pictures, address, hours & specials since it's only been opened little over a month. The nail salon is located in plaza w/ Fry's grocery store & a few other surrounding businesses. Once we enter the salon we immediately noticed their beautiful pink flower picture wall, greeted by man at the front counter, he answered my questions & showed me their book of services they offer & prices. The decor is bright, spacious, sparkly chandeliers & more. My daughter received the Colorist signature pedicure for $38 which is an amazing price, lady made her water, ask her if it's too hot & which color she would like from their color wheel. They do have massage chairs @ their pedicure sections as well. We will definitely be back because their decor, prices & services were excellent. Super cute spot! Great music, ambiance, and is so clean! I've been twice now, and I received excellent service both times. The first time I opted for a splurge, and did the organic Pedi, which was a nice treat. I really enjoyed the extra massage. Also, they have super nice massage chairs! The second Petty I got I did a Option three, kind of in the middle with a gel upgrade which was an additional $15. I originally thought I wanted French because I am in a wedding, but after seeing it on my toes, I decided that it wasn't really the look I was going for. My tech tried adjusting the shape of the French tip, but overall I really still just wasn't feeling it so she was able to do a full color instead which came out absolutely beautiful. My daughter went here earlier today on July 7, 2025. She got a full set. She wanted a French manicure. She showed the guy a picture of what she wanted because he had did it wrong the first time and when she did he told her well next time you can get this one done then yelling at my daughter, making her cry. pushing/pulling her hands away pretty roughly as he was doing her nails. She said the girl next to her getting her nails done by someone else looked at my daughter and said he's being very rude to you and my daughter started tearing up again we will never come here EVER again, which is sad because we used to come here all the time and she has a graduation on the ninth, so that's why she went in to go get her nails done, but I just couldn't believe it. I called the place and guess what I sure as heck yelled at him nobody should make a young girl cry like that. that's NOT good customer service. You do not treat your clients like that whatsoever. they proceeded to tell her she can come back tomorrow to redo them thats crazy right? like are they serious? They really think she would come back absolutely NOT.. The young lady at the front taking my daughter's, Payment was very kind to my daughter and gave her 10% off, so my daughter gave her his tip. I told the person that did them that it had hurt and even pulled away but they insisted it would be fine. It's only been 4 days and my nails are chipped. Came in waited 30 mins for a gel manicure, then it took 1 hr and 15 mins to do 1 single color, with no removal and no design. I asked for a single flower on one nail on each hand. ANY flower and she tried 4 times without me saying anything and kept taking it off and trying again. After the 4th time I said that's ok just leave a single color because I was there for an hour and a half already. And quality is horrible. read more

if i could give this place no star's i would, i don't understand how this is a 5 star salon, i asked for an acrylic pedicure and she kept packing on the acrylic and made them look super thick, and i could tell she got annoyed everytime i asked her to make them thinner, i asked for a very square shape i ended up with them looking super round, she cut my big toe and my pinky toe, i also asked for a thin french tip and they came out super thick. They left paint all on my toes, i didn't even end up finishing my service and some how they still tried to charge me $80? i told them i was only paying half of that, and somehow it was my fault for not speaking up even though i clearly stated what i wanted. It's really annoying coming into an establishment to not get what you ask for and end up wasting time and money. read more

I don't know how this salon has 5 stars but here is experience. My friends and I decided to get our nails done as we anticipated my boyfriend proposing, which he did. I got an acrylic set and asked for cherry red french tip but got orange red instead. This was disappointing but the worst part is that I got charged $70 BEFORE TIP for this and the whole set only took about 20 minutes, max. My nails ended up coming off 6 DAYS AFTER I got my nails done and I really expected more for what I paid for, but luckily my fiancé proposed the day before they fell off. This is why I'm surprised they have five stars when the quality of their work is far from that. During our visit, one of my friends also asked for a french tip pedicure and paid about $60 and she did not get what she asked for even though she repeatedly kept telling the lady that she wanted a french tip the whole time she was doing her pedicure. Worst part is that the lady either gave her looks or said something under her breath each time until my friend felt uncomfortable and just let it be. My other friend who got a simple manicure and paid around $40 said her nail polish came off within a week. This whole experience let us to believe that either the reviews are fake or just very lucky to not experience what we experience. While the salon is cute with the pink wall, it was very quiet and alright I guess. After my engagement, I did make an appointment at another nail salon and paid $50 for the same service and 2 weeks later, my nails are still on and not lifting. THIS is what I expect from a 5 star salon that charges $70 for the service pre-tip. If you come here, just know this may happen to you. read more

I went in the weekend of Mother's Day and requested a pedicure and full set. The pedicure I received wasn't done correctly usually every technician cleans under my toe nail. I have an ingrown which grows pretty quickly, of course it wasn't cut. Yes I'm aware I should've said something but I thought it was common sense. Fast forward to my full set, once the technician was done there was acrylic all over my cuticle area/ skin and a nail fell off a week later.
