I cannot find enough superlatives for this place. If you want a relaxing hour or two, having your nails or feet done, you should certainly look no further. The ladies and gentlemen here are on point with the latest nail trends and looks. I typically let them decide what they would like to with my nails with very little interference from me and I am never disappointed...ever. I have been coming here a couple years now and they are very sensitive to my moods and will either chatter away with me or will let me sit quietly and relax. Be aware, this establishment and these people are family friendly and there are often children here, both from customers and from the families who work here. It makes me feel like one of the family and I feel welcome by all. All in all this is the ONLY place I go to for my Mani / Pedi / Waxing / Gel and/or Acrylic fill. Treat yourself too! This is the second time I've been to this nail salon, the first was for a gel mani and recently for a regular pedi. Honestly this is the best pedicure I've had in town! She really took her time on the massage, when typically I feel like the technicians at other places slap some lotion on ya and send you on your way. But not here! It was amazing! She did an excellent job with cleaning my cuticles and not over exfoliating my skin as well. My toes looks beautiful when she was finished! My friend was getting her nails done and I didn't feel rushed out or like I needed to get out of the way afterwards either. When I had previously visited for my gel mani, I asked for French tips, it was for my engagement photos too so I really wanted them to look flawless. When I got there I was immediately sat down in a chair which was great because usually I'm sitting and waiting awhile for a spot. The lady started off fine, but once she got my nails on and shaped she started filing them which was a lot rougher than it should've been. When she was finished I was expecting her to tell me to get up and wash my hands but instead she started applying the color onto my nails, like taking time on my manicure didn't matter, leaving dust particles thus preventing the nail to be smooth and even clean looking. I put my hands under the uv light to dry them and my fingers were burning like they were on fire, not like the typical sting, she then applied the last coat and and I stuck my hands in again, it hurt a lot more than the first time. When she was finished once again I expected her to tell me to go wash my hands but instead got up and walked right to the counter for me to pay her. 2 days later one of my nails had popped off so I went back in to get it fixed and I got a different lady, she sat me down and in the start to fix my nail then she just gets up to go wax someone's eye brows comes back to finally start the process of fixing my one nail, but instead proceeds to work on all of my nails even leaving finger prints, hair, and a very ridged side for one of my nails. From all the pressure, from the first time of getting them done and the messed up fix I got, when my nails started to grow out the fake nails started snapping my real nails clean off my cuticle causing me excruciating pain. I tried all the methods to pop them off but they wouldn't even budge, it's been 3 weeks since I've had them done and they don't seem like they are coming off anytime soon, perfect nails has amazingly fast service for not following rules for a pandemic such as simply washing hands after contact or even taking the time not to injure a client. I would NOT get my nails done there unless you're looking into for some pain and disappointment. I. Love. This. Salon. They are hands down the best in Redding! I have been to them for a number of services but my favorites they do are pedicures and the dip nails. They are one of the two salons in Redding that do the dip nails (which are amazing and everyone should try them!) and they do a much much better job than the other salons in town. The price point is a bit higher ($40) but the quality is worth it! They also have new colors coming in all the time so there is always a fresh selection. This place does get pretty busy in the afternoons so go in the morning or make an appointment- I think their being always busy is a tribute to the quality of their work! All the staff are very nice and friendly and it's really worth every penny here. Will always be back! read more

