i have been to this salon numerous times over the course of two years and have yet to be disappointed!! i get a fresh set of acrylic nails each time and their prices are unbeatable. the service is top notch as well, one time i unknowingly came in near closing time and they still got me in, no complaints! they also have an extensive supply of nail art supplies, and they've been able to do all of the designs i've requested with no issue! with so many nail shops in the bryan/cstat area, it's difficult to find the best of the bunch but you surely won't do wrong by coming here

After being unhappy with my nails at other places, I decided to try this place and was SHOCKED at how much they exceeded my expectations!! i've never been more obsessed with my nails! i saw another photo here and used that as inspo and my nail tech Tamy absolutely killed it!! My nails are sooo pretty and I'm definitely returning!!! This nail salon is so nice and clean and Tamy was super nice!! I was also surprised about the price, as I've definitely paid more for less in the past. Definitely recommend!

I got an acrylic manicure for $33, which is a good price in my opinion! Kim did my nails, and Kim's husband did my friend's nails. They both were very kind and accommodating to our requests! We will be going back!

I have been going to this Nail salon since I was in high school and let me just say that this place has always been welcoming and friendly. If you're looking to treat yourself, you have to come here! The staff is always wonderful and sweet. This will always be my go to place to come when needing my nails and/or pedicures. I am very happy with the manicure I got at Fancy Nails! I would certainly recommend going there to a close friend. The staff was friendly and quick to greet me when I came in. I wanted a natural look for my Aggie ring day coming up, and my tech did perfectly! The place was clean and had a pleasant atmosphere. I would definitely go there again :)

It's a good nail salon for college station. My manicurist was good, but not extremely friendly. They never offered any drinks. The price is kind of high for college station.

Nails were sloppy and some crooked. I would happily pay $25 for these and just fix them at home but I was charged $41. I expressed my complaint to the manicurist multiple times but I realized she was just not understanding and I'd just have to suck it up and go somewhere different next time. On the plus side: I've had a great experience here once before for a pedicure and there was no wait either time. If the price was a little lower I would just chalk it up to the manicurist having a bad day and try again, but for $41 I should not have crooked nails and acrylic stuck to my skin.

I went to Sam Nails in Bryan 3 weeks before and had an awful experience. I have been trying new places in BCS and think I have found somewhere to regularly do business. They took their time and were so gentle. I am pleased with my fill and will be returning in 3 weeks for a new set. I paid $82 for a shellac fill and shellac pedi before tip.

I came in my lunch break so I let them know I needed to be in and out and due to the fact that I travel a ton for work so it is super hard for me to consistently get my nails done at the same place during my travel season. I have a place back at home that I swear by but ya girl NEEDED a fill. I checked yelp for acrylic nails salons and saw a few good reviews on Fancy Nails and boy am I happy I picked here. It is super clean, everyone is very friendly, chic - new and updated interior and my nails came out great. She spent her time and made sure they came out exactly how I liked them (I'm picky and I am the first person to admit that) but I also make sure to be very kind to my nail technicians because they work hard. The color and shape came out great - there are a few spots where the nail lacquer is a littler lighter on my fingernail but I get this light pink bubble gum color a ton so I know this happens sometimes so it doesn't bother me too much. There are a few places by the nail bed where I felt myself getting knicked but I am also super rough on my hands so that could have been something else so I won't hold that against her. The nail polish by the cuticle is a little spotty on some nails but it's not the end of the world. Overall, I absolutely will be back and I absolutely will visit Fancy Nails again. 2 week update - I 10/10 would go back. Not a single crack- lifted nail - nothing. Amazing.

Hi!! I've been going to fancy's for about 2 semesters now and I love them. I don't ever post reviews but I thought I'd show y'all some of the times I've gotten my nails done. Always love how they turn out!!

Believe the bad reviews and absolutely not worth the money. I've had a good experience here about a year and a half ago but after my recent experience, I will not be returning. Tina was my manicurist and dug so hard into one of my cuticles I bled. She then continued to dig into it until I asked her to stop because I was in so much pain. Tina's son was also my manicurist for a small amount of time because she and him were switching in between my friend and I. He snapped rudely at me for moving my arm. My nails are crooked and honestly looked better before I came in than they do now. Not worth 54$ especially when I went home and had to fix the manicure I just paid for.

