My wife went in for an eyebrow wax and they completely botched them. told her it was an extra $2 to wax the middle part of her eyebrows which is absolutely unheard of. she left so much hair, didn't use tweezers or anything but still somehow managed to make her bleed from waxing one part multiple times. then tried to chard her for a lip waxing that's $4 MORE than an eyebrow wax and when my wife told her she didn't get a lip wax, she changed it to an eyebrow but STILL added on an additional $4 to the already VERY poor service. read more

They are very nice & friendly. The first time I went the lady doing my eyebrow wax dropped wax onto my eye. She had to scrub it off and left a mark on my face. She said she was sorry & gave me a hug. Today i went with a friend for a pedicure. We had an appointment and had to wait over 40 mins anyways. After i was done, they advised me to wait to have my toes to dry. They had me wait like an hour & said they forgot about me doing other's manicures. read more

I had made an appointment and got seated right away and offered something to drink. People were smiling and very welcoming, the salon was clean and the pedicure chairs had great back massage settings! Tu, who did my pedicure, made sure I was comfortable before getting started. Tu did a fantastic job even with me being super ticklish! She made sure the pressure of the leg massage was ok, and was very attentive to detail. I even booked an appointment for next month with her before I left! I have found my new regular nail salon! read more

Absolutely NOT perfect!!! Cheaters who do a horrible job. First time I left disappointed because my toe nails looked totally unprofessionally done. Very sloppy job. Second time, I thought, I might have a different person and another person would do a better job. Wrong!!! A different person, same results, a horrible job. My disappointment is beyond my imagination. No pride in what they do, poor quality, and even when you pointed out to a sloppy job, they totally ignore it and they would not redo it. Do not go here!!! After being there 3.5hrs for a full set and pedi I left the most disappointed I've ever been at a nail shop. I get gel on my toes and there's like bumps and bubbles cured into them. The lady insisted on putting my socks on for me even after I said I would do it myself (because I had my hands in a bowl of acetone at the time), probably because she knew they were messed up. I didn't even see until I got home at 8pm (my appt was at 4:30 and I left at 7:30) and took off my socks and saw. The lady who did my nails was horrible, the shape was TERRIBLE and bumpy. I asked for stiletto, showed multiple pictures and they were fat and dull at the tip with no apex. They looked like toucan sams nose from the side. At one point I asked her for the file to show her the shape I wanted and filed one hand MYSELF. She then took it back and started AGGRESSIVELY filing my nails and still didn't do it right. My nails were bleeding from cutting my cuticles too! I will never EVER go back. This was my first time. They charged me for everything, pedi, full set, nail take off and cuticle trim. My friend who was with me got a nude to black hombre that was not blended at all. It was so terrible that she had them just paint black over the whole nail so she could feel comfortable wearing them in public. Terrible terrible terrible. read more

Don't think I'll be going back... The place just looks run down. Always hate to see a nail tech eating their lunch/dinner at a nail station..makes me question the cleanliness of an establishment....it's just gross. Nail color selection limited..unless you love neon colors. Pedi seemed a bit rushed. Ooh and the tool they used to clean under my toe nails..well that pink bottle that holds the scrub was clogged..so the tech used the same tool to jam it in the hole of the bottle to break up what ever was clogging it. Umm..eew Update... I received a message asking me to update which "Perfect Nails" my review is for. It's the dump in the same parking lot as Albertsons on Canyon and 112th...the same address reference for this business. next to a Teriyaki joint. I park in front of this nail salon all of the time and no ones ever in there...after watching Breaking Bad for the 8th time I'm convened this place is a front for something other than "Perfect" nails. read more

I went here to get a nail dip. It took 2 people to do this. I was there about 2 hours (give or take). The 2nd woman to do my nails, got up and went into the back room for at least a 10 minute break; she didn't even tell me she was taking a break! I watched other customers come in and go before I was done. A customer beside me had her acrylics taken off & redone and she was out of there way before me. A few times I had to ask the technician to please file my nails smoother. My middle fingernail looked extremely wide at the tip compared to the base. The color was still far from my cuticles. They put on glitter top coat to hide their mistakes for which the woman said was because I chose the wrong color. When I finally got outside I noticed ALL my nails were crooked & gangly! As if a child did them. On my way home several nails kept snagging my shirt and getting caught in my hair. I've been to other nail salons that did a great job in half the time, with one worker, & where I didn't have to give directions. I filed my nails when I got home so I didn't have to look at the screw up they left me with! I recommend going elsewhere. Where's the 0 star rating ?! read more

