They are INCREDIBLE at what they do but just as human beings. I am a caretaker for my 80 year old grandmother who enjoys getting her nails done here. The rare times that she drives herself the staff makes sure she makes it to her car safely without falling after the appointments, gets her from her car to help bring her in. They make her feel so seen, loved and cared for. They remember everything about her and the conversation is so genuine, she just raves about them. I did my research, I booked with the nail tech that everyone online was raving about. However, I left in tears and then cried more when I got home. For 70$ I should get EXACTLY what I ask for, not what you think is best for me. I have been getting my nails done for over 30 years, I've never left a salon in tears until I tried this place. I booked with Mary, she was nice and chatty and about 1/2 way through my full set started saying I had man hands and fat fingers. She didn't want to do the shape I requested, which is MY preferred shape. She did her shape because it would make my hands look "sexy" and not so fat and manly. She said it so many times, I legit lost count. I have pictures, its hard to see, but I will upload them, a lot of them curve in on one side because she just kept filing them. I absolutely HATE my nails and will not be back. They sent me a survey afterwards and didn't respond to me after that, so it clearly shows they don't care about customers, just money. When I came in a week ago I was treated poorly by one of the male techs. When I came back two days later to get them fixed the way I wanted the guy was rude to me in front of my boyfriend who had to step in. Had another tech completely redo my nails. (Sunday). Called in to make an appt on a Saturday and was told they were busy, arrived and they were not busy. Smaller than expected inside of salon. Lack of Customer service at check in. Manager was not inviting and yelled through the salon for the employees to come out from the back Pedicure felt rushed and 1/2 done. My technician seemed like she didn't want to be at work for the day. Lots of cuticle left behind. Scolded me with the hot towel after lotion was still on legs and not completely rubbed in My daughter's nails came out crooked and the nail tech did not agree and would not fix it. Nail tech kept snatching her hand and being forceful. My nail tech was very short and barely spoke to me during the entire service. We will not be returning. read more

I'm always skeptical even after reading reviews as majority end in disappointment. I've been in Puyallup for over 3yrs and tried several salons. That is not the case here. The positive reviews are accurate, you will not be disappointed. Kevin did an incredible job on my nails! I do dip powder on natural nails. Every other nail salon I've tried felt the need to put 3-4 layers on. Would end up with way too thick of nails; and several times where the nail bed wasn't covered entirely either on the sides or above the cuticle. Without saying a word (as Kevin saw the nails I came in with); he got to work using the right amount of layers and took his time to spread the color evenly over each nail. I even bumped a nail on accident during my pedicure, he fixed it right away without making me feel guilty. Tracy did my pedicure, she was equally amazing. Took her time as I have tiny toenails made sure they looked right before leaving. Additionally, her massaging technique was very soothing. With how expensive nails are to get done it's refreshing to find a place that does it right the first time. They do not rush you through and treat you like a number. I overheard customers asking for specific changes throughout or color changes (one gal asking 3 times for a different color) all of which were met with superb customer service. I'll be back to see both Kevin and Tracy in a couple of weeks and in the future. Thank you! read more

I really enjoyed my first experience here. I saw Tiffany, but as I watched other technicians work on the people around me, I could tell there was a lot of skill in their shop. It was very busy, which I think is always a good sign. It was extremely clean - you can always tell the real level of cleanliness by the bathrooms. And it was beautifully designed and decorated, upscale, spa-like and nicer than many places I used do go in Bellevue - comfortable chairs for the manicure and actually very good (working!) massage chairs for the pedicure once you figure out how to use them. I wasn't expecting elegant for the price point but that's what I got. They offer you wine, water or soda while you get your service. Tiffany was obviously a perfectionist and took great care attending to the details of the shaping, polish and art for both my Mani and Pedi. I liked that she stuck with me for both. I'm really used to the talented technicians at other shops working on my hands but handing me off to a junior technicians to do my feet. But Tiffany did both and did a great job. She was gentle but very thorough. She used a great callus treatment on my feet that I would love to find to use at home. I plan to see her for for fills, but like I said, if she's not available I would feel comfortable asking for several of the other the nail techs that I watched work. Highly recommend if you are looking for a new place where it feels like luxurious self care (the way it should) to get your nails done. read more

Made an appointment for my friend and I to get fill's. They sat us in different sections of the salon, and after requesting to sit next to each other, they told us no. This was due to not having supplies at the station next to mine. They did end up moving us halfway through to be sat together. We were told that if we would like to sit together that needs to be specified at the scheduling of the appointment, so make sure to do that. Overall, the staff were friendly and attentive. The fill took approximately one hour. We were seated right at time of appointment. One of my nails is chunky in one spot due to the glitter polish that I wish would have been smooth out better. One of my nails has a very wonky shape to it. My finger was nicked with the drill tool resulting in a cut which bled although this seems to happen at every salon I go to. Overall, I am satisfied. Could've been a lot worse. In regards to cleanliness, the overall feel was clean. They definitely reuse nail files, drill bits, and buffers over and over on different people. They did not sanitize the chair or table prior seating me. read more