Been here several times hoping for a different experience each time and each time I leave I regret coming. Today I am officially done. There is absolutely no personality from either one of them. Very quite and snappy. You become quite uncomfortable sitting in silence with all of them. Today we made appointments for pedicures. I waited 15 min for anyone to even begin my pedicure. The woman who sat me and asked my color literally disappeared meanwhile everyone was busy with other clients. My mom who I was there with was almost finished with hers while I still sat waiting in cold water. Once I went to get up and put my shoes on then all of a sudden they wanted to help me. I saw this place going downhill over the years. Last visit was the straw that broke the camel back. They started working on my wife , my daughter without asking what kind of service they wanted. Myself I stopped them because I didn't want to have mud and they did, I asked treatment # 2 and they did treatment # 1 , and they had the audacity to charge me for the .ud I didn't ask. The do not understand English, and they do not care to understand you. Very disrespectful, taking I'm their language and they do not even answer when politely you ask them a question. Went in for a gel polish on my natural nails and paid 30$, went with my friend and she got acrylic with gel polish and was charged the same price. I called to see how much a gel polish on natural nails was and she said 20, so I went in and they made a problem. Working in the service field myself, I am very disappointed! I came here to get pedicures with my husband. We were waiting with a lady who had waited over and hour after being seated. After we were seated my water was ice cold and my husbands was scolding hot. One man started to do my feet and then stopped and two other ladies proceeded. Was told there was a 5$ charge to take off my old gel polish off of 3 those if I did not want to pay 15$ for gel again. They were extremely aggressive cleaning and removing my cuticles where my pinky toe started bleeding. And rinsed my husbands scrub off with water so hot his feet were still red when he was finished. I will never come here again and DO NOT recommend anyone else coming here. Also the seats were dirty and they did not clean the bowl before refilling it with my water. Just had an acrylic set done yesterday. The man cut my skin often and was ruff and sloppy with the acrylic paste when shaping the nails; he also walked away from me several times for breaks. I do not recommend this place unless you want cuts and acrylic painted all over your fingers. read more

This is my third visit. The first two were very good experiences but this last one was quite disappointing. I was having my nails done and the gal asked me if I would like gel because it lasts much longer so I ask how much more it was $10. I thought for the extra time they last that was worth the money. well within two weeks two of my fingernails had the polish completely just come off as one whole piece. it was not adhering to my nails. I went in today to let them know and they said I only have one week to come back with a complaint or they can't even look at them. Much better experience...this is my forth place trying in Redding for nails/pedi. My mom and I were walk ins and didn't have to wait long. Pedicures were great and average priced. We got the deluxe. One reason I gave a 4 star was because the massage chairs the remote is taped to the bottom of the arm rest. Not sure if they don't want customers using them but found it odd and that's one of my fav things about getting a pedi. The nail tech burned almost every finger doing my fill which I wasn't happy about and told her every time. Bummer... But good smile lines and for the quickness they turned out way better then the other place I went to two weeks ago that did the worse job I've ever had my nails done in the past 10 years. This is where I always come for a great pedicure. Julia is by far my favorite nail technician, she gives really great massages, takes her time and goes above and beyond to satisfy her clients needs. The staff is also extremely friendly and try to talk to make you feel right at home. I cannot speak for everyone work, but Julias work is AMAZING. Probably the best pedicure I have received. Just had my gel manicure. It looks great. Length and shape exactly as I wanted. Staff is very friendly and takes their time with you.

The entire staff here are very rude. When I walked in, I stood there, and stood there without anyone even acknowledging me. I got in a couple hours later. I was here to get color and from the beginning I was treated badly. The woman who filed my nails was very rough. This was to the point where it became painful so I politely asked her to be a bit softer. She didn't change her tune and kept at the same pace, so I again reiterated that it hurt, but it only made her angry and she started speaking very loudly in Vietnamese to the other staff, as if she were venting to them about me. This was an older woman. When I was ready for color, a man took over and proceeded to get color everywhere on my hands. He decided to use scissors to cut away the extra color around my nails and ended up cutting into my skin. Out of shear pain I instinctively yelled "owe". Just as the older woman did, he continued without hesitation to nip at the color with the scissors, all while being very rough and appearing agitated. Again, I felt the scissors cut into me. This time I was a little more direct and told him that he was cutting my skin. This is when the older woman who filed my nails prior to this stood up and came at me in an aggressive manner and was even held back by other staff, all while screaming at me in Vietnamese. I don't speak Vietnamese, but you don't have to be fluent in a language to know you are being berated and insulted. Completely unacceptable! Will never be back to this place. read more

Worst experience I have ever had was at a nail salon. The girl was terrible, first she tells me she will not fill my French tip nails because it will be ugly, then she rips off the nails she sees fit too, and she hurt my nails the entire time she was doing them. She would not do anything I asked her to, horrible experience. I have never had a place tell me they can't fill my French tip when it was the first fill, I should have walked out that minute but I didn't and sat to endure a very rude and inconsiderate person.