I was referred here, made an appointment (no customers in site) I asked if they could do colored ombre til. She replied, "Yes" Came back for my appointment a few days later and all 4 surrounded me and talked in there language for awhile and none of them know how to do what I asked. Pictures were shown. She gets out a "how to do ombre" chart and then did one nail. It was awful. Plus, very rough and left scabs on my fingers. I then said"Let's just do pink/white ombre if that's easier. Got it done (no customers for the hour and a half) Few days later, nail popped off and I went in to have it fixed. The lady was so rude and rough like I was putting her out. Perfectly horrible nails. As soon as I entered there were 2 women and 2 children sitting there. One of the women told me to pick my color, as expected. As I was picking my color I heard her tell her 13 year old daughter (I'm not exaggerating, she told me she was 13) to practice on me. She said she didn't want to so her mom playfully spanked her a few times to encourage her. Once I sat, the young girl clearly had no desire to be there. She held my leg in one hand and talked to her mom using her other hand to express herself about God knows what. Meanwhile I sat there and watched them chit chat (while no action was being taken on my toes). Finally she gets around to doing what I came there for only to take another 5 minute break to do some online shopping with her mom (at this point my cuticles haven't even been tended to and there are no other customers, just another useless employee sitting there playing candy crush on her iPad). After the young girl took an hour to completely alter (and ruin) the shape of my toenails (not her fault, she is a kid after all) she then got around to painting my nails. No base coat, 3 regular coats, 1 top coat. It looked streaky and was bunching at the cuticles and she completely missed the sides. I asked her to fix a couple of the very noticeable ones (all the while her mom is sitting there, doing nothing, and the other lady has now moved on to YouTube) to which she simply added 2 more layers of nail polish to what she had already done. At that point her mom stepped up (1.5 hours into it). She started to explain that the nail polish was the problem (it was not). She then removed the polish on one of my big toes and reapplied a base coat, 3 layers and a top coat (as should have been the case originally). It obviously didn't look like the other big toe which had 7 layers on it at this point but she quickly closed the nail polish up and started looking occupied (for the first time). She didn't ask me if it was okay or if I was happy. I ended up removing the nail polish all together and asked her if I could simply pay and leave because I was unhappy and she clearly had no intention of fixing that. After wasting almost 2 hours of my time and speaking to me incredibly rudely without looking up from her table she rudely (and loudly) said "20!" To which I requested to pay half the amount considering I was leaving with no nail polish on my toes and way more stressed out than I should be. Instead of declining she started screaming that she would call the police so I then asked her to do her job correctly and please paint my nails then or else I would dial the number for her. She said she would not do it because I was being too picky. I asked her for the address so that I could make the call then because I felt like it wasn't fair for me to pay for a service I didn't receive, she picked up a stack of her business cards and threw it on the floor in front of me and told me to look it up. Although I was furious at this point I still tried to salvage the experience and politely I then asked her if her coworker could do it (the one who was also busy doing nothing). She then told me that no one would do it and to pay her. What the heck?! This wasn't my first time getting a pedicure and I've never....never experienced this level of unprofessionalism and dissatisfaction with a nail service. There was more but I'll spare you. I started going to Perfect Nail Salon and Spa about 6 months ago. Never had any issues until this last time I went. I brought my mom and daughter for a little Mother's Day outing. My daughter got a pedicure and her nails painted, I got a pedicure, and my mom got a fill. Worse experience I have ever had there. Needless to say I didn't get my fill and she charged me 120$ the day of services. A week later, I have a new pending charge for an additional $45 from this nail salon. One that was made without my authorization. I called them and asked who charged my card and why and Kenny gave the phone to the manager. She gets on the phone yelling saying she forgot to charge me for my pedicure with shellac... I told her that she was not authorized to make that charge and she said too bad. I hung up the phone and physically went in there. As soon I walked in, she started yelling, grabbing the original receipt saying she didn't charge me for the pedicure, she forgot at the time of service. I demanded my money back and she argued with me for 15 minutes telling me she wasn't giving me my money back. She slapped my hand, told me to call the bank. Kenny finally got up and decided to give me my money back so I would leave.. NOT because she stole 45$ from me, but because I was "too loud" LOL. Not sure how she had access to my credit card information, but I called my bank and blocked any future transactions from that company. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!! read more

A friend and I met here because it is close to her house. Both got mani pedis which were $30 each. We didn't check reviews...but should have. The establishment was FILTHY. The ladies doing our mani pedis were talking so loudly that even with us sitting next to eachother could hardly hear eachother. It was hard to even think because they were talking so loudly. Color selection was very limited. Dark lighting, fabric on chairs was cracked and flaking. With pedicures I look forward to the leg message and sugar scrub...there was none of that. Manacure was a quick cuticle trim, fresh paint and slap some lotion on; no message there either. If at all possible go somewhere else. I will be researching other places in the area to go. read more

I got a mani/pedi with the Herbal Spa package, which is the most expensive. The photo is two and a half days after my manicure was done and you can see how much has chipped off. (It's not gel, but I haven't been hard enough on them to cause these chips.) I'm disappointed by how little time they looked good. On three nails, the polish is pulling away from my nail, and one nail chipped by the end of the first night. Nice manicurists and the spa treatment was great, but make sure to get gel or go only for pedicures. My pedicure still looks wonderful! read more

Waste of time and money!! I should have read the reviews prior to going, but had just left from getting a fabulous massage a few doors down, I wanted to continue my break away from my family & my pampering. This was by far the worst manicure I've ever had. Not only was the place run down but it was filthy! The employees children were annoying!! One boy was watching videos loudly, eating & drinking and two older sisters were "playing nail salon" giving each other pedicures/ising the same fillthy water as the other and then they sat next to me painting fake nails & talking loudly. My polish started chipping within hours of leaving, they look horrible! Also they used a nasty smelling lotion on my hands/arms. I always wear gloves when doing dishes, and have never had polish chip so quickly. read more

Awful... I went to get gel nails and a manicure.. First off, the lady made my cuticle bleed and didn't say anything. I had to keep telling her to be careful because my cuticle was stinging. I let that slide, I mean, mistakes happen. Then, there were several imperfections that I had to point out, like pieces of something stuck in the bail polish... Why I had to point it out, not quite sure. You think that she would be more careful considering its gel nails and I would have it for a few weeks. It made it extremely awkward that I had to keep telling her to fix it... All the while, my mental tip calculator was going up and down because of how disappointed I was... Still let it slide. By the end, I tipped her 5 dollars, went out to my car and got a better view of my nails. Awful, peeling off right away, on my skin, spots if my nail weren't even covered. I went back in, showed them and asked for my money back because I didn't have another hour for her to fix them. They wouldn't do it unless they took the nail polish off, which then did a shitty job at that as well. Now I have chunks of gel nail polish stuck on my nails. They look worse now then before I went in. Do yourselves a favor and don't go here. read more