Went this afternoon to get a Mani/pedi for my wedding. They were extremely nice and service oriented. My hands and feet look amazing. Plus I was blessed by a stranger. A hidden gem that's literally been in my face for years. I've tried quite a few places around town, including some within feet of this place. This place is my new fave. I stopped in for a pedi and went with one that has citrus (wish i could remember the name!). The staff were super friendly & attentive. Plus, it's a nice clean place! What really blew me away was that they charged me the price I was quoted - like, what?!?!!! that's unheard of nowadays! I paid $48 for my pedi (no polish) - the cheapest & best one i've had in the couple of years i've lived here! read more

Very disappointing I found a nail shop that I like and I can get my eyelashes done at the same time. Unfortunately I made an appointment for 430. I did arrive about 10 minutes late, but my lash specialist Vivian was not available and couldn't get me till the next day or an hour and a half after my appointment. We have busy schedules and this is not fair as the customer so unfortunately, I'll be finding a new nail shop. Is valuable. I drove clear across town to get here just to be let down and not have an appointment at all. read more

Went in for a pedicure, usually no problem. The new boy working is not ready to do nails, my deluxe pedicure was definitely rushed but really wasn't upset at all. Then he paints the nails which also seem fine, I'm sitting waiting for a good 20 minutes for them to dry and finally I go to get up assuming they have dried and they are still super super sticky and tacky. The older lady comes over to fix the toe I messed up and takes a look at the other, puts another top coat on. Finally after 15 more minutes of sitting I leave assuming they will dry soon. I sit in the car waiting for another 15 minutes with air blowing and still the paint is super sticky. I hate being a person to complain, I didn't want to go back but I had to. I nicely tell them they won't dry/set and they take a look and the boy is immediately trying to say I've been touching them or messed them up...I havent. It was an overall fine experience except for when I go back for them to fix their mistake they act like I'm a dummy who messed up my feet. They didn't fix them at all, they just added more gunk to sit on top. Anyways...an okay experience turned bad after an easy fix. The nails are still super tacky as I'm writing. Update: 30 minutes later after leaving town they are still wet, sticky, tacky. Going to have to redo them myself after spending $40. If only they would've fixed them like I asked...so irritating. read more

The only reason I am giving 3 stars is that the massage was pretty good. They did not shape my nails well I'm not very happy with the end result. It was $48 for a gel pedicure which is definitely the most expensive pedicure I have gotten in college station and it does not look very great. They really should inform you that getting gel is a $15 up charge. read more

I usually love going to this nail salon and never had a bad experience til last time. Last time I when I went I'm not sure who did my nails but I asked for fake nails and the guy drilled off almost all of my finger nail and it hurt so bad. So now I literally don't have a finger nail on my pinky finger (my natural nail along with the fake nail ripped off). All of my nails are completely destroyed thanks to this nail salon. They're all paper thin and hurt so much. I am very disappointed and mad. I will never be coming back to this nail salon. Trust the reviews when they say this salon destroyed their nails. read more

Just wanted to quickly say that these nails and the other sets i have gotten at Fancy nails since have been the longest lasting nails I have ever had. They are not only beautifully done by Kevin but they LAST!! I had a set on for a month and a half and although they were grown out because nails grow fast they looked brand new otherwise, no cracks or chips. I am pretty rough with my nails and I am the first one to break a nail after getting them done but it was sure a challenge to break Kevin's work . Most definitely recommend this place if you are ever in College Station read more

I got dip here a week ago and thought my nail tech did a good job. Unfortunately, within the last two days, 3 of my nails have chipped from every day activities. Usually my dip lasts for 3-4 weeks and holds up fine. read more

I recommend you ask for Ryan, his attention to detail goes above and beyond! I have been back three times and each time I am super happy with the results of the SNS dip powder manicure. I have also gotten my eyebrows and upper lip waxed, and was very happy with the results as well. I will be a frequent customer. read more

Very relaxing, a wonderful foot massage (even on the lowest level pedicure), and they were friendly. I mentioned that my feet are ticklish, and he modified how he was sanding my feet. I felt listened to and cared for. Will definitely be back! read more

I have tried this place multiple times but they keep on doing such a bad job. It's ridiculous, the staff is nice but the service not so much. I got a powder dip here and it looked like I needed a fill immediately. I was so disappointed, the dip looked horrible and so thick. I asked them to file it down but they just kind of rushed it and it still looked horrible. Never using them again read more

It's really a hit or a miss here. I've had amazing pedicures, but the past few times I went they were SO lazy. Barley touching my leg in the exfoliation and massage. If you want to charge thirty dollars in a college town for a pedicure, it better be worth our while. I need consistency. read more

Extremely happy with my service! I was in the area for business and I had two hours to spare before heading back to Houston. Stopped at a local nail place because my nails looked horrible! Extremely happy that they were able to take me in without an appointment! One of the male technician did my nails, I didn't catch his man. Worked speedy with great care! (Only a waxing review) I've been getting my brows done for 10 years now and never had anyone mess them up until today. Both are super thin (in contrast to my naturally full brows) the right brow is rounded, and part of my arch was removed; the left is squared, and my high arch remains. Needless to say, I won't be coming back for a waxing. Aside from this bad experience, my nails came out great and the nail tech was super fast. Everyone was super nice (including the brow tech) and they even gave me a refund. The owner even reached out to me when he heard about my bad experience (excellent customer service). However, they didn't give me my brow back, which is all I really wanted. read more

