However, they did not use proper builder gel -- they used builder gel polish, which is much weaker. As a result, my nails are already bending. There are also visible bubbles throughout the gel, and they didn't fully remove the previous polish underneath. You can actually see the old polish seeping through the new set, which is unacceptable for a professional service. I paid expecting proper builder gel application and quality work, and unfortunately that's not what I received. I would not recommend if you're looking for true builder gel or long-lasting results.

The rare times that she drives herself the staff makes sure she makes it to her car safely without falling after the appointments, gets her from her car to help bring her in. They make her feel so seen, loved and cared for. They remember everything about her and the conversation is so genuine, she just raves about them.
