Just got my 4th of July vibe at Divine Nails. This nail salon is great with qualified techs and a very good vibe. There is no loud talking to each and no noisy personal calls to each other. There are interested in helping the clients. My tech Kevin is amazing. He is fast and more important he does a great job. I always ask for him. However I've never been disappointed with any of the techs. Do yourself a favor and give them a try! read more

When I came in a week ago I was treated poorly by one of the male techs. When I came back two days later to get them fixed the way I wanted the guy was rude to me in front of my boyfriend who had to step in. Had another tech completely redo my nails. (Sunday). Two days later my nails are bubbling up and some unknown goo leaking out of it. Never again. Not to mention all of the cuts to my cuticles that are still sore. read more

Called in to make an appt on a Saturday and was told they were busy, arrived and they were not busy. Smaller than expected inside of salon. Lack of Customer service at check in. Manager was not inviting and yelled through the salon for the employees to come out from the back Pedicure felt rushed and 1/2 done. My technician seemed like she didn't want to be at work for the day. Lots of cuticle left behind. Scolded me with the hot towel after lotion was still on legs and not completely rubbed in My daughter's nails came out crooked and the nail tech did not agree and would not fix it. Nail tech kept snatching her hand and being forceful. My nail tech was very short and barely spoke to me during the entire service. We will not be returning. read more

This was my first visit to this salon and my first pedicure. The salon itself is very clean, spacious and appointed beautifully. Leanne was absolutely wonderful! Everyone there is very professional and their color options are endless! Very clean! I always feel like I have funny shaped nails/hands, the first time I went I saw Tracy, she did such an amazing job with no direction, I request her every time, even yesterday she recommended a different color (knowing I love a little sparkle, I had chosen a white) and I just said "you haven't done me dirty yet, I trust you!" Great place for manicures/full sets, pedicures etc. only -1 for the wait after making a reservation (for longer than 20 min.) I have come back multiple times now to get a full by Tiffany. She has done a great job based on the photos I show her. Last time was dark green based on Little Mermaid for Disneyland and this time was light purple with daisys and she did great both times! I came here on Saturday morning to get a manicure, I paid $45 for it. The manicurist cut too high on my cuticle a number of times causing me to bleed on multiple fingers. Then sprayed it down with an alcohol solution that had me in tears. Never had a manicure that caused me so much discomfort & pain. By far the best gel manicure I've gotten! I was visiting from out of town, and stopped in to get a gel fill. The front desk ladies were friendly, and the salon was clean! My nail technician did such a thorough job. It was not rushed and she really did a lot of prep work before painting my nails to make sure they were in good shape. Last minute I decided to get a gel manicure for my bridal shower. I didn't have high hopes of them having availability for a walk in on a Saturday morning, but they fit me in and were very welcoming. Kevin was a great manicurist. When he applied the first coat of color on one nail, he just about read my mind when it wasn't the look I was aiming for. He found a new color that was perfect. Everybody was friendly. The salon is clean and nicely decorated. Will definitely be back! read more

My mother is medically fragile so getting her out to be pampered is difficult. Scheduling something in advance even harder. Mom had a good morning today and I decided we'd try to get her a mani/pedi. Divine was able to fit us in, treated my mom with respect and care and helped her feel amazing. Loved the cleanliness and upscale look. read more

I'm always skeptical even after reading reviews as majority end in disappointment. I've been in Puyallup for over 3yrs and tried several salons. That is not the case here. The positive reviews are accurate, you will not be disappointed. Kevin did an incredible job on my nails! I do dip powder on natural nails. Every other nail salon I've tried felt the need to put 3-4 layers on. Would end up with way too thick of nails; and several times where the nail bed wasn't covered entirely either on the sides or above the cuticle. Without saying a word (as Kevin saw the nails I came in with); he got to work using the right amount of layers and took his time to spread the color evenly over each nail. I even bumped a nail on accident during my pedicure, he fixed it right away without making me feel guilty. Tracy did my pedicure, she was equally amazing. Took her time as I have tiny toenails made sure they looked right before leaving. Additionally, her massaging technique was very soothing. With how expensive nails are to get done it's refreshing to find a place that does it right the first time. They do not rush you through and treat you like a number. I overheard customers asking for specific changes throughout or color changes (one gal asking 3 times for a different color) all of which were met with superb customer service. I'll be back to see both Kevin and Tracy in a couple of weeks and in the future. Thank you! read more

I really enjoyed my first experience here. I saw Tiffany, but as I watched other technicians work on the people around me, I could tell there was a lot of skill in their shop. It was very busy, which I think is always a good sign. It was extremely clean - you can always tell the real level of cleanliness by the bathrooms. And it was beautifully designed and decorated, upscale, spa-like and nicer than many places I used do go in Bellevue - comfortable chairs for the manicure and actually very good (working!) massage chairs for the pedicure once you figure out how to use them. I wasn't expecting elegant for the price point but that's what I got. They offer you wine, water or soda while you get your service. Tiffany was obviously a perfectionist and took great care attending to the details of the shaping, polish and art for both my Mani and Pedi. I liked that she stuck with me for both. I'm really used to the talented technicians at other shops working on my hands but handing me off to a junior technicians to do my feet. But Tiffany did both and did a great job. She was gentle but very thorough. She used a great callus treatment on my feet that I would love to find to use at home. I plan to see her for for fills, but like I said, if she's not available I would feel comfortable asking for several of the other the nail techs that I watched work. Highly recommend if you are looking for a new place where it feels like luxurious self care (the way it should) to get your nails done. read more

Made an appointment for my friend and I to get fill's. They sat us in different sections of the salon, and after requesting to sit next to each other, they told us no. This was due to not having supplies at the station next to mine. They did end up moving us halfway through to be sat together. We were told that if we would like to sit together that needs to be specified at the scheduling of the appointment, so make sure to do that. Overall, the staff were friendly and attentive. The fill took approximately one hour. We were seated right at time of appointment. One of my nails is chunky in one spot due to the glitter polish that I wish would have been smooth out better. One of my nails has a very wonky shape to it. My finger was nicked with the drill tool resulting in a cut which bled although this seems to happen at every salon I go to. Overall, I am satisfied. Could've been a lot worse. In regards to cleanliness, the overall feel was clean. They definitely reuse nail files, drill bits, and buffers over and over on different people. They did not sanitize the chair or table prior seating me. read more