I come here a lot and after my last 2 experiences I won't be coming back. I was cut several times during my pedicure and one of the cuts wouldn't stop bleeding. I also asked for a classic pedicure and didn't get all the stuff that comes with it. I ended up being charged for the classic even though I didn't receive all the things that comes with the classic. Also my manicures haven't been all that well. The polish applied hasn't turned out right on all my fingers and it makes the shape of my nails look thick and sloppy. Also when I got home, I noticed that the gel was already peeling and I just left. If you do end up going here, I would recommend finding somebody and sticking with that person. Unfortunately, I've gone to mainly everybody and still haven't found that person yet. read more

I used to love this place but after the last couple of experiences I'm sad to say I won't be returning. My shellac manicure was pretty rushed and even after asking to fix/clean up the gel before going under the UV light I was told it would be fixed later. To fix it, my nails were basically filed so roughly on the sides to the point that my pinky started bleeding. There are also small bubbles that dried into the top layer of nail polish. read more

The front desk person was so nice to take us in within 30mins before closing. 2 young newer barbers volunteered to stay late to cut us and they a fantastic job. It was overall, a bit more expensive than Great Clips or Sports Clip, but for a few dollars more for more quality cuts, why not? We will definitely be back. All the staff are friendly and they seem to have a lot of barbers so I don't think I'd have to worry about waiting for a long time. The parking lot is huge.

I have a great barber in Houston, but I stop by The Barber Shop each time that I pass through College Station. The owner (Dan) recently passed away, but somehow I'm not worried about the future of this place. This is where "those who know" have been coming for years.

The receptionist/stylists refused, however, to provide the color cost range -- stating that they will only provide it on a personal consultation (in otherwords while they have captured a person there). I AI searched the costs and here is the cost color range for men's: $32-$200. This basically means that the range to cut/color a man's hair could cost from $102 -$304, depending the mix of stylist level and types of coloring. Because of this costs secrecy range, I probably will forgo a visit with them.

I went in around 3ish on a Thursday and it was not busy which is a win for me! The place is just the right size in my opinion too. They have about 8-12 manicure set ups and about 10-15 pedicure seating too. The place is kinda new but it is very clean. So are there bathrooms (which is another big bonus). The area did not smell like your typical nail solan. They played a mixed styles of music but it was nice and smooth and not too loud either. They do have tv's but they were not on, so if games are on you can watch. They have a huge selection of colors. From being real light to real dark. They are not right in the front, they are more in the middle of the place. If busy would be kinda hard to pick a color out. They had my favorite color there (ballerina pink) which is pretty hard to find in the bcs area. I had mike as my pedicure guy. I liked him. He gave good foot/ leg massages! He even asked if I wanted another layer of paint Bc it was such a light color. Great staff. read more

After trying many other places, this is the best one. I will be returning to and ask for Mr. Moon. He is such a professional nail technician. Moon is the best and I absolutely love the way he got my nail done. He is not only knowledgeable but kind as well. I have been to many different nail salons, from the high end to in neighborhood, but nothing compared to Moon. Nothing can beat him. His expertise is wonderful! He spends time and takes good care of his customer. Ask for Mr. Moon and you will not regret it. It worths every penny. I will be coming back this week to see him again. He makes me feel like I have never had that such beautiful nails ever! love it! Highly recommended! read more

My only complaint was the wait, which was about 45 minutes. Then again, it was a Sunday afternoon a week before ring day, so no surprise that they were busy! Every single artist was busy, back to back, and yet they all kept a cheerful demeanor and took the time to listen. They were very professional and clean, and meticulous about their work. They wouldn't let you walk out of there with even a slightly uneven nail. The friend I went with had a set that wasn't "up to their standards" so they sat her back down and wouldn't let her pay until it was perfect. I got a full set of acrylics with polish over them for 31$. read more

I've lived in CS my whole life and been to almost every nail salon in this area. I don't know how I missed this place! Went here for the first time today and loved it! I told them I was in a hurry, usually when you tell nail salons that they work fast but don't pay attention to detail and mess a few things up. But these wonderful people worked fast and did a BEAUTIFUL job as well as checking that every looked good to me throughout. The establishment is very clean and comfortable, relaxing music, and refreshments! Couldn't have asked for more, also $10 - $15 less expensive then other places for the same work done! read more
